Abstract
本发明公开了一种吸湿排汗型整理剂,包括如下重量份数的成分:4,4ˊ二硝基二苯甲醇1320份,双巯基乙酸乙二醇酯2025份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1525份,2羟基5氯二苯甲酮812份,硅油1015份,4羟基苯乙胺38份,甘油磷酸酯716份,柠檬酸钠26份,磷酸二氢钾16份,去离子水3050份。纺织衣物利用本发明的整理剂后吸湿、排汗性能得到显著提高,能够及时有效的将人体汗液排出,避免产生闷热感。

技术领域
本发明属于整理剂领域,具体涉及一种吸湿排汗型整理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
人们在炎热的夏天常常会大量排汗,如果排出的汗水不能及时散发,皮肤与衣物之间的湿度就会上升,而这种持续上升的湿度会让使人体感到非常闷热,进而导致身体进一步排汗来散发多余的热量,如此时间过长会导致人们干渴、缺水、心情烦躁等不良状况。现有的大部分纺织衣物中排汗、吸湿性能都不显著,无法有效将汗液及时透过衣物散发出去。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的以上技术问题,本发明提供一种吸湿排汗型整理剂及其制备方法,利用该整理剂处理衣物,提高衣物的吸湿、排汗性能,及时的帮助人们将汗液排出体外,保持愉快的心境。
技术方案:一种吸湿排汗型整理剂,包括如下重量份数的成分:4,4'-二硝基二苯甲醇13-20份,双巯基乙酸乙二醇酯20-25份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚15-25份,2-羟基-5-氯二苯甲酮8-12份,硅油10-15份,4-羟基苯乙胺3-8份,甘油磷酸酯7-16份,柠檬酸钠2-6份,磷酸二氢钾1-6份,去离子水30-50份。
优选的,所述4,4'-二硝基二苯甲醇15-18份,双巯基乙酸乙二醇酯22-25份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚18-23份,2-羟基-5-氯二苯甲酮9-11份,硅油12-14份,4-羟基苯乙胺4-7份,甘油磷酸酯10-13份,柠檬酸钠3-5份,磷酸二氢钾2-5份,去离子水35-45份。
优选的,所述4,4'-二硝基二苯甲醇17份,双巯基乙酸乙二醇酯24份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚20份,2-羟基-5-氯二苯甲酮10份,硅油13份,4-羟基苯乙胺5份,甘油磷酸酯12份,柠檬酸钠4份,磷酸二氢钾4份,去离子水40份。
一种吸湿排汗型整理剂的制备方法,具体包含如下步骤:
S1:将4,4'-二硝基二苯甲醇13-20份、双巯基乙酸乙二醇酯20-25份、2-羟基-5-氯二苯甲酮8-12份和硅油10-15份加入反应器中磁力搅拌20-30min,随后升高温度至40-50℃,继续加入柠檬酸钠2-6份和磷酸二氢钾1-6份,边滴加边反应1-2h;
S2:将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚15-25份、4-羟基苯乙胺3-8份、甘油磷酸酯7-16份和去离子水30-50份在温度30-40℃下充分搅拌混合,随后步骤S1所得到的反应液,不搅拌反应10-15min;
S3:继续升温至100-110℃,回流反应2-3h,待反应液冷却后即可得到所述吸湿排汗型整理剂。
优选的,步骤S1中所述磁力搅拌的时间为25min,温度为48℃,边滴加边反应1.5h。
优选的,步骤S2中所述温度为35℃,不搅拌反应13min。
优选的,步骤S3中所述温度为106℃,回流反应2.5h。
有益效果:本发明所述一种吸湿排汗型整理剂的制备方法,以4,4'-二硝基二苯甲醇、双巯基乙酸乙二醇酯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚等物质为原料,经磁力搅拌、加热反应等步骤制备得到吸湿排汗型整理剂;本制备工艺简单、过程较短;纺织衣物利用本发明的整理剂后吸湿、排汗性能得到显著提高,能够及时有效的将人体汗液排出,避免产生闷热感。
具体实施方式
实施例1
S1:将4,4'-二硝基二苯甲醇13份、双巯基乙酸乙二醇酯20份、2-羟基-5-氯二苯甲酮8份和硅油10份加入反应器中磁力搅拌20min,随后升高温度至40℃,继续加入柠檬酸钠2份和磷酸二氢钾1份,边滴加边反应1h;
S2:将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚15份、4-羟基苯乙胺3份、甘油磷酸酯7份和去离子水30份在温度30℃下充分搅拌混合,随后步骤S1所得到的反应液,不搅拌反应10min;
S3:继续升温至100℃,回流反应2h,待反应液冷却后即可得到所述吸湿排汗型整理剂。
对比例1
S1:将2-羟基-5-氯二苯甲酮8份和硅油10份加入反应器中磁力搅拌20min,随后升高温度至40℃,继续加入柠檬酸钠2份和磷酸二氢钾1份,边滴加边反应1h;
S2:将4-羟基苯乙胺3份、甘油磷酸酯7份和去离子水30份在温度30℃下充分搅拌混合,随后步骤S1所得到的反应液,不搅拌反应10min;
S3:继续升温至100℃,回流反应2h,待反应液冷却后即可得到整理剂。
实施例2
S1:将4,4'-二硝基二苯甲醇20份、双巯基乙酸乙二醇酯25份、2-羟基-5-氯二苯甲酮12份和硅油15份加入反应器中磁力搅拌30min,随后升高温度至50℃,继续加入柠檬酸钠6份和磷酸二氢钾6份,边滴加边反应2h;
S2:将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚25份、4-羟基苯乙胺8份、甘油磷酸酯16份和去离子水50份在温度40℃下充分搅拌混合,随后步骤S1所得到的反应液,不搅拌反应15min;
S3:继续升温至110℃,回流反应3h,待反应液冷却后即可得到所述吸湿排汗型整理剂。
对比例2
