Description
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料组合物及使用了该涂料组合物的光扩散部件。详细而言,涉及包含规定的树脂的组合的涂料组合物及具备由该涂料组合物得到的光扩散层的光利用效率高的光扩散部件。
背景技术
光扩散部件、例如照明器具的罩通过将照明器具的前表面侧覆盖,使来自光源的光扩散到照明用罩的整个表面上,从而将透射光平均化而防止在透光面上形成明暗的不均。与此同时光扩散部件具有将光源的图像隐蔽而提高器具的品质的效果。
以往,光扩散部件是将包含白色颜料的树脂片材成形而制造的。作为该白色无机颜料,可以使用氧化硅、硫酸钡、碳酸钙、氧化钛、云母、氧化镁、滑石、氢氧化铝、氧化铝等。这些颜料虽然具有将光扩散的效果,但是存在与添加量成比例地使光透射性降低,无法避免牺牲亮度的问题。此外,这些无机粒子还存在使光扩散部件的表面劣化,引起白粉化的问题。
作为解决上述问题的方法,提出了包含丙烯酸树脂、氟树脂和有机微粒的光扩散性涂料组合物(例如专利文献1)。该组合物能够形成优异的光扩散性层。但是,对于近年来受到注目的LED照明用,在光透射性的方面存在改善的余地。LED照明既然以节省能量化为目的,就要求比以往的荧光灯用的罩材更高的光透射性。进而,LED光源由于指向性强,所以不识别为点光源,还需要更高的光扩散性。
以谋求也包含这样的光源图像的隐蔽在内的高的光扩散性与高的光透射性的兼顾为目的,提出了在透明基材上具有包含粒子及粘合剂的内部散射层和表面形状层的光扩散体(例如专利文献2)。通过将该粒子与粘合剂的折射率差设定为规定值以下,并且将该粒子的平均粒径设定为特定的范围内,能够达成高的隐蔽性和光利用效率。

发明内容
但是,专利文献2记载的光扩散体需要内部散射层与表面形状层的至少2层的层叠体。进而,在具备低折射率层的情况下成为3层结构,不仅制造工序繁杂,而且花费成本。此外,该光扩散体由于为薄膜形状,所以难以应用于例如LED天棚灯(ceiling light,也可以称为顶灯)用的光扩散罩等异形部件中。
除了通过具备低折射率层而使光透射性提高以外,还进行了各种研究,现状是其大部分通过在基材上层叠多个功能层,且使最表面具备低折射率层来实现。还有仅使用低折射率的树脂、例如氟树脂来构成扩散层的方法,但氟树脂与其他的基材的润湿性差,有时还高价。
因此,本发明的目的是提供能够不需要追加的低折射率层而以简易的构成赋予适合于LED照明等的光扩散效果和透射性而得到高的光利用效率的涂料组合物、及使用了该组合物的光扩散部件。
本发明的方式所述的涂料组合物的主旨在于,其包含含羟基丙烯酸树脂、氟树脂和光扩散性粒子,该含羟基丙烯酸树脂的重均分子量为10,000~30,000且羟值为14~70,该氟树脂相对于该含羟基丙烯酸树脂的质量比(氟树脂/含羟基丙烯酸树脂)为5/95~50/50。

本发明的实施方式所述的涂料组合物包含含羟基丙烯酸树脂、氟树脂和光扩散性粒子。该含羟基丙烯酸树脂的重均分子量为10,000~30,000且羟值为14~70。进而,该氟树脂相对于该含羟基丙烯酸树脂的质量比(氟树脂/含羟基丙烯酸树脂)为5/95~50/50。以下,对各成分及该涂料组合物的制备方法进行说明。
<含羟基丙烯酸树脂>
本实施方式中的含羟基丙烯酸树脂为具有羟基的聚合性不饱和单体类和能够与该单体类共聚的其他不饱和单体类的共聚物。
