Abstract
一种抗疲劳强免疫的壳寡糖饮料,其组分按重量百分比计:壳寡糖1.0-3.0%、西洋参提取液5-10%、枸杞提取液5-10%、大枣提取液8-15%、蜂蜜1-3%、柠檬汁1-2%、低聚果糖2.5-3.5%、壳聚糖0.2-0.5%、葡萄酸0.02-0.04%、磷酸二氢钠0-0.01%、氯化钠0.02-0.05%、柠檬酸钠0.02-0.05%、磷酸二氢钾0.02-0.05%、氯化钾0.03-0.06%,其余为水;本发明运动饮料不仅具有一般运动饮料补充水、电解质、糖分、维生素等特点,还具有提神、抗疲劳的功效,长期饮用,能增强体质、提高免疫力,改善亚健康体质。本发明运动饮料味道清香、口感好,主成分全部采用天然提取物,无毒无副作用。不但适用于剧烈运动过后,体力恢复,而且也适用于一般人群饮用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗疲劳强免疫力饮料,具体是一种天然降解产品壳寡糖、药食同源植物西洋参、枸杞、大枣所配制而成的具有抗疲劳、增强免疫力等作用的功能性饮料。
技术背景:
我国自改革开放以来,经济迅猛发展,生活节奏加快,饮食不合理、缺乏运动、作息不规律、睡眠不足、精神紧张、心理压力大、长期不良情绪等,导致国民身体亚健康化;躯体方面可表现为疲乏无力、肌肉及关节酸痛、头昏头痛、心悸胸闷、睡眠紊乱、食欲不振、脘腹不适、便溏便秘、性功能减退、怕冷怕热、易于感冒、眼部干涩等;心理方面可表现有情绪低落、心烦意乱、焦躁不安、急躁易怒、恐惧胆怯、记忆力下降、注意力不能集中、精力不足、反应迟钝等;社会交往方面可表现有不能较好地承担相应的社会角色,工作、学习困难,不能正常地处理好人际关系、家庭关系,难以进行正常的社会交往等。
为了缓解这种情况,大多数人会选择食疗和药疗,食疗是中国人的传统习惯,通过饮食达到调理身体,强壮体魄的目的。但是食疗在煮食的过程中,耗费时间长,在生活节奏快的今天,并不适用;而药疗,药物价格昂贵,且容易产生药物依赖性,并且是药三分毒,针对亚健康这一类的人群,更不适宜。所以,采用一种好的饮料,在喝水这种最基本最简单的事情中,把这一情况解决是最好的方式。
西洋参是五加科人参属多年生草本植物,别名花旗参、洋参、西洋人参;性凉、味甘、微苦;能补气养阴,清热生津;有增强中枢神经系统、保护心血管、提高免疫力、、促进血液活力、治疗糖尿病等功能。
枸杞为小灌木,生长于山野阳坡;枸杞味甘,性平,归肝、肾、肺经;有滋补肝肾、明目、润肺。可用于虚劳精亏,腰膝酸痛,眩晕耳鸣,内热消渴,血虚萎黄,目眩不明等功能。《神农本草经》将枸杞列为上品,言其“主五内邪气,热中消渴,周痹。久服,坚筋骨、轻身、不老”;明代李时珍《本草纲目》载:“枸杞子味甘气平;补精气诸不足,易颜色,变白,明目安神,令人长寿”;现代研究证实,枸杞的营养成分非常丰富。不但含有枸杞多糖、蛋白质、游离氨基酸、牛磺酸等,还含有大量的矿物元素。具有调节免疫力、降血糖、降血脂、抗疲劳等多种功效,实为体质虚寒、抵抗力差之人的保健良药。
大枣又名红枣,为鼠李科落叶灌木或小乔木植物枣树的成熟果实。大枣味甘,性温,功能补中益气、养血安神、缓和药性。大枣可用于中气不足、脾胃虚弱导致体倦乏力、食少便溏;血虚萎黄、妇女脏躁;大枣入药始见于《神农本草经》,言其“安中养神,平胃气,通九窍,补少气和百药。久服,轻身、延年”;现代科学测定,鲜枣中所含的维生素C为百果之冠,每100g大枣含蛋白质3.3g,脂肪0.4g,糖类72.8g,含钙、磷、铁以及胡萝卜素、尼克酸、维生素B1、B2、C、P等,具有增强体质,延缓衰老的作用。
壳寡糖为一种天然高分子降解的多糖,具有分子量低、水溶性好、功能作用大、易被人体吸收、生物活性高等优势,同时具有:纯天然、无辐射、无污染、无添加等特点;在1991年国际甲壳素大会上被誉为人体所必需的除蛋白质、糖、脂肪、矿物质、维生素以外的第六大生命要素,其本身就可以作为功能性保健食品;壳寡糖具有三调(免疫力调节、pH值调节、荷尔蒙调节)、三降(降血糖、降血压、降血脂)、三排(排除有害胆固醇、排除有害金属离子、排除农药及有害自由基等)的功能;而且壳寡糖作为自然界唯一的可溶性碱性多糖,能够调节机体pH值,有防癌抗癌的功效;除此之外,壳寡糖还具有抗菌抑菌、果蔬保鲜、抗氧化、促进凝血和伤口愈合等功能。
