Abstract

本发明涉及一种织物碱减量工艺,特别涉及一种涤粘混纺织物的碱减量工艺。本发明的目的在于提供一种能使织物既达到手感要求,又不泛黄且弹性好,成品熨烫后平整并具有较高服用性能的涤粘混纺仿毛嵌腈纶织物的碱减量工艺。本发明的碱减量工艺中氢氧化钠的用量为常规工艺的1/4‑1/2,通过减少氢氧化钠用量和使用低温减量促进剂,使得织物中的腈纶纤维能够在较弱的碱性条件和较低的温度条件下水解,解决了在强碱和高温湿热条件下水解易泛黄变硬,导致熨烫后与布面收缩不一致引起起皱或气泡的问题;经处理后的涤粘混纺仿毛嵌腈纶织物的毛感蓬松性更强,仿毛性更好。

涤粘混纺仿毛嵌腈纶织物的碱减量工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种织物碱减量工艺,特别涉及一种涤粘混纺织物的碱减量工艺。
背景技术
涤粘混纺织物兼具涤纶织物和粘胶织物的特点,强度高、弹性好、耐摩擦、吸湿性好。涤粘混纺织物经仿毛处理后,光泽柔和、回弹性好,具有精纺全毛织物的优点。腈纶纤维的耐光和抗辐射性能优越,耐酸及耐候性好,素有“合成羊毛”之称。常规涤粘混纺仿毛织物的碱减量处理大多选择在高温高压溢流缸内进行,一般有如下两种工艺:1、以水量计,加入40 g/L的36°Bé的氢氧化钠溶液,浴比采用1:10,在100℃下保温60min后水洗干净;2、以水量计,加入20 g/L的36°Bé的氢氧化钠溶液,浴比采用1:10,在120℃下保温30min后水洗干净。
上述两种工艺存在液碱用量大、减量温度高等问题。当涤粘混纺仿毛织物中嵌入腈纶条/格后,采用常规工艺进行碱减量处理时,腈纶条/格会严重泛黄且失去弹性,成品熨烫后起皱或气泡,严重影响服用性能。经分析,主要是因为腈纶纤维耐碱性和耐高温性较差,在强碱和高温湿热条件下水解易泛黄变硬,导致熨烫后与布面收缩不一致引起起皱或气泡。目前,还没有专门针对涤粘混纺仿毛嵌腈纶织物的合适的碱减量工艺,能够使得处理后的织物既达到手感要求,又不泛黄且弹性好,成品熨烫后平整并具有较高的服用性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种能使织物既达到手感要求,又不泛黄且弹性好,成品熨烫后平整并具有较高服用性能的涤粘混纺仿毛嵌腈纶织物的碱减量工艺。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的涤粘混纺仿毛嵌腈纶织物的碱减量工艺,包括如下步骤:
1、配制碱液:将36°Bé的氢氧化钠溶液、低温减量促进剂加入水中配制成碱液;以水量计,氢氧化钠溶液的加入量为5-15g/L,低温减量促进剂的加入量为3-5g/L;其中低温减量促进剂由水、平平加、十二叔胺和氯化苄组成;
2、碱减量处理:将涤粘混纺仿毛嵌腈纶织物投入上述配制的碱液中,碱减量浴比为1:8-12,然后升温至90-100℃,保温90-100min后水洗干净。
作为优选,步骤1中所述氢氧化钠溶液的加入量为10g/L,低温减量促进剂的加入量为4g/L。
作为优选,步骤1中所述低温减量促进剂由如下方法制备得到:在反应釜中搅拌溶解1047.5kg的水和2-5kg的平平加,然后加入100kg的十二叔胺,再滴加50kg的氯化苄,自动升温至 90℃保温 30 分钟后出料。
本发明的涤粘混纺仿毛嵌腈纶织物的碱减量工艺中氢氧化钠的用量为常规工艺的1/4-1/2,通过减少氢氧化钠用量和使用低温减量促进剂,使得织物中的腈纶纤维能够在较弱的碱性条件和较低的温度条件下水解,同时保证仿毛处理后的涤粘混纺纤维也能减量充分和均匀,能够使得处理后的织物既达到手感要求,又不泛黄且弹性好,成品熨烫后平整并具有较高的服用性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
在3吨水中加入36°Bé的氢氧化钠溶液30kg、低温减量促进剂12kg配制成碱液;将涤粘混纺仿毛嵌腈纶织物投入上述配制的碱液中,碱减量浴比为 1 :10,然后升温至100℃,保温90min后水洗干净。
其中低温减量促进剂由如下方法制备得到:在反应釜中搅拌溶解1047.5kg的水和3kg的平平加,然后加入100kg的十二叔胺,再滴加50kg的氯化苄,自动升温至 90℃保温 30分钟后出料。
经测试,上述碱减量工艺的碱利用率为95%,较常规工艺的碱利用率(50%左右)提升45%左右;经上述碱减量处理后的涤粘混纺仿毛嵌腈纶织物的毛感蓬松性更强,仿毛性更好,织物不泛黄且弹性好,成品熨烫后平整并具有较高的服用性能。
实施例2
在3吨水中加入36°Bé的氢氧化钠溶液15kg、低温减量促进剂15kg配制成碱液;将涤粘混纺仿毛嵌腈纶织物投入上述配制的碱液中,碱减量浴比为 1 :8,然后升温至90℃,保温100min后水洗干净。
其中低温减量促进剂由如下方法制备得到:在反应釜中搅拌溶解1047.5kg的水和2kg的平平加,然后加入100kg的十二叔胺,再滴加50kg的氯化苄,自动升温至 90℃保温 30分钟后出料。
经测试,上述碱减量工艺的碱利用率为92%,较常规工艺的碱利用率(50%左右)提升42%左右;经上述碱减量处理后的涤粘混纺仿毛嵌腈纶织物的毛感蓬松性更强,仿毛性更好,织物不泛黄且弹性好,成品熨烫后平整并具有较高的服用性能。
实施例3
在3吨水中加入36°Bé的氢氧化钠溶液45kg、低温减量促进剂9kg配制成碱液;将涤粘混纺仿毛嵌腈纶织物投入上述配制的碱液中,碱减量浴比为 1 :12,然后升温至95℃,保温95min后水洗干净。
其中低温减量促进剂由如下方法制备得到:在反应釜中搅拌溶解1047.5kg的水和5kg的平平加,然后加入100kg的十二叔胺,再滴加50kg的氯化苄,自动升温至 90℃保温 30分钟后出料。
经测试,上述碱减量工艺的碱利用率为93%,较常规工艺的碱利用率(50%左右)提升43%左右;经上述碱减量处理后的涤粘混纺仿毛嵌腈纶织物的毛感蓬松性更强,仿毛性更好,织物不泛黄且弹性好,成品熨烫后平整并具有较高的服用性能。

1.一种涤粘混纺仿毛嵌腈纶织物的碱减量工艺,其特征在于:包括第一步:配制碱液,第二步:碱减量处理;
所述第一步的配制碱液为:在3吨水中加入36°Bé的氢氧化钠溶液15kg、低温减量促进剂15kg配制成碱液;其中低温减量促进剂由如下方法制备得到:在反应釜中搅拌溶解1047.5kg的水和2kg的平平加,然后加入100kg的十二叔胺,再滴加50kg的氯化苄,自动升温至 90℃保温 30 分钟后出料;
所述第二步的碱减量处理为:将涤粘混纺仿毛嵌腈纶织物投入上述配制的碱液中,碱减量浴比为 1 :8,然后升温至90℃,保温100min后水洗干净。