作为该含羟基单体,可以使用选自由(甲基)丙烯酸羟基甲酯、(甲基)丙烯酸羟基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸羟基丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸羟基丁酯等(甲基)丙烯酸羟基烷基酯系单体、ε-己内酯改性(甲基)丙烯酸羟基乙酯(Daicel Chemical公司制、PLACCEL(注册商标)FM1(商品名))等改性(甲基)丙烯酸羟基烷基酯系单体、衣康酸、巴豆酸、马来酸等不饱和羧酸的二羟基烷基酯系单体、羟基烷基乙烯基醚系单体等羟基醚系单体、聚乙二醇单丙烯酸酯、单甲基丙烯酸酯、聚丙二醇单丙烯酸酯、单甲基丙烯酸酯等(甲基)丙烯酸聚亚烷基二醇酯系单体构成的组中的至少1种。另外,“(甲基)丙烯酸基”是指丙烯酸基或甲基丙烯酸基。
作为能够与上述单体共聚的其他不饱和单体,可以使用选自由(甲基)丙烯酸及(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯、(甲基)丙烯酸甲乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸己酯、(甲基)丙烯酸乙基己酯等(甲基)丙烯酸酯系单体、丙烯腈、甲基丙烯腈等(甲基)丙烯腈系单体、丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰胺、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺、二丙酮丙烯酰胺等(甲基)丙烯酰胺系单体等构成的组中的至少1种。
进而,作为除(甲基)丙烯酸系以外的不饱和单体,可列举出选自由乙烯基醇与醋酸等羧酸的乙烯基醇酯系单体;苯乙烯、乙烯基萘等芳香族单体;及丁二烯、异戊二烯等不饱和脂肪族单体构成的组中的至少1种。
此外,该含羟基丙烯酸树脂的羟值为14~70mg/g,优选为14~45mg/g。具备上述范围的羟基的树脂与后述的氟树脂组合而能够达成高的光扩散性及光透射性。羟值可以通过例如将羟基乙酰化后,将过量的乙酰化剂以氢氧化钾进行滴定而求出。
该含羟基丙烯酸树脂的重均分子量为10,000~30,000,优选为15,000~20,000。具有上述范围的重均分子量的树脂与后述的氟树脂组合,能够显示高的光透射性、及耐化学药品性或硬度等涂膜物性。重均分子量可以通过例如凝胶过滤色谱法以聚苯乙烯为基准而求出。
作为本实施方式中优选使用的含羟基丙烯酸树脂,可列举出FU-355-BA(DIC株式会社制)、WCU865(DIC株式会社制)。
<氟树脂>
本实施方式中氟树脂包含含氟单体的聚合物及共聚物。作为含氟单体,可以使用含氟(甲基)丙烯酸酯系单体及含氟烯烃系单体。作为前者,可以使用选自由三氟甲基(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三氟乙基(甲基)丙烯酸酯、全氟癸基乙基(甲基)丙烯酸酯、全氟辛基乙基(甲基)丙烯酸酯、全氟己基乙基(甲基)丙烯酸酯、全氟丁基乙基(甲基)丙烯酸酯、全氟聚醚(甲基)丙烯酸酯等构成的组中的至少1种。作为后者,可以使用选自由四氟乙烯、氯三氟乙烯、六氟丙烯、全氟丙基乙烯基醚等构成的组中的至少1种。其中,如上所述(甲基)丙烯酸酯是指丙烯酸酯或甲基丙烯酸酯。
作为能够与上述含氟单体共聚的单体,可以使用选自由关于上述含羟基丙烯酸树脂而列举的那些单体、以及例如氟乙烯-乙烯基醚(乙烯基酯)共聚物及在多元醇树脂的合成时导入氟亚烷基或全氟烷基而得到的共聚物等多元醇型氟树脂构成的组中的至少1种。
