本发明申请提供的氨基苯基倍半硅氧烷在柞蚕丝织物整理上的应用及改性整理的柞蚕丝织物,其整理应用是氨基苯基倍半硅氧烷水溶液与1,4‑丁二醇缩水甘油醚和亚甲基二萘磺酸钠混合制得整理液,用于柞蚕丝改性整理,并制得柞蚕丝织物改性整理织物或面料,赋予柞蚕丝纤维良好的抗紫外线、抗皱和拒水性能均很优良的织物或面料。

技术领域
本发明申请涉及织物改性技术领域,尤其涉及柞蚕丝材料及其织物的整理改性应用技术领域。
背景技术
柞蚕丝本质色泽天然、手感柔、耐酸碱性强、舒适性良好,是一种优良的天然纺织品原料,但柞蚕丝织物也存在有抗皱能力、抗紫外线能力不很理想等技术问题。为此,技术研发人员开发了各种整理改性技术方案,柞蚕丝材料及其织物被赋予特有功能,如抗紫外功能、抗菌功能以及抗皱等各项性能,来满足消费者或特殊行业特殊功能的使用需求,尤其适应某些高端服饰的应用技术需求。这些已有的改性整理技术,包括单一的抗皱整理技术,如专利申请CN104404755A方案,采用柠檬酸、壬二酸再通过微波处理实现真丝抗皱,专利申请CN105113252A公开了一种含异双活性基团的抗皱剂等;包括单一的抗紫外整理技术,如专利申请CN104894862A技术;包括单一的拒水整理技术,如专利申请CN105054446A,采用真丝面料外表面覆PU材料的弹性涂层,赋予防污、防水和耐寒性能。现有技术中也出现有多种一次性整理实现多种性能的改性,包括抗皱、抗菌、抗紫外等复合功能真丝面料的整理方法,专利申请CN105113245A公开的液氨处理技术,专利申请CN102677465A公开的以壳聚糖和纳米二氧化钛改性方法等。现有技术还普遍存在整理手段复杂,工艺环节多、得到的改性功能强弱不均衡等技术问题。
笼型倍半硅氧烷是一种具有规整笼状结构的纳米级别的高性能有机/无机杂化材料,将其作为封端基或交联固化中心通过共聚、接枝或共混等方式与聚合物基体进行复合,可获得具有耐热性能的改性聚合物。现有技术公开了以氨基笼型倍半硅氧烷作为固化剂,应用于环氧树脂灌封的技术方案,来提高材料的粘接强度和耐热耐老化性能;专利技术CN201210001108公开的含氨基笼型倍半硅氧烷作为卷烟滤嘴内纳米添加剂技术方案,具有可选择性降低氨释放量的技术优点;专利技术 CN1683435A公开的“功能性聚氨基/苯基倍半硅氧烷微粉的制备方法”,其微粉材料直接用于增韧增强及阻燃改性塑料、橡胶、耐高温涂料。截至目前,现有技术中还未有关笼型倍半硅氧烷,尤其是氨基苯基笼型倍半硅氧烷作为纺织纤维材料或其织物的改性整理材料及方法的公开技术记载。
发明内容
本发明申请的发明目的在于提供氨基苯基倍半硅氧烷的新技术应用,尤其提供由氨基苯基倍半硅氧烷OAPS作为改性整理剂,使柞蚕丝织物原料及其织物被同时赋予包括防紫外线性能、抗皱性能和拒水性能多种复合性能的一种氨基苯基倍半硅氧烷在柞蚕丝织物整理上的应用及其改性整理的柞蚕丝织物,开辟柞蚕丝织物新的功能应用领域。
本发明申请提供的氨基苯基倍半硅氧烷OAPS在柞蚕丝织物整理上的应用,其整理应用为:
(1)获得含氨基苯基倍半硅氧烷OAPS的整理液
OAPS溶解于四氢呋喃中,得含OAPS浓度为5.0~20.0g/L的OAPS溶液,再向OAPS溶液加水稀释,获得浓度为1.0~5.0g/L的OAPS水溶液,取OAPS水溶液10ml,加入0.1~0.5g1,4-丁二醇缩水甘油醚和0.05~0.2g亚甲基二萘磺酸钠扩散剂,再加入90ml水,制得100ml整理液;
(2)柞蚕丝改性整理
将2g柞蚕丝原料及其织物浸入40℃第(1)步获得的整理液中,升温至60~95℃温度条件下整理45~60min,取出洗涤,干燥。
本发明申请提供的氨基苯基倍半硅氧烷改性整理的柞蚕丝织物技术方案,本技术方案的内容是:一种氨基苯基倍半硅氧烷改性整理的柞蚕丝织物,经下面改性整理方法制得:
(1)获得含氨基苯基倍半硅氧烷OAPS的整理液
OAPS溶解于四氢呋喃中,得含OAPS浓度为5.0~20.0g/L的OAPS溶液,再向OAPS溶液加水稀释,获得浓度为1.0~5.0g/L的OAPS水溶液,取OAPS水溶液10ml,加入0.1~0.5g1,4-丁二醇缩水甘油醚BDGE和0.05~0.2g亚甲基二萘磺酸钠扩散剂,再加入90ml水,制得100ml整理液;
(2)柞蚕丝改性整理
将2g柞蚕丝浸入40℃第(1)步获得的整理液中,升温至60-95℃温度条件下整理45~60min,取出洗涤、干燥,获得柞蚕丝改性整理面料。
