Abstract
Description
a)壁部を有する管状のライナーを準備し、ここで、前記壁部は、外面の範囲に熱可塑性ポリマーAを含むものとするステップ、
b)補強用繊維をマトリックス中に含むテープを準備し、ここで、前記マトリックスは熱可塑性ポリマーBを含むものとするステップ、
c)補強用繊維をマトリックス中に含むテープを準備し、ここで、前記マトリックスは熱可塑性ポリマーCを含むものとするステップ、
ここで、ポリマーAとポリマーBとは同一であるかまたは異なり、ポリマーBとポリマーCとは異なるものとする、
d)前記管状のライナーに、ステップb)で準備したテープを溶着により施与するステップ、
e)必要に応じて、ステップd)で施与したテープ層体に、同種のさらなるテープ層体を材料結合の状態で施与するステップ、
f)そのように形成した第1の複合層に、フィルムか、またはフィルムとステップc)で準備したテープとからステップg)で製造する結合体を施与し、その際、その前に、それと同時にまたはそれに引き続き、前記第1の複合層の外面および前記フィルムの接触面を溶融させ、その際、前記フィルムの接触面の領域は、ポリマーBを少なくとも30質量%、好ましくは少なくとも40質量%、特に好ましくは少なくとも50質量%、殊に好ましくは少なくとも60質量%、極めて特に好ましくは少なくとも70質量%含む成形材料からなり、前記フィルムの反対側の面(外面)の領域は、ポリマーCを少なくとも30質量%、好ましくは少なくとも40質量%、特に好ましくは少なくとも50質量%、殊に好ましくは少なくとも60質量%、極めて特に好ましくは少なくとも70質量%含む成形材料からなるものとするステップ、
g)前記フィルムの外面に、ステップc)で準備したテープを施与し、その際、その前に、それと同時にまたはそれに引き続き、前記施与したフィルムの外面および前記テープの接触面を溶融させるステップ、
h)必要に応じて、ステップg)で施与したテープ層体に、同種のさらなるテープ層体を材料結合の状態で施与するステップ、
ここで、ステップg)および必要に応じてh)において、第2の複合層が生じるものとする、
i)必要に応じて最後に、高分子材料製の外部被覆層体を施与するステップ
を含む熱可塑性複合管の製造方法である。
d1)管状のライナーに、フィルムか、またはフィルムとステップb)で準備したテープとからステップd2)で製造する結合体を施与し、その際、その前に、それと同時にまたはそれに引き続き、前記ライナーの外面および前記フィルムの接触面を溶融させ、その際、前記フィルムの接触面の領域は、ポリマーAを少なくとも30質量%、好ましくは少なくとも40質量%、特に好ましくは少なくとも50質量%、殊に好ましくは少なくとも60質量%、極めて特に好ましくは少なくとも70質量%含む成形材料からなり、前記フィルムの反対側の面(外面)の領域は、ポリマーBを少なくとも30質量%、好ましくは少なくとも40質量%、特に好ましくは少なくとも50質量%、殊に好ましくは少なくとも60質量%、極めて特に好ましくは少なくとも70質量%含む成形材料からなるものとするステップ、
d2)前記フィルムの外面に、ステップb)で準備したテープを施与し、その際、その前に、それと同時にまたはそれに引き続き、前記施与したフィルムの外面および前記テープの接触面を溶融させるステップ。
- 第1の複合層に向いた層は、ポリマーB 50~80質量%とポリマーC 20~50質量%とを含む成形材料からなり、第2の複合層に向いた層は、ポリマーC 50~80質量%とポリマーB 20~50質量%とを含む成形材料からなる。これら2つの成形材料は、好ましくはさらに相容性促進剤を0.1~10質量%含む。この場合、パーセンテージのデータは、以下の例と同様に、それぞれの層の成形材料全体を基準としたものである。
- 第1の複合層に向いた層は、ポリマーBを少なくとも40質量%含む成形材料からなる。これに続いて、ポリマーB少なくとも30質量%と、ポリマーC少なくとも30質量%と、必要に応じて相容性促進剤0.1~20質量%とを含む成形材料でできた付着促進剤層が存在する。第2の複合層に向いた層は、ポリマーCを少なくとも40質量%含む。
a)壁部を有する管状のライナー、ここで、前記壁部は、外面の範囲に熱可塑性ポリマーAを含むものとする、
b)ポリマーAとポリマーBとが異なる場合のみ存在する、前記ライナーと直接かつ材料結合の状態で結合した中間層体、ここで、前記ライナーと結合した接触面の領域は、ポリマーAを少なくとも30質量%、好ましくは少なくとも40質量%、特に好ましくは少なくとも50質量%、殊に好ましくは少なくとも60質量%、極めて特に好ましくは少なくとも70質量%含む成形材料からなり、反対側の、引き続く第1の複合層と結合した接触面の領域は、熱可塑性ポリマーBを少なくとも30質量%、好ましくは少なくとも40質量%、特に好ましくは少なくとも50質量%、殊に好ましくは少なくとも60質量%、極めて特に好ましくは少なくとも70質量%含む成形材料からなるものとする、
