背景技术

祖国医学认为自闭症多由先天不足，肾精亏虚；心窍不通，神失所养；肝失条达，升发不利所致。
根据中医理论，针对自闭症的发病机理，采用补益肝肾、益气健脾、燥湿化痰、养心益智、清心开窍的治法，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中治疗自闭症存在副作用大及影响儿童发育的不足，本发明提供一种配制简便、成本低、疗效显著、无副作用的治疗自闭症的中药组合物。

本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约4厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗自闭症的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例60例，男42例，女18例，年龄2～15岁。
二、诊断依据：
（1）社会交往存在质的损害，与周围人们建立不起情感联系，极度孤独（自闭）；
（2）言语和非言语交往障碍，缺乏想像活动，听不懂指令，不会表达自己的需要和痛苦，很少提问，对别的话也缺少反应；言语的声调、重音、速度、节奏也有异常，言语刻板；
（3）刻板重复动作，活动的兴趣严重受限；
（4）起病多在出生后24月内（1~2岁），5岁内症状即很明显；
（5）多为男孩。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约200ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。十天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、显效：情绪、行为及语言认知上有明显进步，情绪行为问题减少，语言增多，能与父母建立基本的日常沟通；
2、有效：情绪，行为及语言上有变化；
3、无效：情绪，行为及语言上无变化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药5-10个疗程，显效39例，有效18例，无效3例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。

1. 一种治疗自闭症的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：山茱萸10-30份、龙眼肉5-25份、麦冬5-25份、菊花5-20份、石菖蒲5-25份、磁石5-25份、酸枣仁5-25份、陈皮5-20份、玄参5-25份、茯苓5-25份、连翘5-20份、合欢花5-25份、刺五加5-25份、红景天5-20份、五味子5-25份、丹参5-25份、灵芝5-20份、薄荷5-25份、淡豆豉5-25份、牛黄5-20份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗自闭症的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：山茱萸20份、龙眼肉15份、麦冬15份、菊花10份、石菖蒲15份、磁石15份、酸枣仁15份、陈皮10份、玄参15份、茯苓15份、连翘10份、合欢花15份、刺五加15份、红景天10份、五味子15份、丹参15份、灵芝10份、薄荷15份、淡豆豉15份、牛黄10份、甘草10份。
