Abstract

本发明涉及硅胶制品模具领域的油压射出模具,包括垫板及设置于垫板顶部的成型模组,成型模组的顶部设有用于射入液体胶的射料板,射料板的侧面设有射胶口,成型模组包括压料板、中板、公模和母模,射料板的内部设有与射胶口导通的主通道,在射料板与压料板之间设有流道板,流道板上设有若干条与主通道进行导通连接的分流通道,压料板与母模之间设有加固板及隔热电木板,加固板、隔热电木板及压料板的表面均设有与模孔数量及位置配对的注塑通道。增设有隔热效果良好的隔热电木板,隔热电木板将整个模具分隔成低温区域及高温区域,确保液体胶在进入到模孔前不会因受热而成型,从而可提高了液体胶的注射效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及硅胶制品模具领域,具体涉及油压射出模具。
背景技术
注塑模具是一种生产塑胶制品的工具,也是赋予塑胶制品完整结构和精确尺寸的工具,注塑成型是批量生产某些形状复杂部件时用到的一种加工方法,具体指将受热融化的材料由高压射入模腔,经冷却固化后,得到成形品。
注塑模具由动模和定模两部分组成,动模安装在注射成型机的移动模板上,定模安装在注射成型机的固定模板上,在注射成型时动模与定模闭合构成浇注系统和型腔,开模时动模和定模分离以便取出塑料制品,为了减少繁重的模具设计和制造工作量,注塑模大多采用了标准模架。
现有的注塑模具中,模具内为单层结构,注塑部分与成型部分连在一起,这种结构会存在以下缺陷:1)刚射入的液态胶进入模具内受热不均,成型效果不佳;2)模具内的液态胶受热不均,导致产品成型效率慢;3)没有设计均匀的分流通道,液态胶直接进入模孔内,导致注塑时射入液态胶的量不均匀,产品不良率增多。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决以上缺陷,提供油压射出模具,其生产效率高,隔热效果良好。
本发明的目的是通过以下方式实现的:
油压射出模具,包括垫板及设置于垫板顶部的成型模组,成型模组的顶部设有用于射入液体胶的射料板,射料板的侧面设有射胶口,所述成型模组包括压料板、中板、公模和母模,中板安装在垫板的顶部,公模配对安装于中板的底面,母模配对安装于中板的顶面,母模的内部设有若干根加热棒,公模与母模的表面均设有若干组位置相配对的模孔,压料板与中板的边缘通过导杆进行连接,中板的顶面设有拉料板,拉料板通过拉料油缸及导向杆带动进行上下移动,压料板固定于母模的上方,且压料板的顶面与射料板的底面进行紧贴贴合,压料板进行上下动作时同时带动母模进行上下移动,射料板的内部设有与射胶口导通的主通道,主通道在射料板的底面均匀分布,主通道用于分流从射胶口射入的液体胶,在射料板与压料板之间设有流道板,流道板上设有若干条与主通道进行导通连接的分流通道,分流通道在流道板的底面均匀分布,分流通道用于进一步分流从主通道流入的液体胶,压料板与母模之间设有加固板及隔热电木板,隔热电木板贴紧固定在加固板的底面,加固板、隔热电木板及压料板的表面均设有与模孔数量及位置配对的注塑通道,注塑通道与分流通道导通,使液体胶分别经主通道、分流通道及注塑通道最后注入模孔内。
上述说明中,作为优选的方案,所述压料板的底部还设有用于冷却的循环水路,循环水路位于分流通道的下方。循环水路内设有循环流动的冷却水,以确保隔热电木板上方的与下方形成较大的温差。
上述说明中,作为优选的方案,所述母模的底部还设有抽真空槽,抽真空槽与母模的模孔导通,且抽真空槽与母模的模孔之前设有电动控制阀,使用时抽真空槽连接有抽真空泵,确保注塑时母模的底部不会留有空气,从而产生影响产品质量的气泡,可提高产品品质,减少不良率。
上述说明中,作为优选的方案,所述隔热电木板的下方设有拉毛边板,拉毛边板用于分离加热前及加热后的液体胶,由于液体胶在加热时受热不均或者液体胶产生外漏,会在产品边缘产生很多毛边,可通过拉毛边板一次将所有毛边清除,拉毛边板可进行上下移动,当产品成型后,直接控制拉毛边板向上移动,从而顺利清除所有毛边。
上述说明中,作为优选的方案,所述射胶口内设有单向阀。
上述说明中,作为优选的方案,该单向阀包括单向通道及用于密封单向通道的滚珠。
上述说明中,作为优选的方案,所述中板的侧面外围设有中板框,中板框的外侧面设有用于配对穿入导杆的导向槽。
本发明所产生的有益效果是:增设有隔热效果良好的隔热电木板,隔热电木板将整个模具分隔成低温区域及高温区域,确保液体胶在进入到模孔前不会因受热而成型,从而可提高了液体胶的注射效率,同时,在低温区域设置有循环水路,以保证低温区域始终保持低温状态,而且高温区域内的热量不会向外传递,保持恒温状态,从而提高液体胶的成型效率,另外,采用主通道与分流通道相结合的方式进行分流,确保每个注塑通道均能够均匀分流,使注塑精度高,且容易控制,减少产品的不良率,从而可全面提高注塑的工作效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
本实施例,参照图1~图5,其具体实施的油压射出模具包括垫板11及设置于垫板11顶部的成型模组,成型模组的顶部设有用于射入液体胶的射料板1,射料板1的侧面设有射胶口3,如图3所示,射胶口3内设有单向阀2,单向阀2包括单向通道及用于密封单向通道的滚珠。
成型模组包括压料板5、中板、公模和母模6,中板安装在垫板11的顶部,公模配对安装于中板的底面,母模6配对安装于中板的顶面,母模6的内部设有若干根加热棒12,公模与母模6的表面均设有若干组位置相配对的模孔,压料板5与中板的边缘通过导杆8进行连接,中板的侧面外围设有中板框7,中板框7的外侧面设有用于配对穿入导杆8的导向槽,中板的顶面设有拉料板,拉料板通过拉料油缸及导向杆带动进行上下移动,压料板5固定于母模6的上方,且压料板5的顶面与射料板1的底面进行紧贴贴合,压料板5进行上下动作时同时带动母模6进行上下移动。
如图3所示,射料板1的内部设有与射胶口3导通的主通道4,主通道4在射料板1的底面均匀分布,主通道4用于分流从射胶口3射入的液体胶,在射料板1与压料板5之间设有流道板14。如图4所示,流道板14上设有若干条与主通道4进行导通连接的分流通道15,分流通道15在流道板14的底面均匀分布,分流通道15用于进一步分流从主通道4流入的液体胶。
压料板5与母模6之间设有加固板9及隔热电木板10,隔热电木板10贴紧固定在加固板9的底面,加固板9、隔热电木板10及压料板5的表面均设有与模孔数量及位置配对的注塑通道,注塑通道与分流通道15导通,使液体胶分别经主通道4、分流通道15及注塑通道最后注入模孔内。如图5所示,压料板5的底部还设有用于冷却的循环水路13,循环水路13位于分流通道15的下方,循环水路13内设有循环流动的冷却水,以确保隔热电木板10上方的与下方形成较大的温差。
增设有隔热效果良好的隔热电木板10,隔热电木板10将整个模具分隔成低温区域及高温区域,确保液体胶在进入到模孔前不会因受热而成型,从而可提高了液体胶的注射效率,同时,在低温区域设置有循环水路13,以保证低温区域始终保持低温状态,而且高温区域内的热量不会向外传递,保持恒温状态,从而提高液体胶的成型效率,另外,采用主通道4与分流通道15相结合的方式进行分流,确保每个注塑通道均能够均匀分流,使注塑精度高,且容易控制,减少产品的不良率,从而可全面提高注塑的工作效率。

