葡萄籽内的原花青素,是目前自然界中已知的抗氧化作用最强的天然食品,其抗氧化效果是维生素C的20倍,维生素E的50倍,能有效清除人体内多余的自由基,保护人体细胞组织免受自由基的氧化损伤,防治80多种与自由基有关的疾病。葡萄籽内的原花青素具有非常强的体内活性,在人体内吸收迅速完全,口服20分钟即可达到最高血液浓度,代谢半衰期达7小时之久。

本发明还提供一种葡萄籽果味豆奶粉,其特征在于,包括上述技术方案所述的葡萄籽果味豆粉,并另添加5-20%的奶粉。
甜菊糖,是目前世界已发现并经我国卫生部门批准使用的,最接近蔗糖味的天然低热值甜味剂。它是从菊科草本植物——“甜叶菊”的叶片中提取出来,被国际上誉为“世界第三糖源”。它不含糖分和热量,在体内不参加代谢、不积蓄、无毒副作用。经常食用可预防高血压、糖尿病、肥胖症、龋齿等疾病,故为糖尿病、肥胖病患者良好的天然甜味剂。

具体实施方式
实施例1:生产1000kg葡萄籽果味豆粉成品的配方为:葡萄籽提取物(GSPE)3kg,豆粉581kg,果粉256kg,甜菊糖2kg,麦芽糊精158kg。
实施例2:生产1000kg葡萄籽果味豆奶粉成品的配方为:葡萄籽提取物(GSPE)3.5kg,豆粉505kg,果粉200kg,甜菊糖1.5kg,麦芽糊精230kg,奶粉60kg。

1.一种葡萄籽果味豆粉,其特征在于,由下述原料按重量百分比制成:葡萄籽提取物(GSPE)0.1-0.35%,豆粉30-80%,果粉10-40%,甜菊糖0.05-0.2%,麦芽糊精10-25%。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种葡萄籽果味豆奶粉,其特征在于,由下述原料按重量百分比制成:葡萄籽提取物(GSPE)0.1-0.35%,豆粉30-80%,果粉10-40%,甜菊糖0.05-0.2%,麦芽糊精10-25%,奶粉5-20%。
3.根据权利要求1-2所述的一种葡萄籽果味豆粉、果味豆奶粉,其特征在于,所述的果粉是指:苹果粉、葡萄粉、梨粉、桃粉、樱桃粉、山楂粉、草莓粉、西瓜粉、哈密瓜粉、橙子粉、椰子粉、香蕉粉、菠萝粉、荔枝粉、龙眼粉的一种或几种的混合。