我国在上个世纪九十年代市场上的运动饮料有“健力宝”、“红牛”等,最近几年里国内的食品公司也都相继推出了种类繁多运动饮料品牌,如乐虎、脉动、东鹏特饮、佳得乐等。但市面上的运动饮料主要是通过补充水分、糖分和电解质、加入化学药品(如:牛磺酸、咖啡因、肌醇、烟酰胺、食用香精等)的而达到提高运动能力、消除疲劳的效果,这些药品的副作用会给机体造成一定的危害,而且某些药物还含有兴奋剂的成分,有的饮料糖分偏高,还是充气饮料;因此寻找绿色、安全、健康、有效的抗疲劳强免疫饮料的一个重要发展方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种以具有消除疲劳、增强抵抗力、改善国民亚健康身体体质的以壳寡糖、西洋参、大枣、枸杞为主料,根据其营养价值研制成天然体质调节剂和快速恢复体能活力的饮料,改变了费事麻烦的食疗以及有药副作用的药疗的传统习惯,也避免了使用化学添加剂带来的危害,为当今在快节奏中生活和工作的人们提供更加便捷有效的体能加油站。
本发明提供一种抗疲劳强免疫的壳寡糖饮料,其特征在于各组分按重量百分比计:壳寡糖1.0-3.0%、西洋参提取液5-10%、枸杞提取液5-10%、大枣提取液8-15%、蜂蜜1-3%、柠檬汁1-2%、低聚果糖2.5-3.5%、壳聚糖0.2-0.5%、葡萄酸0.02-0.04%、磷酸二氢钠0-0.01%、氯化钠0.02-0.05%、柠檬酸钠0.02-0.05%、磷酸二氢钾0.02-0.05%、氯化钾0.03-0.06%,其余为水。
本发明提供一种抗疲劳强免疫的壳寡糖饮料,其制备方法为:
(1)壳寡糖原料的选取:壳寡糖是虾、蟹壳等经过脱钙、脱蛋白、脱乙酰基、再酶解经两级超滤而得一种聚合度在2~20之间寡糖产品,分子量≤3200Da,纯度≥99%,是水溶性较好、功能作用大、生物活性高的低分子量产品。它具有全溶于水,容易被生物体吸收利用等诸多独特的功能,壳寡糖是自然界中唯一带正电荷阳离子碱性氨基低聚糖,是动物性纤维素;
(2)西洋参提取液的制备:西洋参(料水质量比1∶2-4)先浸泡60min,煮沸后保持40min,过滤后再第二次煎煮,加水量为第一次加水量的1/3-1/2,两次煎液混合,除鞣,得西洋参提取液;
(3)枸杞提取液的制备:枸杞(料水质量比1∶6-10,以后每次加水4-8倍量,共冷浸3次;每次冷浸1h;每小时搅拌10min;得枸杞提取液;
(4)大枣提取液的制备:将清洗后的大枣,按质量比大枣∶水=1∶3-5加水于90℃下预煮30min、55-60℃下浸提5h,最后过滤离心得到大枣提取液。
(5)将上述壳聚糖、西洋参提取液、枸杞提取液、大枣提取液及其余组分按上述比例进行混合,壳聚糖澄清,过滤,灭菌,包装后即为成品。
与现有发明相比本发明的效果和优点:
本发明的配方,主原料采用天然的西洋参、枸杞、大枣辅以及被誉为“第六生命要素的”的壳寡糖通过蜂蜜、电解质、调味剂等配置而成,味道清香、口感比较好,安全、绿色、无毒、环保,能够为广大消费者所接受,不但适用于运动过后体力恢复,而且适用于一般人亚健康人群饮用。本发明具有原料易得、成本低廉、工艺简单、产品质量稳定等特点。
壳寡糖具有三调(免疫力调节、pH值调节、荷尔蒙调节)、三降(降血糖、降血压、降血脂)、三排(排除有害胆固醇、排除有害金属离子、排除农药及有害自由基等)的功能;西洋参能补气养阴,清热生津;有增强中枢神经系统、保护心血管、提高免疫力、、促进血液活力、治疗糖尿病等功能;枸杞含有枸杞多糖、蛋白质、游离氨基酸、牛磺酸等,还含有大量的矿物元素。具有调节免疫力、降血糖、降血脂、抗疲劳等多种功效,实为体质虚寒、抵抗力差之人的保健良药;大枣可用于中气不足、脾胃虚弱导致体倦乏力、食少便溏、血虚萎黄等,具有增强体质,延缓衰老的作用;蜂蜜的成分除了葡萄糖、果糖之外还含有各种维生素、矿物质、氨基酸。1kg的蜂蜜含有2940kcal的热量。蜂蜜是由单糖类的葡萄糖和果糖构成,可以被人体直接吸收,而不需要酶的分解。以上五种成分均具有抗疲劳的功效。本发明运动饮料既具有一般运动饮料补充水、电解质、糖分、维生素等特点,也具有抗疲劳、改善体质、提高国民生活水平的功效。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)西洋参提取液的制备:西洋参(料水质量比1∶2)先浸泡60min,煮沸后保持40min,过滤后再第二次煎煮,加水量为第一次加水量的1/3,两次煎液混合,除鞣,得西洋参提取液;
