本发明公开了一种乙酸三环癸烯酯高性能电缆,它是由电缆线芯以及电缆线芯外部包裹的保护套组成,所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:乙丙橡胶100120份、高聚苯乙烯4060份、乙酸三环癸烯酯810份、玻璃纤维26份、辛酸亚锡15份、聚氧硅烷13份、有机硅610份、纳米二氧化钛48份、镧13份、三氧化二铁35份、硅酸铝24份、硬脂酸13份、甲基硅油13份。该电缆导电性能好,具有优良的耐高低温和耐酸碱腐蚀性能,用途广泛,主要运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域,同时,本发明还具有优良的抗屏蔽,防静电,防水,防断线,抗机械损伤等性能。

本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体是一种乙酸三环癸烯酯高性能电缆。
背景技术
目前,随着社会经济的发展,我国对电缆市场需求不断扩大以及对电缆的科研投入的不断深入,同时对电缆的质量要求也不断的提高,特别是井下使用的电缆要求更高,对电缆的防水、耐高低温性能、耐疲劳性、抗断线能力、抗干扰能力、耐机械损伤等方面要求都特别高。

本发明针对以上不足,目的在于提供一种乙酸三环癸烯酯高性能电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种乙酸三环癸烯酯高性能电缆,它是由电缆线芯以及电缆线芯外部包裹的保护套组成,所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:乙丙橡胶100-120份、高聚苯乙烯40-60份、乙酸三环癸烯酯8-10份、玻璃纤维2-6份、辛酸亚锡1-5份、聚氧硅烷1-3份、有机硅6-10份、纳米二氧化钛4-8份、镧1-3份、三氧化二铁3-5份、硅酸铝2-4份、硬脂酸1-3份、甲基硅油1-3份。
作为本发明的进一步方案:所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:乙丙橡胶110份、高聚苯乙烯50份、乙酸三环癸烯酯9份、玻璃纤维4份、辛酸亚锡3份、聚氧硅烷2份、有机硅8份、纳米二氧化钛6份、镧2份、三氧化二铁4份、硅酸铝3份、硬脂酸2份、甲基硅油2份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该电缆导电性能好,具有优良的耐高低温和耐酸碱腐蚀性能,用途广泛,主要运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域,同时,本发明还具有优良的抗屏蔽,防静电,防水,防断线,抗机械损伤等性能。

作为本发明的进一步方案:所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:乙丙橡胶110份、高聚苯乙烯50份、乙酸三环癸烯酯9份、玻璃纤维4份、辛酸亚锡3份、聚氧硅烷2份、有机硅8份、纳米二氧化钛6份、镧2份、三氧化二铁4份、硅酸铝3份、硬脂酸2份、甲基硅油2份。

1.一种乙酸三环癸烯酯高性能电缆,它是由电缆线芯以及电缆线芯外部包裹的保护套组成,其特征在于,所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:乙丙橡胶100-120份、高聚苯乙烯40-60份、乙酸三环癸烯酯8-10份、玻璃纤维2-6份、辛酸亚锡1-5份、聚氧硅烷1-3份、有机硅6-10份、纳米二氧化钛4-8份、镧1-3份、三氧化二铁3-5份、硅酸铝2-4份、硬脂酸1-3份、甲基硅油1-3份。
