技术领域
本发明涉及静力液压系统,属于液压油技术领域,特别涉及一种高粘度指数超低温节能工程机械液压油。
背景技术
工程机械种类很多,包括挖掘机、装载机、起重机、搅拌运输车等,这些设备一般长年在自然环境恶劣的野外作业,都需要通过液压传递系统进行必要的工作。实际使用过程中,由于国内工程机械专用液压油没有出台相关的标准,针对工程机械的特点的液压油很少,一般情况都是使用工业设备使用的液压油,特别是由于工业设备系统一般采用的是叶片泵,压力较低,工程机械一般采用的是柱塞泵,压力较高。因此,经常出现液压系统由于液压油的限制不能正常工作的状况。如:低温时泵送困难、不能保证压力均匀传递,设备作业前需要一段预热过程,甚至出现液压油路憋压、油管破裂现象,长时间作业,油温过高,需停机冷却,耽误工时,影响作业效率,甚至因液压油油温高粘度过低,润滑不良,造成液压系统零部件损坏,设备停工等事故。在不同的季节和工况下频繁的换油,造成了资源消耗浪费。因此需要一种能够满足在自然环境恶劣条件下使用的适用温度范围宽广高粘度指数的多级节能的工程机械液压油。
目前使用的液压油,粘度指数较低、粘温性能差、氧化安定性差,低温时油品产生粘滞性,增加能耗,极端条件下,产生磨损,使机件损毁,以致无法正常工作;高温时氧化缩短油品寿命,产生油泥,堵塞过滤装置,难以满足液压系统复杂环境下的工况。本发明通过对基础油和添加剂的选择,调制出一款能够适应自然环境温度变换较大、高低温条件下正常运转的具有高粘度指数、粘温性能良好、氧化安定性能稳定、润滑性能优异、节能型的多级工程机械液压油。
发明内容
本发明是由无灰抗磨剂、清净分散剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂、抗泡剂、降凝剂、粘度指数改进剂及高品质基础油组成的。具有合适的运动粘度、良好的粘温性能、优异的抗氧化安定性能、良好的摩擦性能,能够满足在恶劣的环境和超低温的条件下工作的各种工程机械液压系统正常运转的需要。
本发明目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种高粘度指数超低温节能工程机械液压油,由下述重量份的原料组成:磷酸三甲酚酯0.1‐1份、抗磨剂0.5‐1.5份、苯三唑脂肪胺3‐7份、油酸乙二醇酯1‐5份、粘度指数改进剂70‐90份、清净分散剂1‐3份、抗氧剂1‐3份、4,4'‐二辛基二苯胺2‐4份、降凝剂3‐9份、抗泡剂0.01‐0.05份、基础油800‐1000份。
优选地,所述的抗磨剂为十五烷基硫代氨基磺酸酯、十六烷基硫代氨基磺酸酯、N,N‐二(十二)烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼中的一种或多种的混合物。
优选地,所述的苯三唑脂肪胺为苯三唑十二胺盐、苯三唑十八胺盐中的一种或其混合物。
优选地,所述的粘度指数改进剂为氢化苯乙烯异戊二烯共聚物、乙丙共聚物中的一种或其混合物。
优选地,所述的清净分散剂为硫磷三酯、硼化丁二酰亚胺、硼化聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺中的一种或多种的混合物。

本发明与以往技术效果相比较,由于采用了无灰极压抗磨剂添加剂复配,其适用性更广,抗磨性更佳,效能更高,能够有效地满足大功率、高压力的液压传递系统柱塞泵的润滑;一般有灰添加剂由于会给液压系统的某些金属造成腐蚀,使液压系统发生故障,无灰添加剂避免了这一缺陷;抗磨性较之更有所提高;所选用的低粘度基础油,具有高的粘度指数,能够在低温条件下具有良好的流动性,特别是所选用的聚甲基丙烯酸酯类粘度指数改进剂具有低位阻强极性结构,使油品具有极高的粘度指数,高温时粘度下降小,能够保持连续的油膜强度,不泄漏、不高温,不需要停机冷却;低温下粘度小,设备易启动,不需要预热,动作灵敏,大大提高了作业效率;优选的油性剂、抗磨剂与基础油配伍性好,能够在不同的工作阶段,及时地提供润滑保障;使设备运行平稳、压力传递均匀、降低摩擦、减小磨损、温升低、散热快、降低动力损耗,节省能源消耗,延长换油周期。