S1:将2-羟基-5-氯二苯甲酮12份和硅油15份加入反应器中磁力搅拌30min,随后升高温度至50℃,继续加入柠檬酸钠6份和磷酸二氢钾6份,边滴加边反应2h;
S2:将4-羟基苯乙胺8份、甘油磷酸酯16份和去离子水50份在温度40℃下充分搅拌混合,随后步骤S1所得到的反应液,不搅拌反应15min;
S3:继续升温至110℃,回流反应3h,待反应液冷却后即可得到整理剂。
实施例3
S1:将4,4'-二硝基二苯甲醇15份、双巯基乙酸乙二醇酯22份、2-羟基-5-氯二苯甲酮9份和硅油12份加入反应器中磁力搅拌20min,随后升高温度至40℃,继续加入柠檬酸钠3份和磷酸二氢钾2份,边滴加边反应1h;
S2:将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚18份、4-羟基苯乙胺4份、甘油磷酸酯10份和去离子水35份在温度30℃下充分搅拌混合,随后步骤S1所得到的反应液,不搅拌反应10min;
S3:继续升温至100℃,回流反应2h,待反应液冷却后即可得到所述吸湿排汗型整理剂。
实施例4
S1:将4,4'-二硝基二苯甲醇18份、双巯基乙酸乙二醇酯25份、2-羟基-5-氯二苯甲酮11份和硅油14份加入反应器中磁力搅拌30min,随后升高温度至50℃,继续加入柠檬酸钠5份和磷酸二氢钾5份,边滴加边反应2h;
S2:将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚23份、4-羟基苯乙胺7份、甘油磷酸酯13份和去离子水45份在温度40℃下充分搅拌混合,随后步骤S1所得到的反应液,不搅拌反应15min;
S3:继续升温至110℃,回流反应3h,待反应液冷却后即可得到所述吸湿排汗型整理剂。
实施例5
S1:将4,4'-二硝基二苯甲醇17份、双巯基乙酸乙二醇酯24份、2-羟基-5-氯二苯甲酮10份和硅油13份加入反应器中磁力搅拌25min,随后升高温度至48℃,继续加入柠檬酸钠4份和磷酸二氢钾4份,边滴加边反应1.5h;
S2:将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚20份、4-羟基苯乙胺5份、甘油磷酸酯12份和去离子水40份在温度35℃下充分搅拌混合,随后步骤S1所得到的反应液,不搅拌反应13min;
S3:继续升温至106℃,回流反应2.5h,待反应液冷却后即可得到所述吸湿排汗型整理剂。
将各个实施例和对比例所得到的整理剂,应用于纺织衣物中,测试经处理纺织衣物的透湿量,结果如下:

1.一种吸湿排汗型整理剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的成分:4,4'-二硝基二苯甲醇13-20份,双巯基乙酸乙二醇酯20-25份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚15-25份,2-羟基-5-氯二苯甲酮8-12份,硅油10-15份,4-羟基苯乙胺3-8份,甘油磷酸酯7-16份,柠檬酸钠2-6份,磷酸二氢钾1-6份,去离子水30-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿排汗型整理剂,其特征在于,所述4,4'-二硝基二苯甲醇15-18份,双巯基乙酸乙二醇酯22-25份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚18-23份,2-羟基-5-氯二苯甲酮9-11份,硅油12-14份,4-羟基苯乙胺4-7份,甘油磷酸酯10-13份,柠檬酸钠3-5份,磷酸二氢钾2-5份,去离子水35-45份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种吸湿排汗型整理剂,其特征在于,所述4,4'-二硝基二苯甲醇17份,双巯基乙酸乙二醇酯24份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚20份,2-羟基-5-氯二苯甲酮10份,硅油13份,4-羟基苯乙胺5份,甘油磷酸酯12份,柠檬酸钠4份,磷酸二氢钾4份,去离子水40份。
4.一种吸湿排汗型整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包含如下步骤:
S1:将4,4'-二硝基二苯甲醇13-20份、双巯基乙酸乙二醇酯20-25份、2-羟基-5-氯二苯甲酮8-12份和硅油10-15份加入反应器中磁力搅拌20-30min,随后升高温度至40-50℃,继续加入柠檬酸钠2-6份和磷酸二氢钾1-6份,边滴加边反应1-2h;
S2:将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚15-25份、4-羟基苯乙胺3-8份、甘油磷酸酯7-16份和去离子水30-50份在温度30-40℃下充分搅拌混合,随后步骤S1所得到的反应液,不搅拌反应10-15min;
S3:继续升温至100-110℃,回流反应2-3h,待反应液冷却后即可得到所述吸湿排汗型整理剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种吸湿排汗型整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中所述磁力搅拌的时间为25min,温度为48℃,边滴加边反应1.5h。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种吸湿排汗型整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述温度为35℃,不搅拌反应13min。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种吸湿排汗型整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中所述温度为106℃,回流反应2.5h。
