本发明涉及家具技术领域,尤其是一种防潮橱柜门板。
背景技术
橱柜门板是指橱柜上面的门板。俗话说"穷比厅堂,富比厨房"。而橱柜作为厨房装修的"点睛之笔"人们更是关注有加,可现在市场上著名品牌也不在少数,但是价格也居高不下;市场上中端品牌更是数不胜数。
因而,性价比就成为消费者心目中的购物指南了。在这个所谓面子的工程中,大家也煞费心机,挑来选去;到最后有些朋友都是逼不得已才与自己或许不太称心的橱柜厂家签订最终协议。选择一款美观实用又显品味的整体橱柜成为多数人装修厨房时的焦点。
橱柜的门板从材质分可分为以下几种材质:实木、吸塑、双饰面、烤漆、uv漆、古典哑光漆、高光亚克力等。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种防潮效果好的防潮橱柜门板。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种防潮橱柜门板,包括芯板,所述芯板的上表面和下表面分别有一层外装饰板层和内装饰板层,所述上装饰板层和下装饰板层之间通过板框连接,所述上装饰板层、下装饰板层与板框之间通过胶黏剂连接,所述外装饰板层和内装饰板层的外表面分别有一层防水抗菌涂层,所述防水抗菌涂层的厚度为0.2-0.5mm。
进一步的,所述上装饰板层、下装饰板层与板框之间还通过螺钉连接。
进一步的,所述板框包括四条首尾相连的板条,所述板条的一端有连接凸块,另一端有连接凸块固定孔。
进一步的,所述连接凸块的高度与连接凸块固定孔的厚度相匹配。
进一步的,所述防水抗菌涂层的抗菌颗粒为纳米银抗菌颗粒。
进一步的,所述芯板的厚度为1-1.2cm。
进一步的,所述外装饰板层和内装饰板层的厚度为0.2-0.3cm。
进一步的,所述芯板与外装饰板层和内装饰板层之间还通过阻燃胶黏剂连接。
采用本发明的技术方案的有益效果是:
本发明中的防潮橱柜门板,结构简单,整体密封性好,强度高,外装饰板层和内装饰板层的外表面分别有一层防水抗菌涂层,此结构设计,提高了橱柜门板的防潮和抗霉变性能,延长了橱柜门板的使用寿命。

如图1所示,一种防潮橱柜门板,包括芯板1,所述芯板1的上表面和下表面分别有一层外装饰板层2和内装饰板层3,所述上装饰板层和下装饰板层之间通过板框4连接,所述上装饰板层、下装饰板层与板框4之间通过胶黏剂连接,所述外装饰板层2和内装饰板层3的外表面分别有一层防水抗菌涂层5,所述防水抗菌涂层5的厚度为0.2-0.5mm。
作为一个优选实施方式,本实施例中的上装饰板层、下装饰板层与板框4之间还通过螺钉连接。
作为一个优选实施方式,本实施例中的板框4包括四条首尾相连的板条,所述板条的一端有连接凸块,另一端有连接凸块固定孔。
作为一个优选实施方式,本实施例中的连接凸块的高度与连接凸块固定孔的厚度相匹配。
作为一个优选实施方式,本实施例中的防水抗菌涂层5的抗菌颗粒为纳米银抗菌颗粒。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防潮橱柜门板,其特征在于:所述上装饰板层、下装饰板层与板框之间还通过螺钉连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防潮橱柜门板,其特征在于:所述板框包括四条首尾相连的板条,所述板条的一端有连接凸块,另一端有连接凸块固定孔。
