Claims (9)
- 複数の媒質室(6,8)の間の運動可能な分離エレメントを形成するダイヤフラム(4)を備えた蓄圧器であって、該蓄圧器が、異なる材料の互いに接触する2つ以上の層(16,18,20,22,24,26)から形成されている蓄圧器において、
フィラメントを有し且つ気密な含浸(24)を施された基礎構造(16,20)から成る少なくとも1つの層が、エラストマーから成る2つ以上の層(18)の間に設けられていることを特徴とする、蓄圧器。 - 前記フィラメントを有するそれぞれの基礎構造(16,20)が織布、編み地、ニット、又はフリースを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の蓄圧器。
- フィラメントを有する、含浸された基礎構造(16,20)から成る2つ以上の層が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の蓄圧器。
- 前記基礎構造(16,20)の間に少なくとも1つのさらなる層が設けられており、該さらなる層のうちの少なくとも1つの層がエラストマー(18,26)から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄圧器。
- 前記含浸された基礎構造(16,20)が、好ましくはポリアミド(PA6.6)から成るプラスチック織布を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の蓄圧器。
- 前記ダイヤフラム(4)が連続して、ニトリルゴム(NBR)から成る層(18)と、含浸された基礎構造(16)と、ニトリルゴム(NBR)から成る別の層(18)と、第2の含浸された基礎構造(20)と、ニトリルゴム(NBR)から成る第3の層(18)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の蓄圧器。
- 含浸を形成するために、前記それぞれの基礎構造(16,20)の両側に、ポリビニルアセテート(PVAc)から成る被膜(24)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の蓄圧器。
- 前記それぞれの含浸された基礎構造(16,20)と、ニトリルゴム(NBR)から成る層(18,26)との間に、エチレン−ビニルアルコール−コポリマー(EVOH)から成るバリア層(22)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の蓄圧器。
- 前記ダイヤフラム(4)が連続して、粘着ゴム被膜(26)を備えたニトリルゴム(NBR)から成る層(18)と、エチレン−ビニルアルコール−コポリマー(EVOH)から成るバリア層(22)と、ポリビニルアセテート(PVAc)から成る含浸用被膜(24)と、基礎構造(16)と、ポリビニルアセテート(PVAc)から成る含浸用被膜(24)と、エチレン−ビニルアルコール−コポリマー(EVOH)から成るバリア層(22)と、粘着ゴム被膜(26)と、エチレン−ビニルアルコール−コポリマー(EVOH)から成るバリア層(22)と、ポリビニルアセテート(PVAc)から成る含浸用被膜(24)と、第2の基礎構造(20)と、ポリビニルアセテート(PVAc)から成る含浸用被膜(24)と、エチレン−ビニルアルコール−コポリマー(EVOH)から成るバリア層(22)と、ニトリルゴム(NBR)から成る層(18)に接触した粘着ゴム被膜(26)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の蓄圧器。