作为上述氟树脂,优选使用聚氟烯烃系树脂。该树脂可以由例如上述的含氟烯烃系单体制作,可例示出例如具有以-CF2-CF2-、-CF2-CFX-(X为氢、Cl、Br、或CF3等全氟烷基)表示的重复单元的树脂。
主旨并非限定本发明,但该氟树脂与含羟基丙烯酸树脂相比折射率低,具有表面自由能低的C-F键。因此,认为该氟树脂与含羟基丙烯酸树脂相比较多地分布于光扩散层的表面侧,由此达成高的光透射性。进而,认为该氟树脂通过其低的表面张力而赋予防污性、防水性。
对于该氟树脂,以该氟树脂相对于该含羟基丙烯酸树脂的质量比(氟树脂/含羟基丙烯酸树脂)达到5/95~50/50的量配合。若该质量比为上述范围内,则不仅提高光透射性,而且处理性也优异,能够形成均匀的涂膜。优选上述质量比为20/80~50/50。另外,该比为固体成分比,在各树脂溶解或分散到溶剂中的情况下,固体成分的比达到上述范围。
<光扩散性粒子>
作为光扩散性粒子,可以使用以往使用的任意的无机和/或有机粒子。作为前者,可列举出选自由二氧化硅、氧化铝、二氧化钛、氧化锆、氧化锡、碳酸钙、硫酸钡、高岭土、硫酸钙等构成的组中的至少1种。作为后者,可列举出选自由聚(甲基)丙烯酸系、聚苯乙烯系、有机硅、聚碳酸酯、丙烯酸/苯乙烯共聚物、苯并胍胺树脂、三聚氰胺树脂、聚烯烃、聚酯、聚酰胺、聚酰亚胺及聚氟乙烯粒子构成的组中的至少1种。它们可以是交联或非交联中的任一种。它们中,优选选自由苯并胍胺树脂、丙烯酸/苯乙烯共聚物、有机硅、三聚氰胺树脂构成的组中的至少1种。
优选该光扩散性粒子的平均粒径(d50)为0.8~15μm。更优选该光扩散性粒子的平均粒径(d50)为1~5μm。若平均粒径为上述范围内,则可见光线容易被散射,能够充分消除LED点光源图像。进而,虽然也依赖于光扩散层的厚度,但能够赋予充分的涂膜强度。另外,涂料组合物中的光扩散性粒子的平均粒径可以使用激光衍射式粒度分布测定装置而求出。
进而,包含具有上述范围内的平均粒径的粒子的涂料组合物在基材上以5~15μm的厚度进行涂布时,适合于形成具有以算术平均粗糙度(Ra)计为1~10μm的凹凸的表面。另外,在包含2种以上的光扩散性粒子的情况下,优选将具有不同的平均粒径的粒子组合以达成上述表面粗糙度。
更优选该光扩散性粒子与含羟基丙烯酸树脂的折射率差为0.05~0.25。若该折射率差为上述范围内,则能够得到对于消除LED点光源图像而言充分的光扩散性,光透射率的降低程度少即可。另外,本实施方式中,折射率为以阿贝折射计测定的NaD线(589nm)下的值。
即,优选上述光扩散性粒子与上述含羟基丙烯酸树脂的折射率差为0.05~0.25,上述光扩散性粒子的平均粒径(d50)为0.8~15μm。
光扩散性粒子优选相对于上述含羟基丙烯酸树脂和上述氟树脂的合计100质量份配合25~150质量份,更优选40~120质量份,最优选60~100质量份。在该配合量范围内,能够在不大幅降低光透射率的情况下得到充分的光扩散性。
<制备法>
本实施方式的涂料组合物可以通过将上述各成分同时或逐步添加到有机溶剂中,利用公知的搅拌或混炼机构进行混合来制作。作为有机溶剂,只要是能够将含羟基丙烯酸树脂及氟树脂溶解或分散的溶剂,则可以使用任意的溶剂。例如可列举出选自由甲苯、二甲苯等芳香族系溶剂、甲乙酮、环己酮等酮系溶剂、醋酸酯等酯系溶剂构成的组中的至少1种。在容易形成均匀的涂膜的方面,可以将该涂料组合物的不挥发成分设定为10~30质量%左右。
