Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种至少在其摩擦区域或至少在其表面带有金属——磷或金属——硼或合金金属(钢)基体的纺织机部件。
本发明是对申请日为93年10月19日的DE-A1.4335539.0的专利申请,和申请日为94年9月9日的CH-2758/94的专利申请的一种部件的改进。
利用固体润滑剂来改进高应力部件的紧急运行特性(在干条件下的行为)是已知的,例如在下列出版物中所公开的:

上述出版物所述的固体润滑剂仅在某种程度上适用于上述的纺织机部件。已知的固体润滑剂——例如,特氟隆,二硫化钼等——不能抵抗高的机械或温差应力,这是迄今为止固体润滑剂遭到否定的原因之一。
本发明的任务是改善纺织机的高应力部件,使其紧急运行特性(在干条件下的行为)高于现有的等级。特别是确定一种具有耐高温性的固体润滑剂。
本发明的任务是通过提供一种至少在其受摩擦的区域或至少在其表面带有金属——磷,或金属——硼,或合金金属(钢)的基体,利用氮化物比基体软,基体中嵌入作为润滑剂的软氮化物的纺织机械部件的方法完成的。
根据本发明的纺织机械部件,其全部或部分的表面是由金属——磷或金属——硼构成的,利用氮化物比基体软这一特性,在金属——磷——基体或金属——硼——基体中添加一种软氮化物形成的固体润滑剂。通过适当的热处理可以大大增加基体的强度。硬度的增加是凭借在金属基体中陶瓷析出物的形成而达到的。因此,所述基体在以下称为金属——陶瓷——基体。日本专利申请特开昭4-194031和2-182927中公开的一种硬氮化物,例如一种立体氮化硼是不适于作为固体润滑剂的,但是它可以加入以增强基体。固体润滑剂可以作为一种分散体嵌入金属——陶瓷——基体中。在部件涂覆情况中,可将由任何种类材料构成的部件浸没在一个镀槽中。部件可以部分或全部是由烧结而成的,由于这个原因,在其成形以前基体是由初始状态为粉末状的合金钢和固体润滑剂构成的。可以用例如六方氮化硼和氮化铬和氮化铁这样的软氮化物作为独体润滑剂。如果要涂覆一个部件的表面,涂层厚度最好为5至100mm。可以考虑用镍,钴,铁或所述金属的组合物作为金属材料,但最好的是铁。除了固体润滑剂之外,金属——陶瓷——基体中还可以含有例如细陶瓷颗粒,特别是碳化硅的加强材料。用作涂有氮化物的金属——陶瓷——基体的载体材料可以选自任何材料,例如铝,镁锌合金或塑料,它们可以是用填充材料,最好是纤维加强的。纺织机部件的基础材料可以是用机加工,再成形加工或通过模制的方法成形的。磷和硼作为金属——陶瓷——基体组成部分的加入量最好分别为1-15%,0.5-5%。因为根据磨损,摩擦氧化,腐蚀或疲劳等这类的摩擦总应力,在列出的规定范围内的某一特定的磷或硼的百分含量是最佳的,因此规定了磷,硼的成分含量分别为1至15%和0.5至5%这样的较大的范围。
上述的部件最好是制成环锭细纱机的纺纱环和钢丝圈,气流纺纱机的转子,转子轴,纺纱杯罩盖或开幅辊,或是引导纤维或纱的喷嘴和辊。根据本发明的材料也可以制造无润滑套筒轴承。
如前面指出的,整个部件都可以是由带有固体润滑剂的合金金属——基体材料(钢)制造的,而不是在部件上施加一个涂层。日本专利申请JP-OS-4-241125或JP-OS-63-35832中描述了可以使用的粉末冶金方法。
用作固体润滑剂的氮化物的颗粒大小最好是在0.1和5μm之间,特别是2μm。为了获得氮化物作为固体润滑剂的效果,它的硬度必须这样确定:当由于操作应力使氮化物暴露出来时,所述氮化物可以起到降低应力的效果,因而降低应力的效果对于基体以及配对部件都是相同的。最好是当氮化物暴露到表面时,它分别在基体和配合部件上转变为一个保护性润滑膜。
Claims (18)
1.纺织机部件,至少在其受磨擦的区域或至少在其表面提供有一种金属-磷,或金属-硼或合金金属(钢)的基体材料,其特征在于,利用氮化物比基体材料软这一特性,在基体材料中嵌入一种软氮化物作为固体润滑剂。
2.按照权利要求1的部件,其特征在于,固体润滑剂以分散体形式嵌入在基体中。
3.按照权利要求1或2的部件,其特征在于,基体和固体润滑剂是烧结在一起的。
4.按照权利要求1或2的部件,其特征在于,氮化物是由六方氮化硼或氮化铬或氮化铝或氮化铁构成的。
5.按照权利要求1或2的部件,其特征在于,在其表面上涂覆了一层厚度为5至100μm的基体材料,基体材料层是施加在基础材料上的。
6.按照权利要求1或2的部件,其特征在于,用作金属的材料包括:镍、钴或铁,所述金属的组合物,即,镍-钴、钴-铁、镍-铁或镍-钴-铁。
7.按照权利要求5的部件,其特征在于,利用陶瓷和/或金属的分散体加强该层。
8.按照权利要求7的部件,其特征在于,在基体层中有一部分是硬而细小的陶瓷颗粒。
9.按照权利要求8的部件,其特征在于,所述硬而细小的陶瓷颗粒是碳化硅颗粒。
10.按照权利要求5的部件,其特征在于,部件的基础材料包括:分别带有或不带有填充材料,纤维的铝或镁或锌合金,或是塑料。
11.按照权利要求5的部件,其特征在于,部件的基础材料是由机加工,再成形或模制的方法成形的。
12.按照权利要求1的部件,其特征在于它是由带有固体润滑剂的钢构成的。
13.按照权利要求1的部件,其特征在于,在基体材料中磷的部分占1至15%,硼的部分占0.5至5%。
14.按照权利要求1的部件,其特征在于,所述部件是一个环锭细纱机的纺纱环或一个钢丝圈。
15.按照权利要求1的部件,其特征在于,所述部件是一种气流纺纱机的转子,转子轴,纺纱杯罩盖或开幅辊。
16.按照权利要求1的部件,其特征在于,部件是一个喷嘴或一个辊体或一个纤维导向元件。
17.按照权利要求1的部件,其特征在于,氮化物的硬度在50至1000HV之间。
18.按照权利要求1或2的部件,其特征在于,氮化物颗粒的大小在0.1和5μm之间。
