Claims (13)
- 少なくとも1つのシリンダを有した往復動ピストン燃焼機関であって、各シリンダは、往復運動のために、シリンダライナ及びその中に配置されるピストンを有し、該ピストンは、そのジャケット表面にて少なくとも1つのピストンリングを有し、
前記シリンダライナ、及び、該シリンダライナの軸受面上で可動の前記ピストンのピストンリングの材料は、磨耗に対する耐性に関して、理想的には互いに調和され、前記ピストンリングは、少なくとも前記シリンダライナの軸受面に向かう表面上にクロムセラミックから作製される被覆物を有し、前記シリンダライナは、0.01から1.99%の硬質相の割合を有することを特徴とする、往復動ピストン燃焼機関。 - 前記シリンダライナが、硬質相が埋め込まれた鋳鉄から作製されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の往復動ピストン燃焼機関。
- 前記硬質相が、炭化物、セメンタイト、及び、ステダイトの群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の往復動ピストン燃焼機関。
- 前記硬質相が、主成分としてFe3P及び/又はFe3Cを有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の往復動ピストン燃焼機関。
- 前記硬質相の粒子が、パーライトのマトリックスに埋め込まれることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の往復動ピストン燃焼機関。
- 前記シリンダライナは、0.05から1.90%、特に、0.05から1.70%の硬質相の割合を有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の往復動ピストン燃焼機関。
- 前記硬質相の粒子が、10μmから1mm、特に、10μmから350μmの平均広がりを有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の往復動ピストン燃焼機関。
- 前記硬質相の粒子が、球状又は樹枝状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の往復動ピストン燃焼機関。
- 前記シリンダライナ内に含有される前記硬質相の粒子の平均硬度が、1000HVより多く達することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の往復動ピストン燃焼機関。
- 各ピストンリングが、層状のグラファイトを有した鋳鉄、又は、蠕虫状のグラファイトを有した鋳鉄から作製され、さらに、クロムセラミックスの外被を有する環状の基部体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の往復動ピストン燃焼機関。
- 前記ピストンリングのクロムセラミックスの層は、セラミック粒子が埋め込まれたクロム層であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の往復動ピストン燃焼機関。
- 前記セラミック粒子が、酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)、窒化ケイ素(Si3N4)、及び、ダイヤモンドの群、又は、これらの組み合わせから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の往復動ピストン燃焼機関。
- 大きなディーゼル機関であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の往復動ピストン燃焼機関。