进而,也可以以不阻碍本发明的目的的量配合涂料组合物中通常配合的惯用添加剂。作为该添加剂,可列举出选自由紫外线吸收剂、光稳定剂、消泡剂、及流平剂构成的组中的至少1种。作为紫外线吸收剂,可以使用选自由苯并三唑系紫外线吸收剂、三嗪系紫外线吸收剂等、及水杨酸衍生物系紫外线吸收剂构成的组中的至少1种。作为光稳定剂,可以使用受阻胺系稳定剂,作为消泡剂可以使用各种表面活性剂。
<光扩散部件>
本实施方式为一种光扩散部件,其特征在于,其具备透明基材和涂布于该透明基材的一个面上的光扩散层,该光扩散层是由上述本实施方式的涂料组合物形成的。图1为该光扩散部件的一个实施方式的截面图。光扩散部件1在透明基材2的一个面上具备光扩散层3,光扩散层3是将本实施方式的涂料组合物涂布于透明基材2的一个面上而形成的。并且,在光扩散层3中添加光扩散性粒子4。
主旨并非限定本发明,但如上所述,认为在上述光扩散层中,上述氟树脂相对于含羟基丙烯酸树脂的质量比(氟树脂/含羟基丙烯酸树脂)在上述光扩散层的表面侧中比透明基材侧高。由此,认为如图1中以概念性的浓淡图案所示的那样表面的透明性高,仅通过一层的光扩散层,就能够实现高的光扩散性和光透射性。
未图示的光源可以配置于光扩散层3侧,也可以配置于透明基材2侧,但通常照明器具的罩表面优选赋予无光泽的质感。因此,优选在透明基材2侧配置光源,使光扩散层朝向外侧。
作为透明基材2,只要是至少在可见光区域(380~830nm)中具有透明性则没有特别限定。例如可以使用由选自由聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂等(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯等聚酯树脂、聚碳酸酯树脂、聚苯乙烯树脂、玻璃等构成的组中的至少1种形成的基材。它们中,在可见光线透射率高的方面,优选选自由(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂、聚碳酸酯树脂、及聚苯乙烯树脂构成的组中的至少1种。
透明基材2的厚度在天棚罩等通过成形而制成异形的情况下优选为0.1~3mm左右,在衬底照明等以平面状使用的情况下没有特别限定。
优选透明基材2的全光线透射率为90~100%,雾度为0~1%,扩散率为0~1%。这些值可以使用雾度计(例如日本电色工业株式会社制、NDH2000(商品名))进行测定。
光扩散层3是将本实施方式的涂料组合物涂布到透明基材2的一个面上后,使其固化而形成的。作为涂布的方法,可以使用选自由喷雾法、棒涂法、浸渍法、流涂法、旋涂法、辊涂法、海绵涂布等构成的组中的至少1种涂布法。可列举出将该涂料组合物成形为片材状而层叠在透明基材2上的方法、在模具的内表面吹喷涂料组合物后在该模具内注入透明基材2而进行成形的方法。
作为该涂料组合物的固化方法,可列举出通过加热来除去涂料组合物中的有机溶剂的方法、及配合固化剂而进行热固化的方法等。加热只要在该有机溶剂的沸点以上的温度下进行5分钟~1小时左右即可。固化剂只要是能够与OH基反应而形成交联,则没有特别限定。作为该固化剂,可列举出异氰酸酯系固化剂、及氨基系固化剂等,优选异氰酸酯系固化剂。