一种治疗病毒性心肌炎的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：白蒺藜10g、四季青20g、板蓝根5g、仙人掌25g、龙眼肉10g、西红花20g、灵芝5g、夜交藤25g、玳瑁12g、紫贝齿20g、冬凌草5g、酸枣仁15g、龟板10g、百合20g、淡豆豉5g、红景天15g、芥菜10g、乌金草20g、龙齿5g、丹参25g、五味子12g、刺五加20g、女贞子5g、桑椹25g、甘草12g。
实施例5
一种治疗病毒性心肌炎的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：白蒺藜30g、四季青5g、板蓝根20g、仙人掌10g、龙眼肉25g、西红花5g、灵芝20g、夜交藤10g、玳瑁15g、紫贝齿5g、冬凌草20g、酸枣仁12g、龟板25g、百合5g、淡豆豉20g、红景天12g、芥菜25g、乌金草5g、龙齿20g、丹参10g、五味子15g、刺五加5g、女贞子20g、桑椹10g、甘草15g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约4厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗病毒性心肌炎的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例80例，男43例，女37例，年龄10～50岁。
二、诊断依据：
临床表现为：胸闷或胸隐痛、心悸怔忡、头晕、乏力气短、自汗盗汗、发热、恶心欲呕、口干饮水、关节酸痛。心脏体征有心脏扩大、心律失常心杂音、心音低钝等。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。六天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：患者自觉心悸、胸闷、气喘等表现完全消失，心电图恢复正常，心肌酶恢复正常，心脏彩超无异常表现；
2、显效：患者自觉心悸、胸闷、气喘等表现显著减轻，心电图基本恢复正常，心肌酶恢复正常，心脏彩超无异常表现；
3、有效：患者自觉心悸、胸闷、气喘等表现减轻，心电图轻度异常，心肌酶恢复正常，心脏彩超轻度异常；
4 、无效：患者自觉心悸、胸闷、气喘等表现未减轻，心电图异常未改善、心肌酶未改善，心脏彩超未改善。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-5个疗程，痊愈58例，随访未见复发；显效12例，有效7例，无效3例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
杨某，女，19岁。3个月前患者出现：气急，胸闷剧痛，大汗，心律紊乱，舌淡红，苔薄白。心电图示：窦性心动过速，对室性早搏，经诊断为：病毒性心肌炎。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，胸闷剧痛减轻，出汗正常；继续服用2个疗程后，痊愈。半年后随访无复发。
病例2：
章某，男，32岁。患者心悸胸闷，气短，自觉时有早搏，乏力，多梦，睡眠不实，少寐。诊见：舌淡红尖赤，苔白，脉促。心电图示：频发室早，二联律。心频示 ：偶发室早，心肌损伤，心肌缺血。诊断为：病毒性心肌炎。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，胸闷气短明显减轻，纳食，睡眠好转；继续服用3个疗程，所有症状完全消失，痊愈。半年后随访无复发。

1.一种治疗病毒性心肌炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：白蒺藜10-30份、四季青5-25份、板蓝根5-20份、仙人掌5-25份、龙眼肉5-25份、西红花5-20份、灵芝5-25份、夜交藤5-25份、玳瑁5-20份、紫贝齿5-25份、冬凌草5-25份、酸枣仁5-20份、龟板5-25份、百合5-25份、淡豆豉5-25份、红景天5-20份、芥菜5-25份、乌金草5-20份、龙齿5-25份、丹参5-25份、五味子5-20份、刺五加5-25份、女贞子5-25份、桑椹5-25份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗病毒性心肌炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：白蒺藜20份、四季青15份、板蓝根10份、仙人掌15份、龙眼肉15份、西红花10份、灵芝15份、夜交藤15份、玳瑁10份、紫贝齿15份、冬凌草15份、酸枣仁10份、龟板15份、百合15份、淡豆豉15份、红景天10份、芥菜15份、乌金草10份、龙齿15份、丹参15份、五味子10份、刺五加15份、女贞子15份、桑椹15份、甘草10份。
