Abstract
本发明提供了一种全涤纶分散染料染色方法,包括以下步骤:1)胚布进入染色机后,在第一道水中加入1.0g/L-1.4g/L的去油剂和分散染料,升温至120℃-140℃,染色25-35分钟;2)降温至70℃-90℃,不放水,加入1.0g/L-1.4g/L的烧碱和保险粉保温15-25分钟,不放水;3)加入1.0g/L-1.4g/L的冰醋酸,6-10分钟后放水;4)加入第二道水,水洗6-10分钟。本发明的一种全涤纶分散染料染色方法,完成整个工艺流程只需要2道水,节省水资源,工艺流程简化,省时省力,降低了生产成本,提高了产能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种全涤纶分散染料染色方法,属于面料染色处理技术领域。
背景技术
目前,全涤纶面料的分散染料染色方法的工艺流程如下:在胚布进入染色机后,第一道水加入去油剂升温80℃行20分钟放水,进入第二道水加入分散染料升温130℃行30分钟后降到80℃放水,再进入第三道水加入烧碱(NaOH)和保险粉(Na2S2O4)升温80℃行20分钟放水,再进入第四道水,加入冰醋酸(HAC)冷行8分钟放水,再进入第五道水冷行8分钟。
完成整个工艺流程共使用5道水,既浪费水资源,又浪费人力物力和时间,生产成本高,产能低。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提出一种全涤纶分散染料染色方法。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案得以实现:
一种全涤纶分散染料染色方法,包括以下步骤:
1)胚布进入染色机后,在第一道水中加入1.0g/L-1.4g/L的去油剂和分散染料,升温至120℃-140℃,染色25-35分钟;
2)降温至70℃-90℃,不放水,加入1.0g/L-1.4g/L的烧碱和保险粉保温15-25分钟,不放水;
3)加入1.0g/L-1.4g/L的冰醋酸,6-10分钟后放水;
4)加入第二道水,水洗6-10分钟。
进一步的,所述步骤1)中,在第一道水中加入1.2g/L的去油剂和分散染料,升温至130℃,染色30分钟。
进一步的,所述步骤2)中,降温至80℃,不放水,加入1.2g/L的烧碱和保险粉保温20分钟。
进一步的,所述步骤3)中,加入1.2g/L的冰醋酸,8分钟后放水。
进一步的,所述步骤4)中,第二道水中水洗8分钟。
本发明的突出效果为:本发明的一种全涤纶分散染料染色方法,完成整个工艺流程只需要2道水,节省水资源,工艺流程简化,省时省力,降低了生产成本,提高了产能。

实施例
本实施例提供一种全涤纶分散染料染色方法,包括以下步骤:
1)胚布进入染色机后,在第一道水中加入1.2g/L的去油剂和分散染料,升温至130℃,染色30分钟;
2)降温至80℃,不放水,加入1.2g/L的烧碱和保险粉保温20分钟,不放水;
3)加入1.2g/L的冰醋酸,8分钟后放水;
4)加入第二道水,水洗8分钟。
本实施例中的去油剂、烧碱和冰醋酸的用量较常用的工艺流程均增加了20%,其他如分散染料和保险粉等的用量均与常规方法的一致,在节省用水的同时,保证了染色的效果。
本实施例的一种全涤纶分散染料染色方法,完成整个工艺流程只需要2道水,节省水资源,工艺流程简化,省时省力,降低了生产成本,提高了产能。
Claims (5)
1.一种全涤纶分散染料染色方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)胚布进入染色机后,在第一道水中加入1.0g/L-1.4g/L的去油剂和分散染料,升温至120℃-140℃,染色25-35分钟;
2)降温至70℃-90℃,不放水,加入1.0g/L-1.4g/L的烧碱和保险粉保温15-25分钟,不放水;
3)加入1.0g/L-1.4g/L的冰醋酸,6-10分钟后放水;
4)加入第二道水,水洗6-10分钟。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全涤纶分散染料染色方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1)中,在第一道水中加入1.2g/L的去油剂和分散染料,升温至130℃,染色30分钟。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种全涤纶分散染料染色方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2)中,降温至80℃,不放水,加入1.2g/L的烧碱和保险粉保温20分钟。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种全涤纶分散染料染色方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3)中,加入1.2g/L的冰醋酸,8分钟后放水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种全涤纶分散染料染色方法,其特征在于:所述步骤4)中,第二道水中水洗8分钟。