作为异氰酸酯系固化剂,例如可以使用选自由赖氨酸二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、三甲基己烷二异氰酸酯等脂肪族二异氰酸酯类、氢化苯二甲基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、甲基环己烷-2,4-二异氰酸酯、甲基环己烷-2,6-二异氰酸酯、4,4′-亚甲基双(环己基异氰酸酯)、1,3-(异氰酸根合甲基)环己烷等环状脂肪族二异氰酸酯类、甲苯二异氰酸酯、苯二甲基二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯等芳香族二异氰酸酯类、赖氨酸三异氰酸酯等3价以上的多异氰酸酯等那样的有机多异氰酸酯类、这些各有机多异氰酸酯类与多元醇、低分子量聚酯树脂或水等的加成物、或各有机二异氰酸酯彼此的环化聚合物(例如异氰脲酸酯)、缩二脲型加成物等构成的组中的至少1种。异氰酸酯系固化剂优选按照异氰酸酯树脂的异氰酸酯基(NCO)与含羟基丙烯酸树脂中包含的羟基(OH)的当量比“NCO/OH”达到0.2~2.0、优选达到0.5~1.5的方式包含。作为氨基树脂,可以使用选自由三聚氰胺树脂、苯并胍胺树脂、甘脲树脂、尿素树脂等构成的组中的至少1种。
光扩散层3的表面的算术平均粗糙度(Ra)优选为1~10μm,更优选为2~7μm。此外,光扩散层3的膜厚典型地为5~50μm,优选为5~15μm。
如上所述,本实施方式的光扩散部件1能够以简便的工艺来制作。光扩散部件1适宜作为照明用罩、特别是LED照明用的罩,光源图像的隐蔽性优异。此外,全光线透射率高,光利用效率高。即,可以适宜作为具备光扩散部件1的照明用罩、特别是具备光扩散部件1的LED照明用的罩使用。但是,本实施方式的光扩散部件1并不限定于照明用罩,当然作为其他的光扩散用途、例如液晶显示装置的背光单元的光扩散部件也是适宜的。
以下,通过实施例对本发明进行说明。
实施例
(实施例1)
作为透明基材,使用由丙烯酸树脂形成的聚丙烯酸酯板(50mm×70mm×厚度2mm、折射率为1.49、透射率为92.5%、雾度为0.2%、扩散率为0%)。
作为含羟基丙烯酸树脂,使用FU-355-BA(商品名)(DIC株式会社制、折射率为1.49、羟值为45、重均分子量为16,000)。作为氟树脂,使用Fclear(注册商标)KD100(商品名)(关东电化工业株式会社制、聚氟烯烃共聚物、折射率为1.43)。作为光扩散性粒子,使用Epostar(注册商标)MS(商品名)(株式会社日本触媒制、球状苯并胍胺系树脂粒子、折射率为1.66、平均粒径为1~3μm)。
在氟树脂/含羟基丙烯酸树脂质量比达到30/70的量的含羟基丙烯酸树脂及氟树脂中,添加当量比“NCO/OH”达到1.1的量的异氰酸酯固化剂Takenate(注册商标)D-103H(三井化学株式会社制)。进而,添加相对于树脂固体成分100质量份达到50质量份的量的光扩散性粒子、及组合物的不挥发成分达到20质量%的量的环己酮并混合。混合通过超声波分散机来进行,制备涂料组合物。
接着,通过将该涂料通过棒涂机(#40)按照固化后的膜厚达到10μm的方式涂布到透明基材的一个面上后,在80℃下使其干燥10分钟,从而形成光扩散层。以激光超深度显微镜(KEYENCE株式会社制VK-9700)测定所得到的光扩散层表面的算术平均粗糙度Ra,结果为2.8μm。
(实施例2)
除了将氟树脂/含羟基丙烯酸树脂固体成分质量比设定为50/50以外,按照与实施例1同样的步骤形成光扩散层。所得到的光扩散层表面的算术平均粗糙度Ra为2.9μm。
(实施例3)
