本发明涉及日常生活用品领域,具体涉及一种无纺布及无纺布袋。
背景技术
在鞋类、服装、钱包、手袋这些产品成品的包装过程中,为了更好的保护产品,避免脏污、灰尘,防止产品吸潮,预防产品发霉等,通常会采用无纺布袋对产品进行全包裹包装。而市面上常见的无纺布袋一般用材低劣,质量偏低,不耐撕扯,且完全无防霉防潮作用,产品在长时间的运输过程或在长期的仓储过程中,经常因为温度和湿度的原因导致空气中散布的霉菌透过无纺布袋疏松的间隙与产品接触,空气中的水汽为霉菌的生长提供充足的水分,从而造成产品发霉、产生异味,严重时甚至会影响到产品的外观甚至危害到用户的身体健康。另外,普通无纺布袋本身不具备防霉能力,因为自身材料的特点,易于吸潮,从而增加自身和产品的发霉风险,在长期的仓储过程及长时间的运输过程时显得尤为突出。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术缺陷,提供一种具有缓释、控释,能够主动防霉抗菌且高效防霉防潮的无纺布及无纺布袋。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种无纺布,从从上至下依次包括PE膜、第一防潮层、第一防霉层、无纺布层、第二防霉层和第二防潮层。
进一步地,所述防霉层上嵌合有防霉微胶囊。
进一步地,所述防霉微胶囊包括以下重量份的原料:微囊包材25~75份和防霉芯材10~50份。将上述原料通过微胶囊常规方法(如聚合反应法、相分离法、物理及机械法)制备成防霉微胶囊。
进一步地,所述防霉芯材选自戊唑醇、叶菌唑、苯醚甲环唑、挥发性防霉剂和阳离子防霉剂中的一种或者多种。

更进一步地,所述阳离子防霉剂选自十八烷基二甲基(3-甲氧基硅烷基丙基)氯化铵、十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基丙氨酸、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵的一种或多种。阳离子防霉剂能够主动吸附周围带有负电的细菌、霉菌等,能够起到主动灭杀细菌和霉菌的作用。
本发明制备的无纺布的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为20ppm。防霉微胶囊的挥发性防霉剂的释放速度为0.5-2mg/d,挥发性防霉剂能够对周围一定空间内的细菌、真菌等起到灭杀的作用。
一种基于无纺布制备的无纺布袋,包括袋体,所述袋体由无纺布制备而成。
一种无纺布,从上至下依次包括PE膜、第一防潮层、第一防霉层、无纺布层、第二防霉层和第二防潮层。一种由上述无纺布制备的无纺布袋。本发明的无纺布袋能够高效防霉防潮,达到防霉、防潮及保护三效合一。本发明的无纺布袋的制备工艺简单,防霉能力强且防霉能力持久,能够主动防霉,防潮效果好,应用范围广和使用简单快捷的优点。本发明的无纺布袋可以用于皮革制品、纺织品、竹木制品等各类产品的长途海运、长途陆运及成品、半成品仓库存储。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明的实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例,仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
防霉微胶囊的制备:称取250g壳聚糖、40g十八烷基二甲基(3-甲氧基硅烷基丙基)氯化铵和60g丁香酚,将上述原料通过微胶囊常规方法(如聚合反应法、相分离法、物理及机械法)制成防霉微胶囊粉末。
防霉层的制备:将所得的防霉微胶囊粉末与胶水混合,均匀喷洒或涂布到片材(纸片或薄膜)上获得负载有防霉微胶囊的防霉层。由于防霉层负载有防霉微胶囊,防霉微胶囊能够将防霉剂缓慢的释放出来,因此大大提高了防霉层的有效防霉时间。
如图1所示的无纺布,包括6层结构,中间层为无纺布层4,无纺布层4的两侧分别粘合有本实施例制备的第一防霉层3和第二防霉层5,第一防霉层3的外侧设有第一防潮层2,第二防霉层5的外侧设有第二防潮层6,第一防潮层2的外侧设有PE膜1。即从上至下依次包括PE膜1、第一防潮层2、第一防霉层3、无纺布层4、第二防霉层5和第二防潮层6。

实施例2
防霉微胶囊的制备:称取500gβ-环糊精、80g十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵和100g百里酚,将上述原料通过微胶囊常规方法(如聚合反应法、相分离法、物理及机械法)制成防霉微胶囊粉末。
防霉层的制备:将所得的防霉微胶囊粉末与胶水混合后,直接制成片状获得负载有防霉微胶囊的防霉层。
如图1所示的无纺布,包括6层结构,中间层为无纺布层4,无纺布层4的两侧分别粘合有本实施例制备的第一防霉层3和第二防霉层5,第一防霉层3的外侧设有第一防潮层2,第二防霉层5的外侧设有第二防潮层6,第一防潮层2的外侧设有PE膜1。即从上至下依次包括PE膜1、第一防潮层2、第一防霉层3、无纺布层4、第二防霉层5和第二防潮层6。

实施例3
防霉微胶囊的制备:称取300g甲基丙烯酸甲酯、140g十八烷基三甲基氯化铵和300g三氯生,将上述原料通过微胶囊常规方法(如聚合反应法、相分离法、物理及机械法)制成防霉微胶囊粉末。
防霉层的制备:将所得的防霉微胶囊粉末与胶水混合后,将海绵浸入到上述混合液中取出获得负载有防霉微胶囊的防霉层。
如图1所示的无纺布,包括6层结构,中间层为无纺布层4,无纺布层4的两侧分别粘合有本实施例制备的第一防霉层3和第二防霉层5,第一防霉层3的外侧设有第一防潮层2,第二防霉层5的外侧设有第二防潮层6,第一防潮层2的外侧设有PE膜1。即从上至下依次包括PE膜1、第一防潮层2、第一防霉层3、无纺布层4、第二防霉层5和第二防潮层6。

