本发明公开了一种快速冷却的汽车线束注塑模具,包括上模和下模,所述下模顶面设置有若干下型腔,所述上模的底面上设置有若干与下型腔匹配的上型腔,所述上模内设置有若干浇筑通道,每条浇筑通道连通一个上型腔,所述上模内设置有水冷甬道和热管,所述下模内也设置有水冷甬道和热管,所述上模和下模的水冷甬道均通过水管连接储水灌。本发明采用两种散热系统,一种是通过水冷甬道散热,另一种是通过热管散热,散热效果强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种快速冷却的汽车线束注塑模具,属于注塑模具技术领域。
背景技术
汽车线束包括导线以及与导线连接的端子,其中端子是通过注塑模具注塑成型,在注塑时,将经过高温高压处理的塑料原料灌入模具的型腔,塑料成型后,在合适的温度将上模和下模分离。现有的端子注塑模具没有散热系统,散热效果很差。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种快速冷却的汽车线束注塑模具。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种快速冷却的汽车线束注塑模具,包括上模和下模,所述下模顶面设置有若干下型腔,所述上模的底面上设置有若干与下型腔匹配的上型腔,所述上模内设置有若干浇筑通道,每条浇筑通道连通一个上型腔,所述上模内设置有水冷甬道和热管,所述下模内也设置有水冷甬道和热管,所述上模和下模的水冷甬道均通过水管连接储水灌。
所述下模顶面的四个角上均设置有凹槽,所述凹槽内设置有升降机构,所述升降机构的顶部设置有顶柱,所述上模底面的四个角上均设置有限位凹口,所述限位凹口正对顶柱。
所述顶柱顶端通过螺杆与限位凹口可拆卸式固定;可拆卸式固定方式为:所述顶柱顶端设置有螺孔,所述上模顶部的四个角上均设置有通孔,每个通孔连通一限位凹口,所述螺杆穿过通孔,顶部拧入螺孔。
所述顶柱的底端与凹槽匹配,顶端与限位凹口匹配。
所述上模和下模内均设置有若干温度传感器,所述水管上设置有流量控制阀,温度传感器和流量控制阀均与计算机连接。
所述温度传感器能感应不大于500摄氏度的温度。
本发明所达到的有益效果:1、本发明采用两种散热系统,一种是通过水冷甬道散热,另一种是通过热管散热,散热效果强;2、本发明在开模时,通过升降机构能将上模顶起,提高了开模效率;3、本发明通过温度传感器感应上模和下模内的温度,不会出现温度过高和过低的情况,同时可根据感应温度控制水冷甬道内的冷水流量,提高了注塑效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,一种快速冷却的汽车线束注塑模具,包括上模2和下模1,下模1顶面设置有若干下型腔,上模2的底面上设置有若干与下型腔匹配的上型腔,上模2内设置有若干浇筑通道3,每条浇筑通道3连通一个上型腔,上模2内设置有水冷甬道10和热管11,下模1内也设置有水冷甬道10和热管11,上模2和下模1的水冷甬道10均通过水管连接储水灌,水管上设置有流量控制阀,流量控制阀与计算机连接。
为了便于开模,下模1顶面的四个角上均设置有凹槽5,凹槽5内设置有升降机构6,升降机构6的顶部设置有顶柱7,上模2底面的四个角上均设置有限位凹口8,限位凹口8正对顶柱7,顶柱7的底端与凹槽5匹配,顶端与限位凹口8匹配,顶柱7顶端通过螺杆9与限位凹口8可拆卸式固定。在开模时,通过升降机构6能将上模2顶起,提高了开模效率。
可拆卸式固定方式为:顶柱7顶端设置有螺孔,上模2顶部的四个角上均设置有通孔,每个通孔连通一限位凹口8,螺杆9穿过通孔,顶部拧入螺孔。
为了能知晓内部温度,上模2和下模1内均设置有若干温度传感器4,温度传感器4能感应不大于500摄氏度的温度,温度传感器4也与计算机连接。通过温度传感器4感应上模2和下模1内的温度,不会出现温度过高和过低的情况,同时可根据感应温度控制水冷甬道10内的冷水流量,提高了注塑效率。
上述快速冷却的汽车线束注塑模具采用两种散热系统,一种是通过水冷甬道10散热,另一种是通过热管11散热,散热效果强。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种快速冷却的汽车线束注塑模具,包括上模和下模,其特征在于:所述下模顶面设置有若干下型腔,所述上模的底面上设置有若干与下型腔匹配的上型腔,所述上模内设置有若干浇筑通道,每条浇筑通道连通一个上型腔,所述上模内设置有水冷甬道和热管,所述下模内也设置有水冷甬道和热管,所述上模和下模的水冷甬道均通过水管连接储水灌。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速冷却的汽车线束注塑模具,其特征在于:所述下模顶面的四个角上均设置有凹槽,所述凹槽内设置有升降机构,所述升降机构的顶部设置有顶柱,所述上模底面的四个角上均设置有限位凹口,所述限位凹口正对顶柱。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种快速冷却的汽车线束注塑模具,其特征在于:所述顶柱顶端通过螺杆与限位凹口可拆卸式固定;
可拆卸式固定方式为:所述顶柱顶端设置有螺孔,所述上模顶部的四个角上均设置有通孔,每个通孔连通一限位凹口,所述螺杆穿过通孔,顶部拧入螺孔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种快速冷却的汽车线束注塑模具,其特征在于:所述顶柱的底端与凹槽匹配,顶端与限位凹口匹配。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速冷却的汽车线束注塑模具,其特征在于:所述上模和下模内均设置有若干温度传感器,所述水管上设置有流量控制阀,温度传感器和流量控制阀均与计算机连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种快速冷却的汽车线束注塑模具,其特征在于:所述温度传感器能感应不大于500摄氏度的温度。