除了作为含羟基丙烯酸树脂而使用WCU865(商品名)(DIC株式会社制、折射率为1.49、羟值为28、重均分子量为20,000)以外,按照与实施例1同样的步骤形成光扩散层。所得到的光扩散层表面的算术平均粗糙度Ra为2.6μm。
(实施例4)
除了作为含羟基丙烯酸树脂而使用ACRYDIC(注册商标)A-814(商品名)(DIC株式会社制、折射率为1.49、羟值为15、重均分子量为30,000)以外,按照与实施例1同样的步骤形成光扩散层。所得到的光扩散层表面的算术平均粗糙度Ra为2.8μm。
(比较例1)
除了在实施例1中没有添加氟树脂以外,按照与实施例1同样的步骤形成光扩散层。所得到的光扩散层表面的算术平均粗糙度Ra为2.4μm。
(比较例2)
除了作为含羟基丙烯酸树脂而使用WBU1218(商品名)(DIC株式会社制、折射率为1.49、羟值为12、重均分子量为70,000)以外,按照与实施例1同样的步骤形成光扩散层。所得到的光扩散层表面的算术平均粗糙度Ra为2.2μm。
(比较例3)
除了作为含羟基丙烯酸树脂而使用ACRYDIC(注册商标)52-668BA(商品名)(DIC株式会社制、折射率为1.49、羟值为25、重均分子量为63,000)以外,按照与实施例1同样的步骤形成光扩散层。所得到的光扩散层表面的算术平均粗糙度Ra为2.4μm。
(比较例4)
除了作为含羟基丙烯酸树脂而使用ACRYDIC(注册商标)52-666BA(商品名)(DIC株式会社制、折射率为1.49、羟值为75.9、重均分子量为15,000)以外,按照与实施例1同样的步骤形成光扩散层。所得到的光扩散层表面的算术平均粗糙度Ra为2.6μm。
(比较例5)
作为含羟基丙烯酸树脂而使用FU-355-BA(商品名)(DIC株式会社制、折射率为1.49、羟值为45、重均分子量为16,000)。除了将氟树脂/含羟基丙烯酸树脂质量比设定为80/20以外,与实施例1同样地制备涂料组合物。将该组合物涂布到透明基材上,结果流平性差,基材的端部厚而中心部变薄,产生涂布不均。
(比较例6)
作为含羟基丙烯酸树脂而使用FU-355-BA(商品名)(DIC株式会社制、折射率为1.49、羟值为45、重均分子量为16,000)。除了将氟树脂/含羟基丙烯酸树脂质量比设定为1/99以外,与实施例1同样地形成光扩散层。所得到的光扩散层表面的算术平均粗糙度Ra为2.2μm。
通过以下的方法评价所得到的各光学部件。将结果示于表1中。
(全光线透射率)
使用雾度计(日本电色工业株式会社制“NDH2000”)测定全光线透射率(%)。
(光扩散性评价)
使用Panasonic株式会社制LED天棚灯HH-LC626A,通过目视确认消除各光学部件的灯图像的能力。将HH-LC626A附带的照明用罩的与光源的距离最近的部分以50mm×70mm的尺寸切取,将各光学部件嵌入该切取部,按照以下那样的基准通过目视来评价消除灯图像的能力。
A:与附带照明用罩同等以上地无法确认光源形状。
B:光源形状模糊,但比附带照明用罩差。
C:能够确认光源形状。
(涂膜的均匀性)
通过目视来评价固化后的涂膜的均匀性,将均匀的涂膜设为A,将不均匀的涂膜设为X。

如表1中所示的那样,获知本发明的光学部件具备高的全光线透射率和充分的光扩散性,仅通过一层的光扩散层就得到高的光利用效率。与此相对,欠缺本发明中的含羟基丙烯酸树脂的必要条件的比较例的全光线透射率差。另外,由于存在涂膜薄的部分,所以虽然表观上比较例5的透射率高,但是涂膜不均匀,光扩散性也不足。
