AOB马铃署五谷坚果馒头及制备工艺是由:以AOB抗氧化剂、马铃署淀粉、五谷杂粮坚果组成:以50千克AOB马铃署五谷坚果馒头为例:AOB(抗氧化剂)0.5千克、马铃署淀粉20千克、去皮玉米10千克,薏米1千克,小米1千克,高粮米5千克、白芝麻1千克,花生米1千克,核桃仁1千克,麦芽粉1千克。精选分类:水洗、烘干、炒熟,用特制粉碎机精准配料,混合磨粉,二次采用专业生产馒头的模具或机器成型,蒸熟、包装为产品,即能增加食用品质,又能强化食品营养成份,还能起到食补、食疗、养生保健的作用,口味纯香、食用方便的奇特产品。

本发明涉及一种改善生产出售,普通食用馒头,特制一种AOB马铃署五谷、坚果、馒头,强化营养成份,食补、食疗、养生、保健,特殊口味的配方及制备工艺。
背景技术:
目前市场上生产出售的各种馒头,均使用传统的制作方法,普通面粉,添加食品添加剂的制作方法,因添加的原料品种单一,营养成份不全,没有人体所需的均衡营养成份,起不到食补、食疗、保健养生的作用,更无法采用“竹叶提取物(AOB)抗氧化剂的原料和配料。
发明内容:
为了克服传统的馒头生产出售品种单一,营养成份不全,起不到食补、食疗、养生、保健的不足,本发明提供一种“竹叶提取物”精选原料:以优质马铃署淀粉、坚果、五谷杂粮的配方及制备工艺。即能强化馒头的食用品质,又能起到食补、食疗、养生保健的作用,且彻底改变了中国传统食用馒头的制作方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:采用精选AOB抗氧化剂、马铃署淀粉、去皮玉米、薏米、小米、高粮米、白芝麻、花生米、麦芽粉。
以50千克AOB马铃署五谷坚果馒头为例:AOB抗氧化剂0.5千克马铃署淀粉20千克、去皮玉米10千克,薏米1千克,小米1千克,高粮米5千克、白芝麻1千克,花生米1千克,麦芽粉1千克。
以50千克原料进行精选分类:水洗、烘干,用特制粉碎机精准配料混合磨粉,二次采用生产制作馒头的模具或机器成型,蒸熟后包装为产品。
本发明有益效果是:强化营养、食补、食疗、养生保健的作用,因竹叶黄酮提取物AOB抗氧化剂五谷杂粮坚果配料中,有人体所需的各种氨基酸和天然化合物,在人体中能起到真正的养生保健作用。

以50千克AOB马铃署五谷、坚果馒头为例:AOB(抗氧化剂)0.5千克、马铃署淀粉20千克、去皮玉米10千克,薏米1千克,小米1千克,高粮米0.5千克、白芝麻1千克,花生米1千克,核桃仁1千克,麦芽粉1千克。
2.精选分类:水洗、烘干、炒熟,用特制粉碎机精准配料,混合磨粉,二次采用生产馒头的模具或机器成型,蒸熟、包装为产品。