氨基苯基倍半硅氧烷OAPS的分子结构式为:
其笼型分子结构具有规整的笼状纳米级别结构:在柞蚕丝原料及其织物整理中,在1,4-丁二醇缩水甘油醚BDGE的两个环氧基团交联作用下,OAPS的氨基与柞蚕丝的氨基、羧基和羟基均能形成稳定的共价交联结构,限制了柞蚕丝纤维无定形区大分子的相对运动,从而获得良好的抗皱性能;本含OAPS的整理液,其纳米粒度的OAPS所含有的苯基和硅烷结构与交联剂BDGE联合应用于柞蚕丝,赋予柞蚕丝纤维良好的抗紫外线和拒水性能,同时还具有良好的耐热性能,而且OAPS特有的刚性苯环结构和柔性硅氧键双重因素,同时BDGE也具有较好的柔韧性,使得整理后的柞蚕丝纤维刚性和回弹性大大提高,其手感柔软、柔滑,人体接触感舒适,是一种新功能型柞蚕丝织物改性整理面料,拓展了柞蚕丝原料及其织物面料的应用领域。本技术方案还具有整理方法工艺简单、条件易于实现、防紫外线、抗皱和拒水性能均很优良的技术优点。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)获得含氨基苯基倍半硅氧烷OAPS的整理液
将OAPS加入四氢呋喃中溶解,得浓度为5.0g/L的OAPS溶液,向OAPS溶液加水稀释,获得浓度为1.0g/L的OAPS水溶液,取OAPS水溶液10ml,加入0.1g 1,4-丁二醇缩水甘油醚和0.05g亚甲基二萘磺酸钠扩散剂,再加入90ml水,获得100ml含氨基苯基倍半硅氧烷OAPS的整理液;
(2)柞蚕丝改性整理
将2g柞蚕丝浸入40℃第(1)步制得的整理液中,升温至60℃整理45min,取出整理后的柞蚕丝织物,经洗涤、干燥,得到柞蚕丝原料及其织物改性整理面料。
实施例2
(1)获得含氨基苯基倍半硅氧烷OAPS的整理液
将OAPS加入四氢呋喃中溶解,得浓度为浓度为10g/L的OAPS溶液,向OAPS溶液加水稀释,获得浓度为2.0g/L的OAPS水溶液,取OAPS水溶液10ml,加入0.2g 1,4-丁二醇缩水甘油醚BDGE和0.1g亚甲基二萘磺酸钠扩散剂,再加入90ml水,制得100ml含氨基苯基倍半硅氧烷OAPS的整理液;
(2)柞蚕丝改性整理
将2g柞蚕丝浸入40℃第(1)步制得的整理液中,升温至70℃,在该温度下整理60min,取出整理后的柞蚕丝织物,洗涤,干燥,得到柞蚕丝原料及其织物改性整理面料。
实施例3
(1)获得含氨基苯基倍半硅氧烷OAPS的整理液
将OAPS加入四氢呋喃中溶解,得浓度为15g/L的OAPS溶液,向OAPS溶液加水稀释,获得浓度为3.0g/L的OAPS水溶液,取OAPS水溶液10ml,加入0.3g 1,4-丁二醇缩水甘油醚BDGE和0.15g亚甲基二萘磺酸钠扩散剂,再加入90ml水,制得100ml含氨基苯基倍半硅氧烷整理液;
(2)柞蚕丝改性整理
将2g柞蚕丝织物浸入40℃上述整理液中,升温至85℃,在该温度下整理45min,取出整理后的柞蚕丝织物,洗涤,干燥,得到柞蚕丝原料及其织物改性整理面料。
实施例4
(1)获得含氨基苯基倍半硅氧烷OAPS的整理液
将OAPS加入四氢呋喃中溶解,得浓度为20.0g/L的OAPS溶液,向OAPS溶液加水稀释,获得浓度为4.0g/L的OAPS水溶液,取OAPS水溶液10ml,加入0.4 g 1,4-丁二醇缩水甘油醚BDGE和0.2g亚甲基二萘磺酸钠扩散剂,再加入90ml水,制得100ml含氨基苯基倍半硅氧烷整理液;
(2)柞蚕丝改性整理
将2g柞蚕丝浸入40℃上述整理液中,升温至95℃,在温度条件下整理60min,取出整理后的柞蚕丝织物,洗涤,干燥,得到柞蚕丝原料及其织物改性整理面料。
实施例5
(1)获得含氨基苯基倍半硅氧烷OAPS的整理液
将OAPS加入四氢呋喃中溶解,得浓度为20.0g/L的氨OAPS溶液,向OAPS溶液加水稀释,获得浓度为5.0g/L的OAPS水溶液,取OAPS水溶液10ml,加入0.5 g 1,4-丁二醇缩水甘油醚BDGE和0.2g亚甲基二萘磺酸钠扩散剂,再加入90ml水,配制成100ml含氨基苯基倍半硅氧烷整理液;
(2)柞蚕丝改性整理
将2g柞蚕丝浸入40℃上述整理液中,升温至95℃,在温度条件下整理60min,取出整理后的柞蚕丝织物,洗涤,干燥,得到柞蚕丝原料及其织物改性整理面料。
取上述实施例1-5制备的OAPS水溶液,通过激光粒度分析仪测定其粒子尺寸,其粒度分布结果如表1所示,氨基苯倍半硅烷在整理液中的颗粒半径约为50-100nm。

