本发明涉及一种孕妇安胎饮品，制作时，将芝麻、黄豆浸泡后与山药、胡桃肉混合，放入磨浆机中加1500-2000份水进行磨浆，滤除残渣后得到浆液，将枇杷叶、灯盏花、莲房、红参、桃胶、桑葚子、金雀根、放入浆液中熬制20-25分钟，滤除中药残渣，即得到本发明孕妇安胎饮品。本发明配方合理，对由于血热、脾气虚弱、肝肾不足引起的胎动不安有较好的治疗作用。

背景技术
安胎指对胎动不安或有滑胎史的孕妇进行治疗的方法，以预防流产，出《经效产宝》，其原则有二：因母体有病以致胎动不安者，应治疗母病，母安则胎自安；若胎气不固以致母病者，安胎则母自愈。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种孕妇安胎饮品。
本发明采用的技术方案为，一种孕妇安胎饮品，其由以下重量组分的原料制成：
枇杷叶6-8份、灯盏花1-3份、红参1-2份、桃胶4-5份、桑葚子1-5份、白鲜皮2-3份、金雀根3-5份、胡桃肉2-4份、芝麻15-20份、黄豆20-25份、山药10-12份。
制作时，将芝麻、黄豆浸泡后与山药、胡桃肉混合，放入磨浆机中加1500-2000份水进行磨浆，滤除残渣后得到浆液，将枇杷叶、灯盏花、莲房、红参、桃胶、桑葚子、白鲜皮、金雀根、放入浆液中熬制20-25分钟，滤除中药残渣，即得到本发明孕妇安胎饮品。
本发明方中，枇杷叶配合灯盏花健脾化湿，舒筋止痛，促进气血生化循环，红参配合桃胶、桑葚子滋阴养血，与枇杷叶、灯盏花共同作用，使得孕妇体内气血充足，气血充足时胞胎才能充分得以固摄、濡养，白鲜皮配合金雀根能够清热健脾，减缓由体内燥热引起的胎动不安，金樱子配合胡桃肉、芝麻、黄豆、山药能够补肾强阳，促进体内孕激素分泌，改善黄体功能不全，抑制子宫收缩，提高子宫内膜容受性，稳固胎元。
本发明配方合理，对由于血热、脾气虚弱、肝肾不足引起的胎动不安有较好的治疗作用。
