本发明解决的技术问题是,提供一种环保燃油添加剂的制备方法,制得的燃油添加剂通过组分之间达到减少污染物排放量和提高节油率的效果,具有良好的市场应用前景。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种环保燃油添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将4~23份正丁醇、2~10份三乙醇胺、6~17份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、48~62份碳酸二甲酯、15~28份聚异丁烯胺加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀,得到混合物一;
(2)将反应釜中的温度加热至40~55℃,向步骤(1)所得混合物一中加入2~15份甲基叔丁醚、3~9份硝酸铜,超声后降温至30~40℃,再加入2~16份二羟甲基丁酸和5~19份甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯,搅拌均匀,保温后冷却至室温,得到混合物二;
(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物二沉降后过滤灌装,即得所述环保燃油添加剂。
优选的,上述步骤(1)中正丁醇、三乙醇胺、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、碳酸二甲酯和聚异丁烯胺在30~40min内加完。

有益效果:本发明制得的燃油添加剂污染物排放量减少率在58~79%之间,节油率在15.7~16.8%之间;对比例1中未添加二羟甲基丁酸,制得的燃油添加剂污染物排放量减少率为55%,节油率为12.9%;对比例2中未添加甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯,制得的燃油添加剂污染物排放量减少率为42%,节油率为15.8%。由此可知,本发明制得的燃油添加剂通过组分之间达到减少污染物排放量效果,同时能够提高节油率,具有良好的市场应用前景。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种环保燃油添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将4份正丁醇、2份三乙醇胺、6份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、48份碳酸二甲酯、15份聚异丁烯胺在30min内加入反应釜中,500r/min速率下搅拌均匀,得到混合物一;

其中污染物为一氧化碳、二氧化硫、碳氢化合物及氮氧化合物。
从上表中可以看出:实施例1~5制得的燃油添加剂污染物排放量减少率在58~79%之间,节油率在15.7~16.8%之间;对比例1中未添加二羟甲基丁酸,制得的燃油添加剂污染物排放量减少率为55%,节油率为12.9%;对比例2中未添加甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯,制得的燃油添加剂污染物排放量减少率为42%,节油率为15.8%。由此可知,本发明制得的燃油添加剂通过组分之间达到减少污染物排放量和提高节油率的效果,具有良好的市场应用前景。

1.一种环保燃油添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将4~23份正丁醇、2~10份三乙醇胺、6~17份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、48~62份碳酸二甲酯、15~28份聚异丁烯胺加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀,得到混合物一;
(2)将反应釜中的温度加热至40~55℃,向步骤(1)所得混合物一中加入2~15份甲基叔丁醚、3~9份硝酸铜,超声后降温至30~40℃,再加入2~16份二羟甲基丁酸和5~19份甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯,搅拌均匀,保温后冷却至室温,得到混合物二;
(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物二沉降后过滤灌装,即得所述环保燃油添加剂。
