本发明公开了一种高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料及制备方法。本发明的一种高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料,由上至下依次包括第一亲水层、第一弹性层、超吸水纤维层、第二弹性层、第二亲水层,超吸水纤维层由聚丙烯纤维和超吸水纤维交替排列制备而成;第一、第二亲水层使高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料具有良好的亲水性能,提高了其吸湿性;第一、第二弹性层使得高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料具有良好的弹性,提高了其舒适度和柔性;超吸水纤维层使得高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料具有良好的吸水性能、锁水性能。本发明制备的高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料,吸湿性好、亲水倍率高、锁水性能好,并且弹性、柔性的舒适性能高。

技术领域
本发明属于非织造材料领域,具体涉及一种高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料及制备方法。
背景技术
非织造材料又称非织造布、非织布、非织造织物、无纺织物或无纺布。非织造技术是一门源于纺织,但又超越纺织的材料加工技术。它结合了纺织、造纸、皮革和塑料四大柔性材料加工技术,并充分结合和运用了诸多现代高新技术,如计算机控制、信息技术、高压射流、等离子体、红外、激光技术等。无论在航天技术、环保治理、农业技术、医用保健或是人们的日常生活等许多领域,非织造新材料已成为一种愈来愈广泛的重要产品。随着人们对生活质量要求的提高,用作一次性用品或者医用材料的非织造材料的舒适度是受关注比较高的方面。吸湿、蓄水、高倍亲水非织造材料作为一次性用品,具有传统纺织品无法比拟的经济效益和性能优势。但是,作为非织造材料原料的纤维聚合物多是非极性结构,结晶度较高且无亲水基,因此制备成的非织造材料的吸湿性、锁水性能比较差。改善非织造材料的吸湿、锁水性能及舒适度,对扩展非织造材料的广泛应用是一个比较重要的方向。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料,吸湿性好、亲水倍率高、锁水性能好,并且弹性、柔性的舒适性能高。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料,由上至下依次包括包括第一亲水层、第一弹性层、超吸水纤维层、第二弹性层、第二亲水层,所述超吸水纤维层由聚丙烯纤维和超吸水纤维交替排列制备而成。
其中,所述超吸水纤维是将含有亲水性单体的聚合体系通过共聚得到吸湿和吸水性共聚物,再将其通过熔融法或溶液法进行纺丝制备得到的。
超吸水纤维是一种新型的吸水倍率高、吸水速度快、锁水能力强、无毒、拒油的功能性高分子材料,其吸水倍率比常规合成纤维大几十倍甚至更高,它是把水溶性聚合物通过交联,形成一定交联度后制成的水不溶性纤维状聚合物,具有低交联度、高溶胀率、不溶于水的结构、性能特征。超吸水纤维与传统吸水材料相比,它不仅拥有较高的吸水性,而且保水性较强,经水中浸渍后的纤维,即使离心脱水后仍能保持15%以上的水分,在一定的压力下使用也不易失水。由于超吸水纤维内存在大量的亲水基团,如-OH、-SO3Na、-COONa等,从而对水分子产生强大的亲和力。超吸水纤维吸水时,表面水溶性的高聚物分子间进入水分后,纤维径向膨胀,直至吸水后凝胶化,即使承受一定的压力,也不会散失掉所吸收的水分。另外聚合物中亲水基越多,则吸水能力越大;交联密度越高,则吸水能力愈低。
本发明所说的超吸水纤维是通过共聚纺丝法制备得到的,是将含有亲水性单体的聚合体系通过共聚得到吸湿和吸水性共聚物,再将其通过熔融法或溶液法进行纺丝,得到超吸水纤维,所用的单体主要是含腈基(-CN)、酯基(-COOR)、酰胺基(-CONH)、羧基(-COOH)、磺酸盐基等乙烯基不饱和单体,如丙烯腈(AN)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)、对苯乙烯磺酸钠等。
其中,所述含有亲水性单体的聚合体系选自丙烯腈AN、甲基丙烯酸甲酯MMA、亚甲基双丙烯酰胺MBA、对苯乙烯磺酸钠中的一种或至少两种。
其中,所述聚丙烯短纤维与所述超吸水纤维的质量比为1:(1~10),例如1:1、1:2、1:3、1:4、1:5、1:6、1:7、1:8、1:9、1:10。
其中,所述第一弹性层和所述第二弹性层由添加了弹性母粒的聚丙烯经纺丝制备而成。
其中,所述弹性母粒占所述聚丙烯质量的5~20%,例如弹性母粒占聚丙烯质量的5%、8%、10%、13%、15%、18%、20%。
其中,所述弹性母粒为Vistamaxx特种弹性体。
其中,所述第一亲水层和所述第二亲水层经亲水工艺做后处理,所述亲水工艺为:将聚丙烯经纺丝后制备成聚丙烯纤维,将亲水剂和纯净水以质量比为1:(100~200)的配比混合后制成亲水溶液,涂布于所述聚丙烯纤维上,烘干后制备得到亲水型的聚丙烯纤维。
本发明的目的之二在于提供一种高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:分别制备亲水非织造材料、弹性非织造材料、超吸水纤维非织造材料,由上至下依次铺设第一层亲水非织造材料、第一层弹性非织造材料、超吸水纤维非织造材料、第二层亲水非织造材料、第二层弹性非织造材料,经热风粘合后制备成具有第一亲水层、第一弹性层、超吸水纤维层、第二弹性层、第二亲水层的高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料。
其中,所述热风粘合的温度为140~150℃;
所述超吸水纤维层由聚丙烯纤维和超吸水纤维交替排列制备而成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明的一种高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料,由上至下依次包括包括第一亲水层、第一弹性层、超吸水纤维层、第二弹性层、第二亲水层,超吸水纤维层由聚丙烯纤维和超吸水纤维交替排列制备而成;本发明制备的的高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料,吸湿性好、亲水倍率高、锁水性能好,并且弹性、柔性的舒适性能高;第一亲水层和第二亲水层使高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料具有良好的亲水性能,提高了其吸湿性;第一弹性层和第二弹性层使得高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料具有良好的弹性,提高了其舒适度和柔性;超吸水纤维层使得高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料具有良好的吸水性能、锁水性能。