c)前記ライナーの外面あるいは前記中間層体と直接かつ材料結合の状態で結合した第1の複合層、ここで、該第1の複合層は、マトリックス中に補強用繊維を含み、該マトリックスは、ポリマーBを含むものとする、
d)前記第1の複合層と直接かつ材料結合の状態で結合した中間層体、ここで、前記第1の複合層と結合した接触面の領域は、ポリマーBを少なくとも30質量%、好ましくは少なくとも40質量%、特に好ましくは少なくとも50質量%、殊に好ましくは少なくとも60質量%、極めて特に好ましくは少なくとも70質量%含む成形材料からなり、反対側の、第2の複合層と結合した接触面の領域は、ポリマーCを少なくとも30質量%、好ましくは少なくとも40質量%、特に好ましくは少なくとも50質量%、殊に好ましくは少なくとも60質量%、極めて特に好ましくは少なくとも70質量%含む成形材料からなるものとする、
e)前記中間層体と直接かつ材料結合の状態で結合した第2の複合層、ここで、該第2の複合層は、マトリックス中に補強用繊維を含み、該マトリックスは、ポリマーCを含むものとする、
f)必要に応じて、高分子材料製の外部被覆層体
を含み、ここで、ポリマーAとポリマーBとは同一であるかまたは異なり、ポリマーBとポリマーCとは異なるものとする。
Claims (15)
- 以下:
a)壁部を有する管状のライナーを準備し、ここで、前記壁部は、外面の範囲に熱可塑性ポリマーAを含むものとするステップ、
b)補強用繊維をマトリックス中に含むテープを準備し、ここで、前記マトリックスは熱可塑性ポリマーBを含むものとするステップ、
c)補強用繊維をマトリックス中に含むテープを準備し、ここで、前記マトリックスは熱可塑性ポリマーCを含むものとするステップ、
ここで、ポリマーAとポリマーBとは同一であるかまたは異なり、ポリマーBとポリマーCとは異なるものとする、
d)前記管状のライナーに、ステップb)で準備したテープを溶着により施与するステップ、
e)必要に応じて、ステップd)で施与したテープ層体に、同種のさらなるテープ層体を材料結合の状態で施与するステップ、
f)そのように形成した第1の複合層に、第1のフィルムか、または第1のフィルムとステップc)で準備したテープとからステップg)で製造する結合体を施与し、その際、その前に、それと同時にまたはそれに引き続き、前記第1の複合層の外面および前記第1のフィルムの接触面を溶融させるステップ、
g)前記第1のフィルムの外面に、ステップc)で準備したテープを施与し、その際、その前に、それと同時にまたはそれに引き続き、前記施与した第1のフィルムの外面および前記テープの接触面を溶融させるステップ、
h)必要に応じて、ステップg)で施与したテープ層体に、同種のさらなるテープ層体を材料結合の状態で施与するステップ、
ここで、ステップg)および必要に応じてh)において、第2の複合層が生じるものとする、
i)必要に応じて最後に、高分子材料製の外部被覆層体を施与するステップ
を含む熱可塑性複合管の製造方法であって、
前記第1の複合層と接触させる前記第1のフィルムの表面は、ポリマーBを少なくとも30質量%含む成形材料からなり、前記第1のフィルムの反対側の面は、ポリマーCを少なくとも30質量%含む成形材料からなる方法。 - 前記第1のフィルムと、前記ステップc)で準備したテープとを、該テープと該第1のフィルムのポリマーCに富む面とが互いに溶着するように、前記ステップf)の前に互いに面状に結合させることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーAと前記ポリマーBとは異なっており、前記ステップd)は、以下の部分ステップ:
d1)前記管状のライナーに、第2のフィルムか、または第2のフィルムとステップb)で準備したテープとからステップd2)で製造する結合体を施与し、その際、その前に、それと同時にまたはそれに引き続き、前記ライナーの外面および前記第2のフィルムの接触面を溶融させるステップ、
d2)前記第2のフィルムの外面に、ステップb)で準備したテープを施与し、その際、その前に、それと同時にまたはそれに引き続き、前記施与した第2のフィルムの外面および前記テープの接触面を溶融させるステップ
からなり、
前記ライナーと接触させる前記第2のフィルムの表面は、ポリマーAを少なくとも30質量%含む成形材料からなり、前記第2のフィルムの反対側の面は、ポリマーBを少なくとも30質量%含む成形材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。 - 最後に、高分子材料製の外部被覆層体を施与することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記第1のフィルムおよび前記必要に応じて使用する第2のフィルムは、2層、3層またはそれを上回る層からなり、これらの層は、互いに材料結合の状態で結合していることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記第1あるいは第2のフィルムの少なくとも1つの層は、1方向の補強用繊維を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ライナーの前記ポリマーAは、ポリオレフィン、ポリアミド、ポリフタルアミド、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリブチレンナフタレート、フルオロポリマー、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリフェニルスルホンおよびポリアリーレンエーテルケトンの群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ステップb)で準備するテープの前記ポリマーBは、ポリオレフィン、ポリアミド、ポリフタルアミド、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリブチレンナフタレート、フルオロポリマー、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリフェニルスルホンおよびポリアリーレンエーテルケトンの群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ステップc)で準備するテープの前記ポリマーCは、ポリオレフィン、ポリアミド、ポリフタルアミド、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリブチレンナフタレート、フルオロポリマー、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリフェニルスルホンおよびポリアリーレンエーテルケトンの群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ステップb)あるいは前記ステップc)で準備するテープの繊維強化体は、1方向の繊維層体として存在することを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ステップb)あるいは前記ステップc)で準備するテープの繊維割合は、10~85体積%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ステップb)あるいは前記ステップc)で準備するテープの繊維は、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、アラミド繊維、ホウ素繊維、セラミック繊維、バサルト繊維、炭化ケイ素繊維、ポリアミド繊維、ポリエステル繊維、液晶ポリエステル製繊維、ポリアクリロニトリル繊維、ポリイミド製繊維、ポリエーテルイミド製繊維、ポリフェニレンスルフィド製繊維、ポリエーテルケトン製繊維およびポリエーテルエーテルケトン製繊維の群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 内側から外側に向かって、以下の構成要素:
a)壁部を有する管状のライナー、ここで、前記壁部は、外面の範囲に熱可塑性ポリマーAを含むものとする、
b)ポリマーAとポリマーBとが異なる場合のみ存在する、前記ライナーと直接かつ材料結合の状態で結合した中間層体、ここで、前記ライナーと結合した接触面の領域は、ポリマーAを少なくとも30質量%含む成形材料からなり、反対側の、引き続く第1の複合層と結合した接触面の領域は、熱可塑性ポリマーBを少なくとも30質量%含む成形材料からなるものとする、
c)前記ライナーの外面あるいは前記中間層体と直接かつ材料結合の状態で結合した第1の複合層、ここで、該第1の複合層は、マトリックス中に補強用繊維を含み、該マトリックスは、ポリマーBを含むものとする、
d)前記第1の複合層と直接かつ材料結合の状態で結合した中間層体、ここで、前記第1の複合層と結合した接触面の領域は、ポリマーBを少なくとも30質量%含む成形材料からなり、反対側の、第2の複合層と結合した接触面の領域は、ポリマーCを少なくとも30質量%含む成形材料からなるものとする、
e)前記中間層体と直接かつ材料結合の状態で結合した第2の複合層、ここで、該第2の複合層は、マトリックス中に補強用繊維を含み、該マトリックスは、ポリマーCを含むものとする、
f)必要に応じて、高分子材料製の外部被覆層体
を含む熱可塑性複合管であって、
ポリマーAとポリマーBとは同一であるかまたは異なり、ポリマーBとポリマーCとは異なる、熱可塑性複合管。 - アンビリカル、ライザー、ジャンパー導管、フローライン、インターベンション用導管、ダウンライン、噴射用導管または圧力導管であることを特徴とする、請求項13記載の熱可塑性複合管。
- 原油、粗ガス、3相系物、処理済み油、処理済みガス、ガソリン、ディーゼル機関用燃料もしくは噴射媒体を輸送するための、または作動油を案内するための、請求項13または14記載の熱可塑性複合管の使用。