(2)枸杞提取液的制备:枸杞(料水质量比1∶6,以后每次加水4倍量,共冷浸3次;每次冷浸1h;每小时搅拌10min;得枸杞提取液;
(3)大枣提取液的制备:将清洗后的大枣,按质量比大枣∶水=1∶3加水于90℃下预煮30min、55℃下浸提5h,最后过滤离心得到大枣提取液;
(4)将上述壳聚糖、西洋参提取液、枸杞提取液、大枣提取液及其余组分按上述比例进行混合,壳聚糖澄清,过滤,灭菌,包装后即为成品。
实施例2
(1)西洋参提取液的制备:西洋参(料水质量比1∶3)先浸泡60min,煮沸后保持40min,过滤后再第二次煎煮,加水量为第一次加水量的1/2,两次煎液混合,除鞣,得西洋参提取液;
(2)枸杞提取液的制备:枸杞(料水质量比1∶8,以后每次加水6倍量,共冷浸3次;每次冷浸1h;每小时搅拌10min;得枸杞提取液;
(3)大枣提取液的制备:将清洗后的大枣,按质量比大枣∶水=1∶4加水于90℃下预煮30min、55℃下浸提5h,最后过滤离心得到大枣提取液;
(4)将上述壳聚糖、西洋参提取液、枸杞提取液、大枣提取液及其余组分按上述比例进行混合,壳聚糖澄清,过滤,灭菌,包装后即为成品。
实施例3

(4)将上述壳聚糖、西洋参提取液、枸杞提取液、大枣提取液及其余组分按上述比例进行混合,壳聚糖澄清,过滤,灭菌,包装后即为成品。
Claims (2)
1.一种抗疲劳强免疫的壳寡糖饮料,其特征在于各组分按重量百分比计:壳寡糖1.0-3.0%、西洋参提取液5-10%、枸杞提取液5-10%、大枣提取液8-15%、蜂蜜1-3%、柠檬汁1-2%、低聚果糖2.5-3.5%、壳聚糖0.2-0.5%、葡萄酸0.02-0.04%、磷酸二氢钠0-0.01%、氯化钠0.02-0.05%、柠檬酸钠0.02-0.05%、磷酸二氢钾0.02-0.05%、氯化钾0.03-0.06%,其余为水;

所述的西洋参提取液通过如下方法制得:西洋参(料水质量比1∶2-4)先浸泡60min,煮沸后保持40min,过滤后再第二次煎煮,加水量为第一次加水量的1/3-1/2,两次煎液混合,除鞣,得西洋参提取液;
所述的枸杞提取液通过如下方法制得取:枸杞(料水质量比1∶6-10,以后每次加水4-8倍量,共冷浸3次;每次冷浸1h;每小时搅拌10min;得枸杞提取液。
所述的大枣提取液通过如下方法制得:将清洗后的大枣,按质量比大枣∶水=1∶3-5加水于90℃下预煮30min、55-60℃下浸提5h,最后过滤离心得到大枣提取液。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种抗疲劳强免疫的壳寡糖饮料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)西洋参提取液的制备:西洋参(料水质量比1∶2-4)先浸泡60min,煮沸后保持40min,过滤后再第二次煎煮,加水量为第一次加水量的1/3-1/2,两次煎液混合,除鞣,得西洋参提取液;
(2)枸杞提取液的制备:枸杞(料水质量比1∶6-10,以后每次加水4-8倍量,共冷浸3次;每次冷浸1h;每小时搅拌10min;得枸杞提取液
(3)大枣提取液的制备:将清洗后的大枣,按质量比大枣∶水=1∶3-5加水于90℃下预煮30min、55-60℃下浸提5h,最后过滤离心得到大枣提取液。
(4)将上述壳聚糖、西洋参提取液、枸杞提取液、大枣提取液及其余组分按上述比例进行混合,壳聚糖澄清,过滤,灭菌,包装后即为成品。
