Abstract
本发明涉及储压器,所述储压器具有在介质空间(6、8)之间形成可移动的分离元件的膜(4),所述膜(4)由具有不同材料的相继的层(16、18、20、22、24、26)构成,其特征在于,在由弹性体组成的层(18)之间设置至少一个具有长丝并且设置有气密性浸渍层(24)的基础结构(16、20)的层。
Description
本发明涉及储压器,所述储压器具有在介质空间之间形成可移动的分离元件的膜,所述膜由具有不同材料的相继的层构成。
这种储压器(所谓的膜式储存器)属于现有技术。在液压系统中,这种储压器可以被用作减震器或脉冲消除器,用以抑制工作回路中的压力冲击。其还可以用作无泵应急回路中的能量源并且也适合例如作为液压压力弹簧等。
使用这种储压器和工作气体(例如空气或优选氮气)的缺点在于,膜取决于弹性体的化学组成和透过环绕气体的操作时间。氮气或空气首先溶解在弹性体中并且通过蒸发扩散至环境。通过这种方式减少在储存系统中存在的气体量并且功能优越性迅速降低,由此储存系统不可使用也不可再利用,而且必须丢弃。
为了提高高弹性气密性塑料膜的渗透阻力,现有技术中已知的是设置多层膜结构,其中通过刮涂、喷涂、浇注或刷涂施加经交联聚硅氧烷层,参见DE4231927C2。
在另一个根据现有技术的解决方案中(参见DE4405009A1),为多层膜单元设置第一和第二塑料膜,第一塑料膜由弹性体组成而第二塑料膜为聚酯膜。
从现有技术出发,本发明的目的是提供储压器,所述储压器的膜的特征在于进一步改进的并且在长的操作时间内稳定的渗透阻力。
根据本发明,通过具有权利要求1以其整体的特征的储压器实现所述目的。因此本发明的特征在于,多层膜单元具有至少一个具有长丝并且设置有气密性浸渍层的基础结构的层,所述层设置在由弹性体组成的层之间。使用具有长丝的结构作为多层膜单元的组件避免了为了提高气密性而施加在载体上的层脱落或剥落的危险。由于挤压移动的原因,所述危险存在于现有技术中,膜在操作中经受所述挤压移动并且所述挤压移动在操作过程中可能造成裂缝形成,因此造成脱落或剥落。
与此不同,在通过渗入浸渍层并且包围基础结构上的长丝使根据本发明设置有气密性浸渍层并具有长丝的基础结构,实现紧密的不可脱落的结合和不变的高渗透阻力。
特别有利的是,基础结构可以由由塑料形成的织物、编织物、针织物或无纺布形成,其中优选设置由聚酰胺(PA6.6)形成的塑料织物。
在一个有利的实施方案中,膜可以相继具有丁腈橡胶(NBR)层、经浸渍基础结构、另一个丁腈橡胶(NBR)层、第二个经浸渍基础结构和第三个丁腈橡胶(NBR)层。在设置两个作为组件的膜单元的组件的气密性经浸渍基础结构中实现特别高的透过系数。
特别有利的是在各个基础结构的两侧上设置聚乙酸乙烯酯(PVAc)层用于形成浸渍层。
还特别有利的是在各个经浸渍基础结构和丁腈橡胶(NBR)层之间设置乙烯-乙烯醇-共聚物(EVOH)阻挡层。
在一个特别有利的实施方案中,膜相继具有包含粘合胶层的丁腈橡胶(NBR)阻挡层、乙烯-乙烯醇-共聚物(EVOH)层、浸渍的聚乙酸乙烯酯(PVAc)层、基础结构、浸渍的聚乙酸乙烯酯(PVAc)层、乙烯-乙烯醇-共聚物(EVOH)阻挡层、粘合胶层、乙烯-乙烯醇-共聚物(EVOH)阻挡层、浸渍的聚乙酸乙烯酯(PVAc)层、第二个基础结构、浸渍的聚乙酸乙烯酯(PVAc)层、乙烯-乙烯醇-共聚物(EVOH)阻挡层以及丁腈橡胶(NBR)层上的粘合胶层。

在图2的实施例中,膜4除了在第一个实施例中设置的层之外,在第一和第二基础结构16和20的经浸渍基础层的每一侧上还分别具有乙烯-乙烯醇-共聚物EVOH阻挡层22,所述阻挡层22位于在图2中可见的第一和第二基础结构16、20两侧上的经浸渍基础层24上。在两个弹性体外层18和最接近的阻挡层22之间存在粘合胶层26,在第一和第二基础结构16、20的相邻的阻挡层22之间也存在粘合胶层26。
如在描述的第一个实施例中一样,在图2的具有更多数目的层的实施例中,膜4也以0.6mm的总厚度形成。例如,位于外部的弹性体层18和粘合胶层26的厚度分别为0.15mm。包括基础层24和阻挡层22的第一和第二基础结构16、20的厚度可以分别为0.13mm,并且粘合胶层26可以具有0.04mm的平均层厚度。通过设置在第一和第二基础结构16、20两侧的两对额外的乙烯-乙烯醇-共聚物EVOH阻挡层22,实现膜4的最高气密性。
气密性渗透层24原位引入基础结构,并且在该区域中可以完全省去特别是粘合剂层形式的其它常见的粘合层和结合层。在基础结构中引入浸渍层在增强方面在一定程度上支撑织物层。
Claims (9)
1.储压器,所述储压器具有膜(4),所述膜(4)在介质空间(6、8)之间形成可移动的分离元件并且由具有不同材料的相继的层(16、18、20、22、24、26)构成,其特征在于,在由弹性体组成的层(18)之间设置至少一个具有长丝并且设置有气密性浸渍层(24)的基础结构(16、20)的层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的储压器,其特征在于,每个具有长丝的基础结构(16、20)具有织物、编织物、针织物或无纺布。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的储压器,其特征在于,设置多于一个具有长丝、经浸渍基础结构(16、20)的层。
4.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的储压器,其特征在于,在基础结构(16、20)之间设置至少一个另外的层,所述另外的层的至少一者由弹性体(18、26)组成。
5.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的储压器,其特征在于,经浸渍基础结构(16、20)具有优选由聚酰胺(PA6.6)构成的塑料织物。
6.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的储压器,其特征在于,膜(4)相继具有丁腈橡胶(NBR)层(18)、经浸渍基础结构(16)、另一个丁腈橡胶(NBR)层(18)、第二个经浸渍基础结构(20)和第三个丁腈橡胶(NBR)层(18)。
7.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的储压器,其特征在于,在各个基础结构(16、20)的两侧上设置聚乙酸乙烯酯(PVAc)层(24)用于形成浸渍层。
8.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的储压器,其特征在于,在各个经浸渍基础结构(16、20)和丁腈橡胶(NBR)层(18、26)之间设置乙烯-乙烯醇-共聚物(EVOH)阻挡层(22)。