防霉微胶囊的制备:称取650g海藻酸钠、80g十二烷基丙氨酸和300g三氯生,将上述原料通过微胶囊常规方法(如聚合反应法、相分离法、物理及机械法)制成防霉微胶囊粉末。
防霉层的制备:将所得的防霉微胶囊粉末与胶水混合后涂布到海绵上获得负载有防霉微胶囊的防霉层。

防霉微胶囊的制备:称取490g环氧树脂、220g十二烷基三甲基氯化铵和280gα-氯代萘,将上述原料通过微胶囊常规方法(如聚合反应法、相分离法、物理及机械法)制成防霉微胶囊粉末。
防霉层的制备:将所得的防霉微胶囊粉末与胶水混合后涂布到海绵上获得负载有防霉微胶囊的防霉层。

实施例6
防霉微胶囊的制备:称取490g环氧树脂、200g十二烷基三甲基氯化铵和280gα-氯代萘,将上述原料通过微胶囊常规方法(如聚合反应法、相分离法、物理及机械法)制成防霉微胶囊粉末。
防霉层的制备:将所得的防霉微胶囊粉末与胶水混合后,用海绵浸入到上述混合物中取出后干燥获得负载有防霉微胶囊的防霉层。
如图1所示的无纺布,中间层为无纺布层4,无纺布层4的两侧分别粘合有本实施例制备的第一防霉层3和第二防霉层5,第一防霉层3的外侧设有第一防潮层2,第二防霉层5的外侧设有第二防潮层6,第一防潮层2的外侧设有PE膜1。即从上至下依次包括PE膜1、第一防潮层2、第一防霉层3、无纺布层4、第二防霉层5和第二防潮层6。

实施例7
防霉微胶囊的制备:称取550gβ-环糊精、100g十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、100g十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、5份仲丁胺和5份富马酸二甲酯,将上述原料通过微胶囊常规方法(如聚合反应法、相分离法、物理及机械法)制成防霉微胶囊粉末。
防霉层的制备:将海绵置于防霉微胶囊粉末中获得负载有防霉微胶囊的防霉层。
如图1所示的无纺布,包括6层结构,中间层为无纺布层4,无纺布层4的两侧分别粘合有本实施例制备的第一防霉层3和第二防霉层5,第一防霉层3的外侧设有第一防潮层2,第二防霉层5的外侧设有第二防潮层6,第一防潮层2的外侧设有PE膜1。即从上至下依次包括PE膜1、第一防潮层2、第一防霉层3、无纺布层4、第二防霉层5和第二防潮层6。

本发明的无纺布的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为20ppm。防霉微胶囊的挥发性防霉剂的释放速度为0.5-2mg/d。
根据DA/T26-2000《挥发性档案防霉剂防霉效果》中对挥发性防霉剂的测试要求,参照该测试方法对实施例1~实施例6进行防霉能力测试,在恒温恒湿培养箱内,置于28℃±2℃,RH≥95%条件下,培养28d,用肉眼观察长霉程度并进行等级评定,其测试结果达到0级。评价标准如表1所示。

注:长霉等级0级表示挥发性防霉剂防霉效果很好,1级表示效果较好,2级表示效果较差,3级表示效果很差。
本发明的无纺布袋具有以下优点:1.能够全方位的包裹产品,能够长效的保护产品防止产品的霉变,应用领域广泛。2.无纺布袋的防霉层中负载的防霉微胶囊的阳离子防霉剂,成正电性,能够主动吸附袋负电荷的真菌、霉菌,抑制其生长,将其杀灭。3.对球毛壳霉、土曲霉、绳状青霉、黑曲霉、米根霉、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等多种微生物均具有明显的防霉抗菌效果,对防止产品霉变、防止异味产生有良好效果。4.具有长效的防霉抗菌作用,在温度为于28℃,RH≥95%条件下,培养28d,产品防霉能力达到0级。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种无纺布,其特征在于:从上至下依次包括PE膜、第一防潮层、第一防霉层、无纺布层、第二防霉层和第二防潮层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无纺布,其特征在于:所述防霉层上嵌合有防霉微胶囊。
3.根据权利要求2所述的无纺布,其特征在于:所述防霉微胶囊包括以下重量份的原料:微胶囊包材25~75份和防霉芯材10~50份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的无纺布,其特征在于:所述防霉芯材选自戊唑醇、叶菌唑、苯醚甲环唑、挥发性防霉剂和阳离子防霉剂中的一种或者多种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的无纺布,其特征在于:所述防霉芯材包括挥发性防霉剂和阳离子防霉剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的无纺布,其特征在于:所述挥发性防霉剂和阳离子防霉剂的添加比为5~15:4~7。
7.根据权利要求2所述的无纺布,其特征在于:所述微胶囊包材选自壳聚糖、β-环糊精、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、海藻酸钠、环氧树脂中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求4所述的无纺布,其特征在于:所述挥发性防霉剂选自丁香酚、百里酚、三氯生、α-氯代萘、仲丁胺中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求4所述的无纺布,其特征在于:所述阳离子防霉剂选自十八烷基二甲基(3-甲氧基硅烷基丙基)氯化铵、十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基丙氨酸、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵的一种或多种。
10.一种基于权利要求1~9任一项所述的无纺布制备的无纺布袋,其特征在于:包括袋体,所述袋体是由权利要求1~9任一项无纺布制备而成。