苯三唑脂肪胺,采用苯三唑十八胺盐,又名苯并三氮唑脂肪铵盐,是一种多效油性剂,分子式如下:C6H5N3·NH(CH2)17CH3,参照张慧波等《苯三唑脂肪胺的合成工艺及其性能的研究》合成。
油酸乙二醇酯,即乙二醇油酸酯,CAS号:4500‐01‐0。
粘度指数改进剂,采用乙丙共聚物,CAS号:9010-79-1,采用大庆高新技术产业开发区林强油剂制品有限公司的型号为T614A的乙丙共聚物。
清净分散剂,采用硼化聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺,合成方法参照万烈雄,冯洁泳,骆新平《硼化无灰分散剂的研制及应用》,润滑油,2001,其结构式如下:
其中,R为分子量为1000的聚异丁烯,R'=H。
4,4'-二辛基二苯胺,CAS号:101-67-7。
2,6‐二叔丁基苯酚,CAS号:128‐39‐2。
3,5‐二叔丁基苯酚,CAS号:1138‐52‐9。
2,4‐二叔丁基苯酚,CAS号:96‐76‐4。
降凝剂,采用聚甲基丙烯酸酯,采用专利申请号:201410753667.9中实施例1的方法制备聚甲基丙烯酸酯。
抗泡剂,采用二甲基硅油,CAS号,63148-62-9。
500N基础油,采用苏州赛帕汉特种油品有限公司提供的500N基础油,其理化指标如下:运动粘度(40℃)96.66mm2/s,运动粘度(100℃)10.93mm2/s,闪点(开口)252.1℃,倾点-28℃。
GTL‐4基础油为天然气合成油,采用Shell(壳牌)GTL-4基础油,其理化指标见表1:
实施例1‐3
按表4的原料配比并按下述方法制备高粘度指数超低温节能工程机械液压油,各原料性质见表2‐3。
在室温条件下,将GTL‐8基础油、500N基础油加入釜内,搅拌升温至75℃,将聚甲基丙烯酸酯降凝剂和氢化苯乙烯异戊二烯共聚物类粘指改进剂加入釜内,搅拌0.5h,将2,6二叔丁基苯酚、4,4'-二辛基二苯胺、硼化丁二酰亚胺,液态苯三唑脂肪胺、硫磷三酯、磷酸三甲酚酯、烷基硫代氨基磺酸酯,油酸乙二醇酯加入釜内,搅拌0.5h,温度保持在75℃;复合抗泡剂加入釜内,温度保持在75℃,通过搅拌和静态混合器进行充分的混合,时间1.5h;以上过程均在0.1MPa氮气保护下进行,放掉氮气,在-0.06MPa的条件下脱气0.1h;加入GTL-4基础油,温度降至45℃,放掉负压,通过搅拌和静态混合器进行充分的混合,时间0.5h;通过5μm的过滤器放出。

实施例4
高粘度指数超低温节能工程机械液压油原料(重量份):磷酸三甲酚酯0.6份、N,N-二(十二)烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼1份、苯三唑十八胺盐5份、油酸乙二醇酯3份、乙丙共聚物80份、硼化聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺0.5份、抗氧剂2.1份、4,4'‐二辛基二苯胺3.4份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯5份、二甲基硅油0.01份、GTL-4基础油650份、500N基础油150份。
所述的抗氧剂由2,6‐二叔丁基苯酚、3,5‐二叔丁基苯酚、2,4‐二叔丁基苯酚按质量比为1:1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。
将GTL‐4基础油加入调和釜内,400转/分搅拌升温至75℃,将聚甲基丙烯酸酯加入调和釜内,400转/分搅拌0.5h,将抗氧剂、4,4'-二辛基二苯胺、硼化聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺,苯三唑十八胺盐、磷酸三甲酚酯、N,N-二(十二)烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼、乙丙共聚物、油酸乙二醇酯加入釜调和内,400转/分搅拌0.5h,温度保持在75℃;将二甲基硅油加入调和釜内,温度保持在75℃,400转/分搅拌1.5h;以上过程均在0.1MPa氮气保护下进行,放掉氮气,在-0.06MPa的条件下脱气0.1h;加入500N基础油,温度降至45℃,400转/分搅拌0.5h;通过5μm的过滤器放出。得到实施例4的高粘度指数超低温节能工程机械液压油。
实施例5
按实施例4的方法制备高粘度指数超低温节能工程机械液压油,区别仅仅在于:所述的抗氧剂由3,5‐二叔丁基苯酚、2,4‐二叔丁基苯酚按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例5的高粘度指数超低温节能工程机械液压油。
实施例6
按实施例4的方法制备高粘度指数超低温节能工程机械液压油,区别仅仅在于:所述的抗氧剂由2,6‐二叔丁基苯酚、2,4‐二叔丁基苯酚按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例6的高粘度指数超低温节能工程机械液压油。
实施例7
按实施例4的方法制备高粘度指数超低温节能工程机械液压油,区别仅仅在于:所述的抗氧剂由2,6‐二叔丁基苯酚、3,5‐二叔丁基苯酚按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例7的高粘度指数超低温节能工程机械液压油。
测试例1
对实施例1-3制备的高粘度指数超低温节能工程机械液压油进行指标测试,结果见表5。

