Abstract
本发明涉及汽车零件生产领域,具体来说是一种汽车内部卡扣的制作工艺。所述工艺步骤为:原料的选择,原料干燥处理,模具的安装,物料的投放,产品的注塑,分离,分量包装。所需原料为ABS,本发明的有益结果:由于ABS无毒无味,为呈微黄色或白色不透明颗料,成型的塑件有较好的光泽密度为1.02~1.05g/cm2,同时该种生产工艺能够大量生产卡扣,满足一些汽车生产的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零件生产领域,具体来说是一种汽车内部卡扣的制作工艺。
背景技术
汽车内饰件是包覆在汽车车身内的装饰件,汽车内饰件有用塑料制成的门板、压条、踏板盒等。这些塑料内饰见识用在车身内侧面与塑料内饰件外侧面之间相配合的连接件连接在车身上的,连接件有定位连在塑料内饰件外侧面的卡座,汽车车身内侧面上的卡控与一端能与卡座相连另一端能插入卡孔的汽车内饰件塑料卡扣,汽车内饰件塑料卡扣是塑料注塑制品。所以汽车卡扣的制作工艺的产生对汽车卡扣的生产具有重要意义,使其生产具有样本,有很大的参考价值。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车内部卡扣的制作工艺。
为实现这样的目的,本发明的技术方案为:采用先进的科学的注塑技术,通过控制注塑温度和时间来生产品质相对较高的塑料卡扣,该工艺的具体实施步骤为:
1)原料的选择,本次注塑选择ABS;
2)原料干燥处理,为达到制件要求达到的光泽,注塑前要进行干燥;
3)模具的安装,安装时要反复校验安装位置,确保安装位置正确;
4)物料的投放,利用电机,吸取物料进入料斗,准备进行下道工序;
5)产品的注塑:利用注塑机进行工件的注塑;
6)分离,利用分离机对注塑后的零件进行分离,使连接杆与卡扣分离。
7)分量包装:利用分装机进行分量包装。
所述的一种汽车内部卡扣的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述原料选择选用ABS。
所述的一种汽车内部卡扣的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述原料的干燥要求为:冬季在78~80℃以下,干燥2~3h,夏季雨水天在80~90℃以下,干燥4~8h。
所述的一种汽车内部卡扣的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述产品注塑时塑化温度220℃~250℃,注塑压力为60MPa-100MPa,注塑机喷嘴温度,170℃-180℃为益,注塑完成后冷却时间为50s-150s。
本发明的有益结果:由于ABS无毒无味,为呈微黄色或白色不透明颗料,成型的塑件有较好的光泽密度为1.02~1.05g/cm2,同时该种生产工艺能够大量生产卡扣,满足一些汽车生产的需求。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种汽车内部卡扣的制作工艺,所述工艺步骤为:
1)原料的选择,本次注塑选择ABS;
2)对原料进行干燥处理,注塑前的干燥:冬季在80℃以下,干燥2h,夏季雨水天在90℃以下,干燥5h,如制件要达到特别的光泽或制件本身比较复杂,干燥时间更长,达10h。最好将机台的料斗改装成热风料斗干燥器,以免干燥好的ABS再度吸湿;
3)模具的安装,安装时要反复校验安装位置,确保安装位置正确;
4)物料的投放,利用电机,吸取物料进入料斗,准备进行下道工序;
5)产品的注塑:
(1)注塑温度:塑化温度(适宜加工的温度范围,如230℃);
(2)注塑压力:ABS熔融件的粘度比聚苯乙烯或改性聚苯乙烯高,所以在注射时采用较高的注射压力80MPa;
(3)注塑时间:ABS料采用中等注射速度效果较好,当注射速度过快时,塑料易烧焦或分解析出气化物,从而在制件上出现熔接缝、一般控制在70s;
(4)模具温度:ABS的成型温度相对较高,模具温度也相对较高。一般调节模温为80℃,当生产具有较大投影面积制件时,定模温度要求75℃,动模温度要求55℃,在注射较大的、构形复杂的、薄壁的制件时,应考虑专门对模具加热。为了缩短生产周期,维持模具温度的相对稳定,在制件取出后,可采用冷水浴、热水浴或其他机械定型法来补偿原来在型腔内冷固定型的时间;
(5)料量控制:一般注塑机注ABS塑料时,其每次注射量仅达标准注射量的75%,为了提高制件质量及尺寸稳定,表面光泽、色调的均匀,要求注射量为标定注射量的50%为宜;
(6)喷嘴温度,175℃为益;
(7)冷却时间:在注塑完成后,冷却时间为80s
6)分离,利用分离机对注塑后的零件进行分离,是连接杆与卡扣分离。
7)分量包装:利用分装机进行分量包装。

1.一种汽车内部卡扣的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述工艺步骤为:
1)原料的选择,本次注塑选择ABS;
2)原料干燥处理,为达到制件要求达到的光泽,注塑前要进行干燥;
3)模具的安装,安装时要反复校验安装位置,确保安装位置正确;
4)物料的投放,利用电机,吸取物料进入料斗,准备进行下道工序;
5)产品的注塑:利用注塑机进行工件的注塑;
6)分离,利用分离机对注塑后的零件进行分离,使连接杆与卡扣分离;
7)分量包装:利用分装机进行分量包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内部卡扣的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述原料选择选用ABS。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内部卡扣的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述原料的干燥要求为:冬季在78~80℃以下,干燥2~3h,夏季雨水天在80~90℃以下,干燥4~8h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内部卡扣的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述产品注塑时塑化温度220℃~250℃,注塑压力为60MPa-100MPa,注塑机喷嘴温度,170℃-180℃为益,注塑完成后冷却时间为50s-150s。