取未经任何整理改性的柞蚕丝样品和上述各实施例改性整理的柞蚕丝样品,分别测定其折皱恢复角、润湿接触角、紫外防护因子和热分解温度,数据如表2。其中,折皱回复角按国家标准GB/T3819-1997《纺织品--织物折痕回复性的测定 回复角法》测定,润湿角采用净滴法测量,紫外防护因子按美国 AATCC183-1998和国家GB/T18830-2002标准测试,热分解温度测定条件为:在氩气保护下,10-20ml/min流速下,使用NETZSCH STA 449 F3的测量数据。

由表2可以看出,由OAPS的整理液整理的柞蚕丝织物,可获得良好的综合性能,具体包括折皱回复性能、拒水性能,抗紫外性能和耐热性能。

Claims (3)

1.一种氨基苯基倍半硅氧烷在柞蚕丝织物整理上的应用,其特征在于本整理应用为:
(1)获得含氨基苯基倍半硅氧烷OAPS的整理液
OAPS溶解于四氢呋喃中,得含OAPS浓度为5.0~20.0g/L的OAPS溶液,再向OAPS溶液加水稀释,获得浓度为1.0~5.0g/L的OAPS水溶液,取OAPS水溶液10ml,加入0.1~0.5g 1,4-丁二醇缩水甘油醚BDGE和0.05~0.2g亚甲基二萘磺酸钠扩散剂,再加入90ml水,制得100ml整理液;
(2)柞蚕丝织物的改性整理
将2g柞蚕丝织物浸入40℃第(1)步获得的整理液中,升温至60-95℃温度条件下整理45~60min,取出洗涤,干燥。
2.一种氨基苯基倍半硅氧烷改性整理的柞蚕丝织物,其特征在于该织物经以下改性整理方法制得:
(1)获得含氨基苯基倍半硅氧烷OAPS的整理液
OAPS溶解于四氢呋喃中,得含OAPS浓度为5.0~20.0g/L的OAPS溶液,再向OAPS溶液加水稀释,获得浓度为1.0~5.0g/L的OAPS水溶液,取OAPS水溶液10ml,加入0.1~0.5g 1,4-丁二醇缩水甘油醚BDGE和0.05~0.2g亚甲基二萘磺酸钠扩散剂,再加入90ml水,制得100ml整理液;
(2)柞蚕丝织物的改性整理
将2g柞蚕丝织物浸入40℃第(1)步获得的整理液中,升温至60-95℃温度条件下整理45~60min,取出洗涤、干燥,获得改性整理的柞蚕丝织物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的氨基苯基倍半硅氧烷改性整理的柞蚕丝织物,其特征在于该织物经以下改性整理方法制得:
(1)获得含氨基苯基倍半硅氧烷OAPS的整理液
将OAPS加入四氢呋喃中溶解,得浓度为10~15g/L的OAPS溶液,向OAPS溶液加水稀释,获得浓度为2.0~3.0g/L的OAPS水溶液,取OAPS水溶液10ml,加入0.2~0.3g 1,4-丁二醇缩水甘油醚BDGE和0.1~0.15g亚甲基二萘磺酸钠扩散剂,再加入90ml水,制得100ml含氨基苯基倍半硅氧烷OAPS的整理液;
(2)柞蚕丝织物的改性整理
将2g柞蚕丝织物浸入40℃第(1)步制得的整理液中,升温至70~85℃,在该温度下整理45~60min,取出整理后的柞蚕丝织物,洗涤,干燥,得到改性整理的柞蚕丝织物。
