Claims (37)

1. Способ получения термопластичной композитной трубы, включающий следующие стадии
a) обеспечение трубчатой оболочки, имеющей стенку, содержащую термопластичный полимер A, в области внешней поверхности;
b) обеспечение ленты, содержащей армирующие волокна в матрице, содержащей термопластичный полимер B;
с) обеспечение ленты, содержащей армирующие волокна в матрице, содержащей термопластичный полимер С;
при этом полимер A и полимер B являются одинаковыми или различными, а полимер B и полимер C являются различными,
d) нанесение ленты, обеспеченной на стадии b), на трубчатую оболочку посредством сварки,
e) необязательно когезионное соединение дополнительных ленточных прослоек одинакового типа с ленточной прослойкой, нанесенной на стадии d),
f) нанесение первой пленки или композиционного материала, который получен на стадии g) и состоит из первой пленки и ленты, обеспеченной на стадии c), на первый слой формируемого таким образом композиционного материала с плавлением внешней поверхности первого композитного слоя и контактной поверхности первой пленки либо предварительно, либо одновременно, либо после этого,
g) нанесение ленты, обеспеченной на стадии c), на внешнюю поверхность первой пленки с плавлением внешней поверхности наносимой первой пленки и контактной поверхности ленты либо предварительно, либо одновременно, либо после этого;
h) необязательно когезионное соединение дополнительных ленточных прослоек одинакового типа с ленточной прослойкой, нанесенной на стадии g),
при этом второй композитный слой получают на стадиях g) и необязательно h),
i) необязательно заключительное нанесение внешней покрывающей прослойки, состоящей из полимерного материала,
при этом поверхность первой пленки, которую приводят в контакт с первым композитным слоем, состоит из формовочной массы, содержащей полимер B в количестве по меньшей мере 30% по весу, а противоположная поверхность первой пленки состоит из формовочной массы, содержащей полимер C в количестве по меньшей мере 30% по весу.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что первую пленку и ленту, обеспеченную на стадии c), перед стадией f) соединяют друг с другом по площади так, что лента и сторона первой пленки, обогащенная полимером C, сплавляются друг с другом.
3. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что полимер A и полимер B являются различными и стадия d) состоит из следующих подстадий:
d1) нанесение второй пленки или композиционного материала, который получен на стадии d2) и состоит из второй пленки и ленты, обеспеченной на стадии b), на трубчатую оболочку с плавлением внешней поверхности оболочки и контактной поверхности второй пленки либо предварительно, либо одновременно, либо после этого,
d2) нанесение ленты, обеспеченной на стадии b), на внешнюю поверхность второй пленки с плавлением внешней поверхности наносимой второй пленки и контактной поверхности ленты либо предварительно, либо одновременно, либо после этого;
при этом поверхность второй пленки, которую приводят в контакт с оболочкой, состоит из формовочной массы, содержащей полимер A в количестве по меньшей мере 30% по весу, а противоположная поверхность второй пленки состоит из формовочной массы, содержащей полимер B в количестве по меньшей мере 30% по весу.
4. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что в заключение наносят внешнюю покрывающую прослойку полимерного материала.
5. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что используемые первая пленка и любая вторая пленка состоят из двух, трех или более слоев, когезионно соединенных друг с другом.
6. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере один слой первой или второй пленки содержит однонаправленные армирующие волокна.
7. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что полимер A оболочки выбран из группы, состоящей из полиолефина, полиамида, полифталамида, полиэтиленнафталата, полибутиленнафталата, фторполимера, полифениленсульфида, полиэфирсульфона, полифенилсульфона и полиариленэфиркетона.
8. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что полимер B ленты, обеспеченной на стадии b), выбран из группы, состоящей из полиолефина, полиамида, полифталамида, полиэтиленнафталата, полибутиленнафталата, фторполимера, полифениленсульфида, полиэфирсульфона, полифенилсульфона и полиариленэфиркетона.
9. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что полимер C ленты, обеспеченной на стадии c), выбран из группы, состоящей из полиолефина, полиамида, полифталамида, полиэтиленнафталата, полибутиленнафталата, фторполимера, полифениленсульфида, полиэфирсульфона, полифенилсульфона и полиариленэфиркетона.
10. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что волоконное армирование ленты, обеспеченной на стадии b) и/или на стадии c), предусматривает форму однонаправленной волоконной прослойки.
11. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что волоконный компонент ленты, обеспеченной на стадии b) или стадии c), составляет от 10% до 85% по объему.
12. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что волокна ленты, обеспеченной на стадии b) или стадии c), выбраны из группы, состоящей из стеклянных волокон, углеродных волокон, арамидных волокон, борных волокон, керамических волокон, базальтовых волокон, карбидокремниевых волокон, полиамидных волокон, волокон из сложного полиэфира, волокон из жидкокристаллического сложного полиэфира, полиакрилонитрильных волокон и волокон из полиимида, полиэфиримида, полифениленсульфида, полиэфиркетона или полиэфирэфиркетона.
13. Термопластичная композитная труба, содержащая следующие компоненты от внутренней к внешней стороне:
a) трубчатую оболочку, имеющую стенку, содержащую термопластичный полимер A, в области внешней поверхности;
b) только если полимер A и полимер B являются различными, промежуточную прослойку, которая непосредственно и когезионно соединена с оболочкой и в которой область площади контакта, соединенная с оболочкой, состоит из формовочной массы, содержащей полимер A в количестве по меньшей мере 30% по весу, и в которой противоположная площадь контакта, соединенная со следующим первым композитным слоем, состоит из формовочной массы, содержащей термопластичный полимер B в количестве по меньшей мере 30% по весу;
c) первый композитный слой, который непосредственно и когезионно соединен с внешней поверхностью оболочки или с промежуточной прослойкой и содержит армирующие волокна в матрице, содержащей полимер B,
d) промежуточную прослойку, которая непосредственно и когезионно соединена с первым композитным слоем и в которой область площади контакта, соединенная с первым композитным слоем, состоит из формовочной массы, содержащей полимер B в количестве по меньшей мере 30% по весу, и в которой противоположная площадь контакта, соединенная со вторым композитным слоем, состоит из формовочной массы, содержащей полимер C в количестве по меньшей мере 30% по весу;
e) второй композитный слой, который непосредственно и когезионно соединен с данной промежуточной прослойкой и содержит армирующие волокна в матрице, содержащей полимер C,
f) необязательно внешнюю покрывающую прослойку, состоящую из полимерного материала,
при этом полимер A и полимер B являются одинаковыми или различными, а полимер B и полимер C являются различными.
14. Термопластичная композитная труба по п. 13, отличающаяся тем, что она представляет собой шлангокабель, райзер, перепускной трубопровод, промысловый трубопровод, трубопровод технологических работ, нисходящий трубопровод, нагнетательную линию или напорную линию.
15. Применение термопластичной композитной трубы по любому из пп. 13 и 14 для транспортировки сырой нефти, неочищенного газа, трехфазной смеси, переработанной нефти, обработанного газа, бензина, дизельного топлива или нагнетаемой среды или для передачи гидравлических масел.