如图1、图2所示,本发明的一种高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料,由上至下依次包括包括第一亲水层1、第一弹性层2、超吸水纤维层3、第二弹性层4、第二亲水层5,超吸水纤维层3由聚丙烯纤维31和超吸水纤维32交替排列制备而成。第一亲水层1和第二亲水层5使高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料具有良好的亲水性能,提高了其吸湿性;第一弹性层2和第二弹性层4使得高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料具有良好的弹性,提高了其舒适度和柔性;超吸水纤维层3使得高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料具有良好的吸水性能、锁水性能。作为本发明的优选方案,超吸水纤维是将含有亲水性单体的聚合体系通过共聚得到吸湿和吸水性共聚物,再将其通过熔融法或溶液法进行纺丝制备得到的,进一步地,含有亲水性单体的聚合体系选自丙烯腈(AN)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)、对苯乙烯磺酸钠中的一种或至少两种,更进一步地,聚丙烯纤维与超吸水纤维的质量比为1:(1~10)。作为本发明的另一个优选方案,第一弹性层(2)和所述第二弹性层(4)由添加了弹性母粒的聚丙烯经纺丝制备而成,进一步地,弹性母粒占聚丙烯质量的5~20%,更进一步地,弹性母粒为Vistamaxx特种弹性体。作为本发明的再一个优选方案,第一亲水层1和第二亲水层5经亲水工艺做后处理,所述的亲水工艺为:将聚丙烯经纺丝后制备成聚丙烯纤维,将亲水剂和纯净水以质量比为1:(100~200)的配比混合后制成亲水溶液,涂布于所述聚丙烯纤维上,烘干后制备得到亲水型的聚丙烯纤维。
本发明的高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:分别制备亲水非织造材料、弹性非织造材料、超吸水纤维非织造材料,由上至下依次铺设第一层亲水非织造材料、第一层弹性非织造材料、超吸水纤维非织造材料、第二层亲水非织造材料、第二层弹性非织造材料,经热风粘合后制备成具有第一亲水层1、第一弹性层2、超吸水纤维层3、第二弹性层4、第二亲水层5的高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料。作为优选方式,热风粘合的温度为140~150℃;进一步地,超吸水纤维层由聚丙烯纤维和超吸水纤维交替排列制备而成。
优选地,本发明的高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料的制备方法的步骤为:
1)制备亲水非织造材料:将聚丙烯经纺丝后制备成聚丙烯纤维,将亲水剂和纯净水以质量比为1:(100~200)的配比混合后制成亲水溶液,涂布于所述聚丙烯纤维上,烘干后制备得到亲水型的聚丙烯纤维,作为亲水非织造材料;
2)制备弹性非织造材料:在聚丙烯中添加弹性母粒,其中,弹性母粒占聚丙烯质量的5~20%,纺丝后制备得到弹性非织造材料;
3)制备超吸水纤维非织造材料:将含有亲水性单体丙烯腈的聚合体系通过共聚得到吸湿和吸水性共聚物,再将其通过熔融法进行纺丝制备得到的超吸水纤维,将聚丙烯纤维和超吸水纤维交替排列制备成超吸水纤维非织造材料;
4)将步骤1)、2)、3)制备得到的亲水非织造材料、弹性非织造材料、超吸水纤维非织造材料,由上至下依次铺设第一层亲水非织造材料、第一层弹性非织造材料、超吸水纤维非织造材料、第二层亲水非织造材料、第二层弹性非织造材料,经热风粘合后制备成具有第一亲水层1、第一弹性层2、超吸水纤维层3、第二弹性层4、第二亲水层5的高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料。
按如上优选方案的制备方法制备不同实施例的高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料,表1为本发明的实施例制备的高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料的制备原料及配比。