Claims (7)

1.油压射出模具,包括垫板及设置于垫板顶部的成型模组,成型模组的顶部设有用于射入液体胶的射料板,射料板的侧面设有射胶口,其特征在于:所述成型模组包括压料板、中板、公模和母模,中板安装在垫板的顶部,公模配对安装于中板的底面,母模配对安装于中板的顶面,母模的内部设有若干根加热棒,公模与母模的表面均设有若干组位置相配对的模孔,压料板与中板的边缘通过导杆进行连接,中板的顶面设有拉料板,拉料板通过拉料油缸及导向杆带动进行上下移动,压料板固定于母模的上方,且压料板的顶面与射料板的底面进行紧贴贴合,压料板进行上下动作时同时带动母模进行上下移动,射料板的内部设有与射胶口导通的主通道,主通道在射料板的底面均匀分布,主通道用于分流从射胶口射入的液体胶,在射料板与压料板之间设有流道板,流道板上设有若干条与主通道进行导通连接的分流通道,分流通道在流道板的底面均匀分布,分流通道用于进一步分流从主通道流入的液体胶,压料板与母模之间设有加固板及隔热电木板,隔热电木板贴紧固定在加固板的底面,加固板、隔热电木板及压料板的表面均设有与模孔数量及位置配对的注塑通道,注塑通道与分流通道导通,使液体胶分别经主通道、分流通道及注塑通道最后注入模孔内。
2.根据权利要求1所述油压射出模具,其特征在于:所述压料板的底部还设有用于冷却的循环水路,循环水路位于分流通道的下方。
3.根据权利要求1所述油压射出模具,其特征在于:所述母模的底部还设有抽真空槽,抽真空槽与母模的模孔导通,且抽真空槽与母模的模孔之前设有电动控制阀。
4.根据权利要求1~3任意一项所述油压射出模具,其特征在于:所述隔热电木板的下方设有拉毛边板,拉毛边板用于分离加热前及加热后的液体胶。
5.根据权利要求1~3任意一项所述油压射出模具,其特征在于:所述射胶口内设有单向阀。
6.根据权利要求5所述油压射出模具,其特征在于:该单向阀包括单向通道及用于密封单向通道的滚珠。
7.根据权利要求1、2、3或者6所述油压射出模具,其特征在于:所述中板的侧面外围设有中板框,中板框的外侧面设有用于配对穿入导杆的导向槽。
