Abstract
Description
全般に、内側ライナーは、ガスを拡散抵抗様式で貯蔵するように収容する役割を果たすだけでなく、繊維強化プラスチックで作製されるケーシングを巻回する、または織り込むためのモールドとしても使用することができる。代替の製造方法では、この内側ライナーが不要にされ、ロストコアが挿入される。したがって、特許文献2において説明されている圧縮ガス容器は、最初に、内側ライナーを形成するためのプラスチックフィルムをロストコアに巻回し、その後に、この層を繊維強化マトリックスによって機械的支持層として包囲する。巻回された内側層を有する代替の構造、すなわち、巻回された内側層のタイプにもかかわらず、これもまたタイプIV圧力容器であるが、同様に、最終的には、前掲の不利な点を有する。この文書では、このようにして、巻回した内側ライナーを特に堅固な密閉によって設計することができると述べているが、物理的な理由を除けば、これは、水素を貯蔵するときには決して100パーセント成功することはなく、よって、この構造も同様に、前掲の不利な点を示す。
Claims (10)
- 貯蔵容積を包囲するケーシング(2)を有する圧縮ガス容器(1)であって、前記ケーシング(2)がマトリックス及び強化繊維(6、6a、6b)を含む圧縮ガス容器(1)において、
前記貯蔵容積に面する前記ケーシング(2)の領域と、前記ケーシング(2)の周囲に面する前記ケーシングの領域との間の前記マトリックスの組成を少なくとも一度変化させることを特徴とする、圧縮ガス容器(1)。 - 前記マトリックスが、前記貯蔵容積に面する前記領域において貯蔵ガスに対するその拡散密閉に関して最適化され、かつ、前記周囲に面する前記領域において前記強化繊維(6、6a、6b)間の機械的接着特性に関して最適化されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧縮ガス容器(1)。
- 前記強化繊維(6、6a、6b)が、炭素繊維を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の圧縮ガス容器(1)。
- 前記マトリックスが、少なくとも前記貯蔵容積に面するその領域にポリウレタンを元にして形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1、2、または3に記載の圧縮ガス容器(1)。
- 前記ケーシング(2)が、特に金属接続要素(3)に確実に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の圧縮ガス容器(1)。
- 前記接続要素(3)が、接着性を改善するために、前記ケーシング(2)と接触する領域に、機械的保持構造及び/またはコーティング(4)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の圧縮ガス容器(1)。
- ケーシング(2)によって包囲される貯蔵容積を有する圧縮ガス容器(1)を製造するための方法であって、前記ケーシング(2)が、強化繊維(6、6a、6b)から、及び少なくとも1つの硬化マトリックス材料から形成される方法において、
前記強化繊維(6、6a、6b)が、未硬化マトリックス材料で含浸され、そして、ロストコア(5)の周りに、及び接続要素(3)の接続領域の周りに、直接巻回され、及び/または編み込まれ、前記マトリックス材料の組成が、前記ケーシング(2)の厚さの増加とともに少なくとも一度変化されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記マトリックスのための前記マトリックス材料の異なる組成が、別のやり方として同一の開始材料の比率を変動させることによって得られることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記マトリックス材料が、前記貯蔵容積に面する領域において貯蔵ガスに対する拡散密閉に関して最適化され、かつ、周囲に面する領域においてその機械的特性に関して最適化されることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 車両にガス燃料、特に水素を貯蔵するための、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の圧縮ガス容器(1)の、及び/または請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって製造される圧縮ガス容器(1)の使用。
