本发明公开了一种内挤型闪银粉末涂料及其制备方法,按重量份数计,将环氧树脂30~40份、端羧基聚酯树脂25~35份、流平剂1~2份、增光剂1~3份、沉淀硫酸钡15~25份、钛白粉2~8份和内挤银粉5~10份混合均匀,进入双螺杆或单螺杆挤出机,螺杆转速1000r/min,温度85℃~95℃,挤出并压片,粉碎、过筛即得内挤型闪银粉末涂料。所制备的内挤型闪银粉末涂料亮泽度高,闪银效果好,闪银包覆在粉末涂料里面,不论气压和静电压大小如何调整,闪银效果始终一致。制备方法简单,有利于推广利用。

技术领域
本发明属于粉末涂料的制备领域,具体涉及一种内挤型闪银粉末涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,一些装潢设施所用的涂料除了要求具有基本的耐热性、耐磨性和耐候性等要求外,设计者们往往追求给人以更美观和闪亮的视觉效果。近年来,具有金属表面效果的粉末涂料也越来越多,然而,这些粉末涂料的金属表面效果往往不太稳定,容易随气压或静电压大小发生变化,因此,发明一种具有高亮泽度同时稳定的具有金属表面效果的粉末涂料是必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种内挤型闪银粉末涂料及其制备方法,所制备的内挤型闪银粉末涂料亮泽度高,闪银效果好,闪银包覆在粉末涂料里面,不论气压和静电压大小如何调整,闪银效果始终一致。制备方法简单,有利于推广利用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种内挤型闪银粉末涂料,按重量份数计,其原料组成为:
环氧树脂:30~40份;
端羧基聚酯树脂:25~35份;
流平剂:1~2份;
增光剂:1~3份;
沉淀硫酸钡:15~25份;
钛白粉:2~8份;
内挤银粉:5~10份。
优选地,所述的内挤型闪银粉末涂料的原料组成为:
环氧树脂:35份;
端羧基聚酯树脂:30份;
流平剂:1份;
增光剂:1.5份;
沉淀硫酸钡:20份;
钛白粉:5份;
内挤银粉:7.5份。
如上所述的内挤型闪银粉末涂料的制备方法为:按配比将所有原料混合均匀,进入双螺杆或单螺杆挤出机,螺杆转速1000r/min,温度85℃~95℃,挤出并压片,粉碎、过筛即得内挤型闪银粉末涂料。
本发明的有益效果在于:所制备的内挤型闪银粉末涂料亮泽度高,闪银效果好,闪银包覆在粉末涂料里面,不论气压和静电压大小如何调整,闪银效果始终一致。制备方法简单,有利于推广利用。

一种内挤型闪银粉末涂料,按重量份数计,其原料组成为:
环氧树脂:30份;
端羧基聚酯树脂:25份;
流平剂:1份;
增光剂:1份;
沉淀硫酸钡:15份;
钛白粉:2份;
内挤银粉:5份。
所述的内挤型闪银粉末涂料的制备方法为:按配比将所有原料混合均匀,进入双螺杆或单螺杆挤出机,螺杆转速1000r/min,温度95℃,挤出并压片,粉碎、过筛即得内挤型闪银粉末涂料。
实施例2
一种内挤型闪银粉末涂料,按重量份数计,其原料组成为:
环氧树脂:35份;
端羧基聚酯树脂:30份;
流平剂:1份;
增光剂:1.5份;
沉淀硫酸钡:20份;
钛白粉:5份;
内挤银粉:7.5份。
所述的内挤型闪银粉末涂料的制备方法为:按配比将所有原料混合均匀,进入双螺杆或单螺杆挤出机,螺杆转速1000r/min,温度85℃,挤出并压片,粉碎、过筛即得内挤型闪银粉末涂料。

一种内挤型闪银粉末涂料,按重量份数计,其原料组成为:

端羧基聚酯树脂:35份;
流平剂:2份;
增光剂:3份;
沉淀硫酸钡:25份;
钛白粉:8份;
内挤银粉:10份。
所述的内挤型闪银粉末涂料的制备方法为:按配比将所有原料混合均匀,进入双螺杆或单螺杆挤出机,螺杆转速1000r/min,温度90℃,挤出并压片,粉碎、过筛即得内挤型闪银粉末涂料。

沉淀硫酸钡:15~25份;
钛白粉:2~8份;
内挤银粉:5~10份。

增光剂:1.5份;

内挤银粉:7.5份。
3.一种制备如权利要求1或2所述的一种内挤型闪银粉末涂料,其特征在于:按配比将所有原料混合均匀,进入双螺杆或单螺杆挤出机,螺杆转速1000r/min,温度85℃~95℃,挤出并压片,粉碎、过筛即得内挤型闪银粉末涂料。
