用于汽车使用的合成润滑油及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及化工原料制备技术领域,具体涉及用于汽车使用的合成润滑油及其制备方法。
背景技术
汽车已经完全进入人们的生活中,生活中汽车已经遍布于各个地方,汽车在使用时,对于燃料油,机油润滑油使用的频率很高;汽车润滑油分为矿物润滑油,合成润滑油,半合成润滑油等几类,是由天然气与原油提炼的碳氢化合物配制而成,国际上没有合成油之明确定义,一般以润滑油中含有PAO即称为合成机油。市售标示合成油之产品,PAO之含量大部份皆在12%以下。全合成机油则是以100%之PAO为基础油及添加剂调配而成。
润滑油品质有好坏之分,其品质差异基本上只是通过原料选择来定义的,原料选择好,则品质高,然而目前我国处于能源相对紧缺的时代,因此品质好的原材料,价格非常昂贵,不能得到人们的青睐。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种配方合理,生产工艺简单,润滑效果好的用于汽车使用的合成润滑油及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
用于汽车使用的合成润滑油,其特征在于:由以下组分的原料制成:
草本油20-50份、矿物油10-30份、动物油20-50份、十二烯基丁二酸1-3份、二烷基二硫酸代甲酸钼1-3份、甲基硅油脂2-5份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯3-6份、磺酸镁2-4份,丁基辛基二苯基胺3-5份、季戊四醇10-13份,丙烯酸甘油酯7-15份。
各原料的优选组分为:草本油35份、矿物油20份、动物油35份、十二烯基丁二酸2份、二烷基二硫酸代甲酸钼2份、甲基硅油脂3份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯4份、磺酸镁3份,丁基辛基二苯基胺4份、季戊四醇12份,丙烯酸甘油酯11份。
所述的草本油为豆油、菜籽油、椰子油、棕榈油、亚麻油、蓖麻油的一种或者任意几种的组合物。
所述的矿物油为163-184℃石油中提炼出的基础油。
所述的动物油为猪油、羊油、马油、鸡油、鱼油中的一种或者任意几种的组合物。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种制备本发明用于汽车使用的合成润滑油的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
①、将原料中的草本油、矿物油、动物油进行预混合搅拌,直至混合搅拌成粘稠的糊状物,得到物料A;
②、选用一搅拌反应釜,将原料中的十二烯基丁二酸、二烷基二硫酸代甲酸钼、甲基硅油脂、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、磺酸镁,丁基辛基二苯基胺、季戊四醇和丙烯酸甘油酯加入其中,加热至30-50℃,恒温搅拌3-5min,转速控制为3000-4000r/min,得到物料B;
③、将上述物料A和物料B混合搅拌均匀即可。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
称取菜籽油20kg、矿物油10kg、猪油20kg、十二烯基丁二酸1kg、二烷基二硫酸代甲酸钼1kg、甲基硅油脂2kg、聚甲基丙烯酸酯3kg、磺酸镁2kg,丁基辛基二苯基胺3kg、季戊四醇10kg,丙烯酸甘油酯7kg;
所述的矿物油为163-184℃石油中提炼出的基础油。
制备方法如下:
①、将原料中的菜籽油、矿物油、猪油进行预混合搅拌,直至混合搅拌成粘稠的糊状物,得到物料A;
②、选用一搅拌反应釜,将原料中的十二烯基丁二酸、二烷基二硫酸代甲酸钼、甲基硅油脂、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、磺酸镁,丁基辛基二苯基胺、季戊四醇和丙烯酸甘油酯加入其中,加热至30-50℃,恒温搅拌3-5min,转速控制为3000-4000r/min,得到物料B;
③、将上述物料A和物料B混合搅拌均匀即可。
实施例2
称取椰子油35kg、矿物油20kg、鸡油35kg、十二烯基丁二酸2kg、二烷基二硫酸代甲酸钼2kg、甲基硅油脂3kg、聚甲基丙烯酸酯4kg、磺酸镁3kg,丁基辛基二苯基胺4kg、季戊四醇12kg,丙烯酸甘油酯11kg;
所述的矿物油为163-184℃石油中提炼出的基础油。
制备方法如下:
①、将原料中的椰子油、矿物油、鸡油进行预混合搅拌,直至混合搅拌成粘稠的糊状物,得到物料A;
②、选用一搅拌反应釜,将原料中的十二烯基丁二酸、二烷基二硫酸代甲酸钼、甲基硅油脂、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、磺酸镁,丁基辛基二苯基胺、季戊四醇和丙烯酸甘油酯加入其中,加热至30-50℃,恒温搅拌3-5min,转速控制为3000-4000r/min,得到物料B;
③、将上述物料A和物料B混合搅拌均匀即可。

1.用于汽车使用的合成润滑油,其特征在于:由以下组分的原料制成:
草本油20-50份、矿物油10-30份、动物油20-50份、十二烯基丁二酸1-3份、二烷基二硫酸代甲酸钼1-3份、甲基硅油脂2-5份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯3-6份、磺酸镁2-4份,丁基辛基二苯基胺3-5份、季戊四醇10-13份,丙烯酸甘油酯7-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于汽车使用的合成润滑油,其特征在于,各原料的优选组分为:草本油35份、矿物油20份、动物油35份、十二烯基丁二酸2份、二烷基二硫酸代甲酸钼2份、甲基硅油脂3份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯4份、磺酸镁3份,丁基辛基二苯基胺4份、季戊四醇12份,丙烯酸甘油酯11份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于汽车使用的合成润滑油,其特征在于:所述的草本油为豆油、菜籽油、椰子油、棕榈油、亚麻油、蓖麻油的一种或者任意几种的组合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于汽车使用的合成润滑油,其特征在于:所述的矿物油为163-184℃石油中提炼出的基础油。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于汽车使用的合成润滑油,其特征在于:所述的动物油为猪油、羊油、马油、鸡油、鱼油中的一种或者任意几种的组合物。
6.制备权利要求1或2中用于汽车使用的合成润滑油的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
①、将原料中的草本油、矿物油、动物油进行预混合搅拌,直至混合搅拌成粘稠的糊状物,得到物料A;
②、选用一搅拌反应釜,将原料中的十二烯基丁二酸、二烷基二硫酸代甲酸钼、甲基硅油脂、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、磺酸镁,丁基辛基二苯基胺、季戊四醇和丙烯酸甘油酯加入其中,加热至30-50℃,恒温搅拌3-5min,转速控制为3000-4000r/min,得到物料B;
③、将上述物料A和物料B混合搅拌均匀即可。
