本发明公开了一种高耐候性PVC木塑复合材料,其特征是由下述重量份的原料制得:PVCSG-760-80,水镁石纤维3-5,云母粉3-5,磷酸钙1-2,偏硼酸钡1-2,锯末粉30-40,钡锌复合稳定剂3-5,AC发泡剂1-2,二甲基硅油4-6,三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯0.5-1,三乙醇胺硼酸酯1-2,偏苯三酸三辛酯6-8,发泡调节剂2-4,苯并三氮唑0.3-0.5,复合助剂3-5。本发明的木塑复合材料具有耐冷耐热、防腐蚀、耐紫外线的特点,耐候性好,耐老化性强,满足更多使用需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,具体涉及一种高耐候性PVC木塑复合材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
木塑复合材料是一种新兴的复合材料,是以木纤维或植物纤维为主要原料,填充、增强,经热压复合、熔融挤出等不同加工方式制成的改性热塑性材料,主要用于建材、家具、物流包装等行业。木塑复合材料融合了“木”和“塑”的双重优点,既能克服因木材强度低、变异性大及有机材料弹性模量低等造成的使用局限性,又能充分利用废弃的木材和塑料,节能减排,减少环境污染,提升材料的附加价值,是一种极具发展前途的新型材料。尤其是随着天然资源的日益减少和需求的增加,木塑复合材料的应用领域不断扩大,技术水平随之升级,市场前景十分广阔。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高耐候性PVC木塑复合材料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种高耐候性PVC木塑复合材料,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
PVC SG-7 60-80,水镁石纤维3-5,云母粉3-5,磷酸钙1-2,偏硼酸钡1-2,锯末粉30-40,钡锌复合稳定剂3-5,AC发泡剂1-2,二甲基硅油4-6,三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯0.5-1,三乙醇胺硼酸酯1-2,,偏苯三酸三辛酯6-8,发泡调节剂2-4,苯并三氮唑0.3-0.5,复合助剂3-5;
其中复合助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
纳米氧化锌8-10,纳米氧化铝4-6,纳米二氧化硅3-5,三氧化二锑3-5,三乙醇胺2-4,白矿油4-6,橄榄油6-10,单宁酸0.3-0.5,单硬脂酸甘油酯1-2,铝酸酯偶联剂2-4;
其中复合助剂的制备方法是:
将纳米氧化锌、纳米氧化铝、纳米二氧化硅和三氧化二锑加入适量乙醇中超声分散10-15min,再加入单宁酸、三乙醇胺和铝酸酯偶联剂200-400r/min搅拌0.5-1h,过滤并洗涤,真空干燥后加入白矿油、橄榄油和单硬脂酸甘油酯80-90℃、800-1000r/min搅拌2-4h,过滤后洗涤干燥,即得。
一种高耐候性PVC木塑复合材料的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)将水镁石纤维、云母粉、磷酸钙和锯末粉混合后充分干燥,加入二甲基硅油、三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯和三乙醇胺硼酸酯粉碎研磨均匀,于80-90℃、800-1000r/min条件下搅拌0.5-1h,得混合填料;
(2)将(1)中得到的混合填料与PVC SG-7、偏苯三酸三辛酯和复合助剂混合后共同加入高混机,先于80-90℃高速混合20-30min,再加入其余原料120-140℃高速混合10-15min,随后加入螺杆挤出机中挤出成型,最后进行表面处理,即得成品。
本发明的优点是:
1. 通过配方与工艺的改进,使制得的木塑复合材料具有耐冷耐热、防腐蚀、耐紫外线的特点,耐候性好,满足更多使用需求;
2. 通过添加复合助剂,使产品具有优异的抗菌性、抗老化性和抗蠕变性,质量稳定,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
本发明非限定实施例如下:
一种高耐候性PVC木塑复合材料,由下列重量(kg)的组分原料制备而成:
PVC SG-7 70,水镁石纤维4,云母粉4,磷酸钙1.5,偏硼酸钡1.5,锯末粉35,钡锌复合稳定剂45,AC发泡剂1.5,二甲基硅油5,三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯0.8,三乙醇胺硼酸酯1.5,,偏苯三酸三辛酯7,发泡调节剂3,苯并三氮唑0.4,复合助剂4;
其中,复合助剂由下列重量(kg)的原料制成:
纳米氧化锌9,纳米氧化铝5,纳米二氧化硅4,三氧化二锑4,三乙醇胺3,白矿油5,橄榄油8,单宁酸0.4,单硬脂酸甘油酯1.5,铝酸酯偶联剂3;
复合助剂的制备方法:
将纳米氧化锌、纳米氧化铝、纳米二氧化硅和三氧化二锑加入适量乙醇中超声分散10min,再加入单宁酸、三乙醇胺和铝酸酯偶联剂400r/min搅拌0.5h,过滤并洗涤,真空干燥后加入白矿油、橄榄油和单硬脂酸甘油酯90℃、1000r/min搅拌3h,过滤后洗涤干燥,即得。
高耐候性PVC木塑复合材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将水镁石纤维、云母粉、磷酸钙和锯末粉混合后充分干燥,加入二甲基硅油、三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯和三乙醇胺硼酸酯粉碎研磨均匀,于90℃、1000r/min条件下搅拌0.5h,得混合填料;
(2)将(1)中得到的混合填料与PVC SG-7、偏苯三酸三辛酯和复合助剂混合后共同加入高混机,先于90℃高速混合30min,再加入其余原料140℃高速混合15min,随后加入螺杆挤出机中挤出成型,最后进行表面处理,即得成品。
本实施例产品按GB/T 29418-2012标准检测性能指标如下:
拉伸强度:30MPa,弯曲强度:34.9MPa。

Claims (2)

1.一种高耐候性PVC木塑复合材料,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
PVC SG-7 60-80,水镁石纤维3-5,云母粉3-5,磷酸钙1-2,偏硼酸钡1-2,锯末粉30-40,钡锌复合稳定剂3-5,AC发泡剂1-2,二甲基硅油4-6,三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯0.5-1,三乙醇胺硼酸酯1-2,,偏苯三酸三辛酯6-8,发泡调节剂2-4,苯并三氮唑0.3-0.5,复合助剂3-5;
所述复合助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
纳米氧化锌8-10,纳米氧化铝4-6,纳米二氧化硅3-5,三氧化二锑3-5,三乙醇胺2-4,白矿油4-6,橄榄油6-10,单宁酸0.3-0.5,单硬脂酸甘油酯1-2,铝酸酯偶联剂2-4;
所述复合助剂的制备方法是:
将纳米氧化锌、纳米氧化铝、纳米二氧化硅和三氧化二锑加入适量乙醇中超声分散10-15min,再加入单宁酸、三乙醇胺和铝酸酯偶联剂200-400r/min搅拌0.5-1h,过滤并洗涤,真空干燥后加入白矿油、橄榄油和单硬脂酸甘油酯80-90℃、800-1000r/min搅拌2-4h,过滤后洗涤干燥,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高耐候性PVC木塑复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将水镁石纤维、云母粉、磷酸钙和锯末粉混合后充分干燥,加入二甲基硅油、三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯和三乙醇胺硼酸酯粉碎研磨均匀,于80-90℃、800-1000r/min条件下搅拌0.5-1h,得混合填料;
(2)将(1)中得到的混合填料与PVC SG-7、偏苯三酸三辛酯和复合助剂混合后共同加入高混机,先于80-90℃高速混合20-30min,再加入其余原料120-140℃高速混合10-15min,随后加入螺杆挤出机中挤出成型,最后进行表面处理,即得成品。
