Abstract

本发明公开一种三氯蔗糖-6-乙酸酯的脱酰方法,包括如下步骤:三氯蔗糖-6-乙酸酯加入到甲醇钠的甲醇溶液中,于58-62℃反应3-5小时后,真空蒸馏回收甲醇,所得固体用乙酸乙酯洗涤,即得到三氯蔗糖。与现有三氯蔗糖-6-乙酸酯的脱酰方法相比,采用本发明的方法可以明显脱酰效果,脱酰后三氯蔗糖的收率达85%以上。

一种三氯蔗糖-6-乙酸酯的脱酰方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种三氯蔗糖-6-乙酸酯的脱酰方法。
背景技术
我国是甜味剂使用大国,甜味剂使用总量高达15万吨/年。然而,近几年才开始使用蔗糖素,根据我国目前市场调查,蔗糖素的使用仅占其中的1%左右,约为1500吨/年。
蔗糖素是目前唯一以蔗糖为原料生产的功能性甜味剂,特性类似蔗糖,没有任何苦后味,无热量,不龋齿,稳定性好。
蔗糖素虽具有高甜度,但不被人体吸收,不产生热量,因此是糖尿病、高血压病、心脑血管病、肥胖病等病人的良好甜味替代品,在食品药品工业生产应用广泛。
预计今后五年,人们对绿色环保食品的要求越来越高,我国将会批准更多的食品品种使用蔗糖素,这将极大的推动我国蔗糖素的使用。
现有技术一般是以蔗糖为原料,依次经过锡化、酯化、氯化,得到的三氯蔗糖-6-乙酸酯再经脱酰得到蔗糖素。
发明内容
本发明的目的是对现有三氯蔗糖-6-乙酸酯的脱酰工艺进行改进,提供了一种三氯蔗糖-6-乙酸酯的脱酰方法,以提高脱酰效果。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种三氯蔗糖-6-乙酸酯的脱酰方法,包括如下步骤:
三氯蔗糖-6-乙酸酯加入到甲醇钠的甲醇溶液中,于58-62℃反应3-5小时后,真空蒸馏回收甲醇,所得固体用乙酸乙酯洗涤,即得到三氯蔗糖。
进一步,所述甲醇钠的甲醇溶液的浓度1.2-1.3wt%。
进一步,所述三氯蔗糖-6-乙酸酯与甲醇钠的质量比为20:(1-1.1)。
与现有三氯蔗糖-6-乙酸酯的脱酰方法相比,采用本发明的方法可以明显脱酰效果,脱酰后三氯蔗糖的收率达85%以上。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
将200g的三氯蔗糖-6-乙酸酯加入到830g的浓度为1.3wt%的甲醇钠的甲醇溶液中,搅匀,升温至58-62℃,反应4小时后,真空蒸馏(压力为0.1mbar)回收甲醇,余下的固体残渣用1000mL乙酸乙酯洗涤三次,干燥得到138g三氯蔗糖,反应如下:
实施例2
将200g的三氯蔗糖-6-乙酸酯加入到834g的浓度为1.2wt%的甲醇钠的甲醇溶液中,搅匀,升温至58-62℃,反应5小时后,真空蒸馏(压力为0.1mbar)回收甲醇,余下的固体残渣用1000mL乙酸乙酯洗涤三次,干燥得到141g三氯蔗糖。

1.一种三氯蔗糖-6-乙酸酯的脱酰方法,包括如下步骤:
三氯蔗糖-6-乙酸酯加入到甲醇钠的甲醇溶液中,于58-62℃反应3-5小时后,真空蒸馏回收甲醇,所得固体用乙酸乙酯洗涤,即得到三氯蔗糖。
2.根据权利要求1所述三氯蔗糖-6-乙酸酯的脱酰方法,其特征在于,所述甲醇钠的甲醇溶液的浓度1.2-1.3wt%。
3.根据权利要求1所述三氯蔗糖-6-乙酸酯的脱酰方法,其特征在于,所述三氯蔗糖-6-乙酸酯与甲醇钠的质量比为20:(1-1.1)。
