本发明公开了一种涤纶面料一浴法染色工艺,其工艺步骤包括:坯布准备——染色——还原清洗——水洗;其中染色处方为:分散染料1‑30g/L、分散剂0.5‑2g/L、匀染剂0.5‑1g/L、消泡剂0.0‑0.5g/L、醋酸0.5‑1ml/L,PH值4.5‑5.5、浴比1:8‑10。本发明分散染料上染率达90%以上,提高了染料利用率,降低了染料浪费和减少了染色废水排放,同时也缩短了染色时间,降低了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及印染技术领域,具体涉及一种涤纶面料一浴法染色工艺。
背景技术
目前印染行业正在推行的清洁生产与节水节能技术,其中一个重要环节就是高效短流程技术。研究涤纶织物的一浴法染色能显著的缩短生产时间、提高生产效率、降低生产成本。同时还可节约大量的水资源,减少污水排放量,有利于环境保护。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明提供一种涤纶面料一浴法染色工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
涤纶面料一浴法染色工艺,其工艺步骤包括:坯布准备——染色——还原清洗——水洗。
其中,染色处方为:分散染料1-30g/L、分散剂0.5-2g/L、匀染剂0.5-1g/L、消泡剂0.0-0.5g/L、醋酸0.5-1ml/L,PH值4.5-5.5、浴比1:8-10。
其中,染色步骤为:在50-60℃起染,以1.5℃/min升温至80℃,然后再以0.5℃/min升温至130℃,保温染色20-50min,降温排液。
其中,还原清洗的工艺参数为:还原清洗液中含有烧碱2g/L及保险粉2g/L,温度为70-80℃,浴比为1:10,时间为15-20min。
本发明的优点是:本发明分散染料上染率达90%以上,提高了染料利用率,降低了染料浪费和减少了染色废水排放,同时也缩短了染色时间,降低了生产成本。
具体实施方式
实施例:
涤纶面料一浴法染色工艺,其工艺步骤包括:
(1)坯布准备;
(2)染色:
染色处方为:分散染料30g/L、分散剂2g/L、匀染剂1g/L、消泡剂0.5g/L、醋酸1ml/L,PH值5、浴比8。
染色步骤为:在60℃起染,以1.5℃/min升温至80℃,然后再以0.5℃/min升温至130℃,保温染色40min,降温排液。
(3)还原清洗:还原清洗液中含有烧碱2g/L及保险粉2g/L,温度为70-80℃,浴比为1:10,时间为15-20min。
(4)水洗。

2.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶面料一浴法染色工艺,其特征在于,所述染色步骤为:在50-60℃起染,以1.5℃/min升温至80℃,然后再以0.5℃/min升温至130℃,保温染色20-50min,降温排液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶面料一浴法染色工艺,其特征在于,所述还原清洗的工艺参数为:还原清洗液中含有烧碱2g/L及保险粉2g/L,温度为70-80℃,浴比为1:10,时间为15-20min。
