Abstract

Trata-se de um processo para produzir um tubo compósito termoplástico que compreende as etapas a seguir: a) fornecer um liner tubular que tem uma parede que compreende um polímero termoplástico A na região da superfície externa; b) fornecer uma fita que compreende fibras de reforço em uma matriz que compreende um polímero termoplástico B, em que o polímero A e o polímero B são diferentes; c) aplicar um filme ou um compósito que é produzido na etapa d) e é composto de um filme e uma fita fornecida na etapa b) ao liner tubular, com a fusão da superfície externa do liner e da superfície de contato do filme antecipada, simultânea ou posteriormente, d) aplicar a fita fornecida etapa b) à superfície externa do filme, com a fusão da superfície externa do filme aplicado e da superfície de contato da fita antecipada, simultânea ou posteriormente, em que a superfície do filme que é colocada em contato com o liner consiste em um composto de moldagem que compreende o polímero A até um ponto de pelo menos 30 em peso, e em que a superfície oposta do filme consiste em um composto de moldagem que compreende o polímero B até um ponto de pelo menos 30 em peso. A formação de compósito entre polímeros idênticos na etapa de processo crítico obtém melhor qualidade de adesão. O tubo então produzido é especialmente adequado para aplicações offshore na produção de óleo e gás.