为了对本发明中的高的光透射率进行调查,按照以下的步骤制作仅使用了树脂系的试样1及用于比较的试样2。
(试样1)
作为透明基材,使用实施例1中使用的聚丙烯酸酯板。作为含羟基丙烯酸树脂,使用实施例1中使用的FU-355-BA(商品名),作为氟树脂,使用KD100(商品名)(关东电化工业株式会社制、聚氟烯烃共聚物、折射率为1.43)。将氟树脂/含羟基丙烯酸树脂质量比变更为0/100、10/90、30/70、100/0,不添加扩散粒子,通过与不挥发成分达到20质量%的量的环己酮混合,制备涂料。
通过将该涂料通过棒涂机(#40)涂布到透明基材的一个面上后,在80℃下进行10分钟干燥,制作具有透明树脂层的试样1。
(试样2)
除了作为含羟基丙烯酸树脂而使用比较例2中使用的WBU1218(商品名)以外,按照与试样1同样的步骤制作具有透明树脂层的试样2。
(评价)
通过与实施例同样的方法,测定全光线透射率(%)。将结果示于图2中。该图是表示因氟树脂/含羟基丙烯酸树脂质量比而引起的全光线透射率的变化的图。该图中,纵轴为氟树脂/含羟基丙烯酸树脂质量比为0/100、10/90、30/70、100/0时的透射率T0、T10、T30、T100与T0的差ΔT(%)(Tx-T0、x=0、10、30、100)。
如由图2获知的那样,将规定的含羟基丙烯酸树脂与氟树脂组合而得到的试样1仅通过添加少量的氟树脂,全光线透射率显著提高而变成仅氟树脂时的全光线透射率以上。与此相对,试样2中全光线透射率与氟树脂的添加量增加成比例地上升。这是由于:试样1中,在含羟基丙烯酸树脂与氟树脂的混合物中,在不会损害膜的整体性的情况下,折射率更低的氟树脂在表面侧以更高的浓度存在。
这样,通过将具有规定的物性的含羟基丙烯酸树脂与氟树脂组合,即使是一层的光扩散层,也能够在光扩散效果的基础上发挥高的光利用效率,作为照明器具的罩是适宜的。

产业上的可利用性
根据本发明的涂料组合物,能够形成均匀地将光扩散而光源图像的隐蔽性也优异的光扩散性。进而,即使不在表面上另外设置低折射率层,该光扩散层也能够实现高的光透射率。

1.一种光扩散层形成用涂料组合物,其特征在于,其包含含羟基丙烯酸树脂、聚氟烯烃系树脂和光扩散性粒子,所述含羟基丙烯酸树脂的重均分子量为10,000~30,000且羟值为14~70,
所述聚氟烯烃系树脂相对于所述含羟基丙烯酸树脂的质量比为5/95~50/50,
所述光扩散性粒子的配合量相对于所述含羟基丙烯酸树脂和所述聚氟烯烃系树脂的合计100质量份为25~150质量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光扩散层形成用涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述光扩散性粒子与所述含羟基丙烯酸树脂的折射率差为0.05~0.25,所述光扩散性粒子的平均粒径d50为0.8~15μm。
3.一种光扩散部件,其特征在于,其具备透明基材和涂布于所述透明基材的一个面上的光扩散层,所述光扩散层是由权利要求1或2所述的光扩散层形成用涂料组合物形成的。
4.根据权利要求3所述的光扩散部件,其特征在于,在所述光扩散层中,所述聚氟烯烃系树脂相对于所述含羟基丙烯酸树脂的质量比在所述光扩散层的表面侧比透明基材侧高。
5.根据权利要求3所述的光扩散部件,其特征在于,所述光扩散层的表面的算术平均粗糙度Ra为1~10μm。
6.一种照明用罩,其具备权利要求3所述的光扩散部件。