测试例2
对实施例4-7制备的高粘度指数超低温节能工程机械液压油进行氧化安定性测试,实验根据SH/T 0193-2008润滑油氧化安定性的测定-旋转氧弹法检测,氧化时间越长则抗氧性越好。具体结果见表6。

比较实施例4与实施例5-7,实施例4(2,6‐二叔丁基苯酚、3,5‐二叔丁基苯酚、2,4‐二叔丁基苯酚复配)抗氧性能明显优于实施例5-7(2,6‐二叔丁基苯酚、3,5‐二叔丁基苯酚、2,4‐二叔丁基苯酚中任意二者复配)。

Claims (8)

1.一种高粘度指数超低温节能工程机械液压油,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料组成:磷酸三甲酚酯0.1‐1份、抗磨剂0.5‐1.5份、苯三唑脂肪胺3‐7份、油酸乙二醇酯1‐5份、粘度指数改进剂70‐90份、清净分散剂1‐3份、抗氧剂1‐3份、4,4'‐二辛基二苯胺2‐4份、降凝剂3‐9份、抗泡剂0.01‐0.05份、基础油800‐1000份;
所述的抗氧剂由2,6‐二叔丁基苯酚、3,5‐二叔丁基苯酚、2,4‐二叔丁基苯酚混合而成,所述的2,6‐二叔丁基苯酚、3,5‐二叔丁基苯酚、2,4‐二叔丁基苯酚的质量比为(1‐3):(1‐3):(1‐3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的高粘度指数超低温节能工程机械液压油,其特征在于,所述的抗磨剂为十五烷基硫代氨基磺酸酯、十六烷基硫代氨基磺酸酯、N,N‐二(十二)烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼中的一种或多种的混合物。
3.如权利要求1所述的高粘度指数超低温节能工程机械液压油,其特征在于,所述的苯三唑脂肪胺为苯三唑十二胺盐、苯三唑十八胺盐中的一种或其混合物。
4.如权利要求1所述的高粘度指数超低温节能工程机械液压油,其特征在于,所述的粘度指数改进剂为氢化苯乙烯异戊二烯共聚物、乙丙共聚物中的一种或其混合物。
5.如权利要求1所述的高粘度指数超低温节能工程机械液压油,其特征在于,所述的清净分散剂为硫磷三酯、硼化丁二酰亚胺、硼化聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺中的一种或多种的混合物。
6.如权利要求1所述的高粘度指数超低温节能工程机械液压油,其特征在于,所述的降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯类降凝剂。
7.如权利要求1所述的高粘度指数超低温节能工程机械液压油,其特征在于,所述的抗泡剂为硅油,所述的基础油为GTL‐4基础油、GTL‐8基础油、500N基础油中的一种或多种的混合物。
8.一种高粘度指数超低温节能工程机械液压油,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料组成:磷酸三甲酚酯0.4‐0.8份、N,N‐二(十二)烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼0.8‐1.2份、苯三唑十八胺盐3‐7份、油酸乙二醇酯2‐4份、乙丙共聚物75‐85份、硼化聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺0.3‐0.7份、抗氧剂1.5‐2.5份、4,4'‐二辛基二苯胺3‐4份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯3‐7份、二甲基硅油0.005‐0.02份、GTL‐4基础油650‐700份、500N基础油150‐200份;
所述的抗氧剂由2,6‐二叔丁基苯酚、3,5‐二叔丁基苯酚、2,4‐二叔丁基苯酚混合而成,所述的2,6‐二叔丁基苯酚、3,5‐二叔丁基苯酚、2,4‐二叔丁基苯酚的质量比为(1‐3):(1‐3):(1‐3)。
