本发明涉及一种纺织行业开棉设备，特别是一种高效开棉机，包括进料斗，设于进料斗下方的开棉箱，开棉箱内设有开松辊，开松辊上设有针帘；所述开松辊为空心结构，开松辊分为内层圆柱和外层圆柱两层结构，所述内层圆柱和外层圆柱上都设有通气孔；所述外层圆柱上设有卡槽，所述卡槽一侧设有凸块；内层圆柱上设有凸块与所述卡槽配合；所述凸块上设有定位孔。采用上述结构后，通过将开松辊设计为双层机构以及在双层结构上均设置通气孔，在开棉的时候同时往开松辊内通入气流，防止了棉絮缠绕开松辊，保证了生产效率；通过对开棉机送料机构的设计，对送料进行量的控制，保证了开棉的质量和效率。

背景技术
棉纤维是一种重要的纺织原料，为方便运输，棉纤维生产企业一般会将其压实为一个长、宽、高分别为几十厘米的棉包卖给用户，用户使用之前，必须用开棉机将棉包分解成所需要的片状或絮状物，以还原棉纤维。现有技术中的开棉机，在切割时会产生大量的粉尘，而且棉块容易将机器卡死，少量的设备能避免这样的问题，但由于结构复杂，不宜大力推广。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是提供一种开棉机的装置，该装置能防止开棉时棉絮缠绕开松辊，同时对送料进行量的控制和预处理，提高生产效率。
为解决上述的技术问题，本发明的一种高效开棉机，包括进料斗，设于进料斗下方的开棉箱，开棉箱内设有开松辊，开松辊上设有针帘；所述开松辊为空心结构，开松辊分为内层圆柱和外层圆柱两层结构，所述内层圆柱和外层圆柱上都设有通气孔；所述外层圆柱上设有卡槽，所述卡槽一侧设有凸块；内层圆柱上设有凸块与所述卡槽配合；所述凸块上设有定位孔；所述卡槽上设有刻度；所述进料斗上接有送料装置，所述送料装置包括转轴，由转轴带动的传送带；与传送带相接的横槽；所述横槽内设有转辊，所述转辊上设有针帘。
进一步的，所述转轴与转辊被同一皮带带动。
进一步的，所述要求开棉箱内壁内设有可拆卸垫块。
采用上述结构后，通过将开松辊设计为双层机构以及在双层结构上均设置通气孔，在开棉的时候同时往开松辊内通入气流，防止了棉絮缠绕开松辊，保证了生产效率；通过对开棉机送料机构的设计，对送料进行量的控制，保证了开棉的质量和效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明的一种高效开棉机，包括进料斗6，设于进料斗6下方的开棉箱9，开棉箱9内设有开松辊，开松辊上设有针帘；所述开松辊为空心结构，开松辊分为内层圆柱1102和外层圆柱1101两层结构，所述内层圆柱1102和外层圆柱1101上都设有通气孔10；所述外层圆柱1101上设有卡槽，所述卡槽一侧设有凸块13；内层圆柱上设有凸块12与所述卡槽配合；所述凸块上设有定位孔,用螺帽通过定位孔将内层圆柱1102和外层圆柱1101固定。
进一步的，所述卡槽上设有刻度，通过刻度可以读出通气孔的大小，从而控制气体对棉絮的冲击力，提高了生产效率。
进一步的，所述进料斗上接有送料装置，所述送料装置包括转轴2，由转轴2带动的传送带1；与传送带1相接的横槽4；所述横槽4内设有转辊7，所述转辊7上设有针帘5，这样的送料装置，其实相当于对棉包进行预处理，加快了后续程序的效率。
进一步的，所述转轴2与转辊7被同一皮带8带动，这样可以保证送棉包和预处理棉包的同步性，保证了预处理的效果。
进一步的，所述要求开棉箱9内壁内设有可拆卸垫块15，所述可拆卸垫块15为防静电材料，这样可以防止开出的棉絮在开棉箱9上粘附，提高了生产效率。

所述转轴与转辊被同一皮带带动；
所述开棉箱内壁内设有可拆卸垫块。