将实施例1~4制备的高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料进行性能测试,实验结果如表2所示。

本发明制备的高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料,吸湿性好、亲水倍率高、锁水性能好,并且弹性、柔性的舒适性能高。另外,本发明的高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料的制备方法,制备工艺简单,可以广泛应用于婴幼儿及成人卫生用品、医疗卫生、高效防护、日用品等领域。
尽管本发明中所涉及的数值范围(尺寸、工艺参数)在上述实施例中未列举出具体数值,但本领域的技术人员完全可以想象到只要落入上述该数值范围内的任何数值均可实施本发明,当然也包括若干项数值范围内具体值的任意组合。此处,出于篇幅的考虑,省略了给出某一项或多项数值范围内具体值的实施例,此不应当视为本发明的技术方案的公开不充分。

2.根据权利要求1所述的高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料,其特征在于,所述超吸水纤维是将含有亲水性单体的聚合体系通过共聚得到吸湿和吸水性共聚物,再将其通过熔融法或溶液法进行纺丝制备得到的。
3.根据权利要求2所述高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料,其特征在于,所述含有亲水性单体的聚合体系选自丙烯腈(AN)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)、对苯乙烯磺酸钠中的一种或至少两种。
4.根据权利要求1所述高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯纤维与所述超吸水纤维的质量比为1:(1~10)。

8.根据权利要求1所述高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料,其特征在于,所述第一亲水层(1)和所述第二亲水层(5)经亲水工艺做后处理,所述亲水工艺为:将聚丙烯经纺丝后制备成聚丙烯纤维,将亲水剂和纯净水以质量比为1:(100~200)的配比混合后制成亲水溶液,涂布于所述聚丙烯纤维上,烘干 后制备得到亲水型的聚丙烯纤维。
9.一种如权利要求1~8所述的高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:分别制备亲水非织造材料、弹性非织造材料、超吸水纤维非织造材料,由上至下依次铺设第一层亲水非织造材料、第一层弹性非织造材料、超吸水纤维非织造材料、第二层亲水非织造材料、第二层弹性非织造材料,经热风粘合后制备成具有第一亲水层(1)、第一弹性层(2)、超吸水纤维层(3)、第二弹性层(4)、第二亲水层(5)的高锁水超细柔性纤维非织造材料。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述热风粘合的温度为140~150℃;
所述超吸水纤维层(3)由聚丙烯纤维和超吸水纤维交替排列制备而成。
