本发明涉及一种纳米级粉末涂料,其特征在于:以重量份数计,其组分为:碳酸镁60‑80份、云母粉4‑5份、纤维素2‑5份、荧光粉3‑5份、瓷化钙4‑5份、膨润土5‑10份、胶粉2‑10份;聚酯树脂60‑80份、分散剂20‑25份、填料35‑40份、流平剂8‑12份、安息香4‑6份、增光剂2‑4份;本发明的纳米级粉末涂料具有硬度高、耐擦拭、不脱落、成本低等优点,其作为原料涂刷后的墙面光洁如瓷;本发明纳米级粉末涂料经高温烘烤固化后所形成的粉末涂层,具有显著地抗泛白性。保持了粉末涂层对基材的保护性能和外观效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种纳米级粉末涂料。
背景技术
随着居住条件的改善,建筑涂料已成为室内外装饰的必备材料,目前广泛使用的仿瓷涂料,主要由聚乙烯醇、玉米淀粉纤维素、聚丙烯眈续熬制而成的胶水拌重质碳酸钙制得,涂刷室内外且洁白美观,但存在硬度低、易龟裂脱落的缺点。近年来,纳米级粉末涂料在应用过程中,尤其是户外纳米级粉末涂料,由于户外气候变化无常,湿度大,在湿热的环境中,粉末涂层易吸收水分在表面形成白色斑迹,影响粉末涂 层的使用和外观性能。要改善粉末涂层的抗泛白性,就需要对纳米级粉末涂料聚酯进行改性,改善其疏水性,减小涂层对环境中水分的吸收,从而改善涂层泛白现象。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种纳米级粉末涂料,硬度高、不易产生龟裂脱落以及白色斑迹的现象。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种纳米级粉末涂料,其创新点在于:以重量份数计,其组分为 :碳酸镁 60-80 份、云母粉 4-5 份、纤维素 2-5 份、荧光粉3-5 份、瓷化钙4-5 份、膨润土 5-10 份、胶粉 2-10 份;聚酯树脂 60-80 份、分散剂 20-25 份、填料 35-40 份、流平剂 8-12 份、安息香 4-6 份、增光剂 2-4 份;
将以上原料混合并搅拌均匀,然后投入挤出机,熔融挤出后经辊筒挤压成 2mm 的薄片,然后经破碎机破碎,纳米研磨机研磨,分级筛选后得到纳米级粉末涂料。
进一步的,所述填料选自硫酸钡、钛白粉中的一种或两种。
本发明的优点在于:
1)本发明的纳米级粉末涂料具有硬度高、耐擦拭、不脱落、成本低等优点,其作为原料涂刷 后的墙面光洁如瓷;本发明纳米级粉末涂料经高温烘烤固化后所形 成的粉末涂层,具有显著地抗泛白性。保持了粉末涂层对基材的保护性能和外观效果。

实施例1:
一种纳米级粉末涂料,以重量份数计,其组分为 :碳酸镁 70 份、云母粉 4.5 份、纤维素 3.5 份、荧光粉 4份、瓷化钙4.5 份、膨润土7.5份、胶粉 6 份;聚酯树脂70份、分散剂22.5份、填料 37.5 份、流平剂10份、安息香 5份、增光剂 3份;
将以上原料混合并搅拌均匀,然后投入挤出机,熔融挤出后经辊筒挤压成 2mm 的薄片,然后经破碎机破碎,纳米研磨机研磨,分级筛选后得到纳米级粉末涂料。
填料为钛白粉。
实施例2:
一种纳米级粉末涂料,以重量份数计,其组分为 :碳酸镁 60份、云母粉 4 份、纤维素2份、荧光粉 3份、瓷化钙4 份、膨润土 5份、胶粉 2 份;聚酯树脂 60份、分散剂 20 份、填料 35份、流平剂 8-12 份、安息香 4份、增光剂 2 份;

将以上原料混合并搅拌均匀,然后投入挤出机,熔融挤出后经辊筒挤压成 2mm 的薄片,然后经破碎机破碎,纳米研磨机研磨,分级筛选后得到纳米级粉末涂料。
填料选自硫酸钡、钛白粉中的两种混合物。
