Abstract
本发明涉及密封材料制备方法,属于用于泵类、阀门、减速器等有旋转运动的轴杆密封材料制造技术领域。一种用于轴杆密封的片状软填料的制备方法步骤如下:(1)将橡胶基材投入到捏合机中,再向捏合机投入软化剂,所述捏合机升温至150~180℃,搅拌15~20min;(2)向第一分散釜中依次添加石墨、二硫化钼及聚四氟乙烯粉末三等份混合物,再向分散釜中加入脂类粘稠剂,搅拌10~15min;(3)再向第二分散釜依次添加捏合后的橡胶基材和搅拌后的物料再搅拌,搅拌5~10min(4)搅拌均匀的物料通过挤出机挤成物料条,截断片模,制成所要的片状软填料。该方法可以使得到的片状软填料材质更均匀,整体摩擦系数基本一致,无尖峰区域。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及密封材料制备方法,属于用于泵类、阀门、减速器等有旋转运动的轴杆密封材料制造技术领域。
背景技术
现有泵多采用定型规格的盘根,填入到泵的填料函中。这种密封方式虽然较为简便,能起到一定程度的效果,然而此类盘根与泵轴之间依旧存在着一定程度的摩擦,即便是摩擦系数非常小的盘根,其与轴接触处的发热量也是惊人的,因此往往需要配合冷却系统共同工作。同时长期使用对轴承磨损也是相当严重,长期使用会对轴承造成永久性的伤害。
泥状填料------也称:“注入式软填料”由新一代高性能纤维配以特殊的油脂及润滑,精制而成的高级“盘根”——软填料,任意尺寸,任意形状,极易安装,通过专用的高压枪便可直接注射,不必象传统的盘根,需要预切割,能适用任何尺寸的填料函密封。
在生产这种软填料时,软填料有可能因混合搅拌不均匀或是其他原因造成了摩擦系数整体不一致,此时这种软填料不仅不能很好的对轴承进行密封,还很有可能因某处摩擦力过大,导致轴承的磨损,影响正常的生产工作,带来不必要的经济损失。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术不足,提出一种整体摩擦系数基本一致的片状软填料的制备方法。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是提出一种片状软填料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将由顺丁橡胶、天然橡胶、丁基橡胶、硅橡胶两两混合或顺丁橡胶、天然橡胶、丁基橡胶、硅橡胶按四等份混合的橡胶基材投入到捏合机中,再向捏合机投入软化剂,所述捏合机升温至150~180℃,搅拌15~20min;
(2)向第一分散釜中依次添加石墨、二硫化钼及聚四氟乙烯粉末三等份混合物,再向分散釜中加入酚醛树脂、矿物油树脂、古马隆树脂、松香脂中的一种,以800转/分钟高速搅拌,搅拌10~15min;
(3)再向第二分散釜依次添加步骤(1)捏合后的混合橡胶基材和步骤(2)搅拌混合后的物料,以1000~1500转/分钟搅拌,搅拌5~10min后再以400~800转/分钟搅拌,搅拌5~10min;
(4)将步骤(3)中搅拌均匀的物料通过挤出机挤成物料条,再将物料条以1公分一段进行截断,再将截断后物料、放入方形压片模具中,通过加压,压去多余部分,制成所要的片状软填料;
所述软化剂为链式烷烃油、芳烃油、环烷烃油、凡士林、石蜡油中的一种。
若步骤(3)搅拌后仍然仍有肉眼可见的物料团则重复步骤(3)中的搅拌操作5~10次,直至混合均匀无明显肉眼可见的物料团。
步骤(3)中第一次搅拌先以1500转/分钟搅拌5min,再以800转/分钟搅拌5min;之后若再重复搅拌操作,则先以1200转/分钟搅拌8min,再以500转/分钟搅拌8min。
步骤(1)中若是选用两两混合的橡胶基材则以180℃温度搅拌15min,若是选用四等份混合的橡胶基材则以150℃温度搅拌20min。
本发明采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:采用分组混合的方式,避免因将物料投入同一搅拌容器中而导致搅拌不均匀的情况发生,并且针对不同物质特性采取不同方式进行混合,并依据选料多少分情况进行处理,使得最终制成的片状软填料材质更均匀。
具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例的一种片状软填料的制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将由顺丁橡胶、天然橡胶、丁基橡胶、硅橡胶两两混合或顺丁橡胶、天然橡胶、丁基橡胶、硅橡胶按四等份混合的橡胶基材投入到捏合机中,再向捏合机投入软化剂,捏合机升温至150~180℃,搅拌15~20min。
若是选用两两混合的橡胶基材则以180℃温度搅拌15min,若是选用四等份混合的橡胶基材则以150℃温度搅拌20min。
针对不同的混合橡胶基材采取不同的处理方式,以促进物料进一部混合,避免在步骤(3)集中混合时带来不必要的问题。
(2)向第一分散釜中依次添加石墨、二硫化钼及聚四氟乙烯粉末三等份混合物,再向分散釜中加入酚醛树脂、矿物油树脂、古马隆树脂、松香脂中的一种,以800转/分钟高速搅拌,搅拌10~15min;。
本步骤为的是将三种等量粉末状混合物混入到脂类粘稠剂中,方便下一步的集中混合,避免因同时投入大量粉末状混合物导致投入的粉末状混合物聚集不散,使得混合物料搅拌不均匀。
(3)再向第二分散釜依次添加步骤(1)捏合后的混合橡胶基材和步骤(2)搅拌混合后的物料,以1000~1500转/分钟搅拌,搅拌5~10min后再以400~800转/分钟搅拌,搅拌5~10min;
若搅拌后仍然仍有肉眼可见的物料团则重复步骤(3)中的搅拌操作5~10次,直至混合均匀无明显肉眼可见的物料团。
步骤(3)中首次搅拌操作先以1500转/分钟搅拌5min,再以800转/分钟搅拌5min;之后若再重复搅拌操作,则先以1200转/分钟搅拌8min,再以500转/分钟搅拌8min。
通过大幅度的搅拌先将物料整体混合,在逐渐逐渐将物料搅拌均匀,以高低速配合搅拌,同时以多次搅拌作为保障,保证最终将进入到挤出机的物料是混合均匀的,以免因混和不均匀导致挤出的物料条总体摩擦系数差异过大。
(4)将步骤(3)中搅拌均匀的物料通过挤出机挤成物料条,再将物料条以1公分一段进行截断,再将截断后物料、放入方形压片模具中,通过加压,压去多余部分,制成所要的低摩擦系数片状软填料。
所述软化剂为链式烷烃油、芳烃油、环烷烃油、凡士林、石蜡油中的一种。
为防止最终成型的物料过长而形变,因此1公分一截断,这样做的还有另一个好处就是,在向泵的填料函填加该片状软填料时候,可以采取多层叠加的方式进行填料,因为各层填料材质相近,因此接触面易于相互配合,可视为统一整体,且本实施例中的片状软填料其材质已经充分混合,因此其各组成部分的摩擦系数不会有太大差异,基本是一致,因此不会出现某处与轴承剧烈摩擦发热磨损轴承的现象出现。
本发明不局限于上述实施例。凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。
Claims (1)
1.一种片状软填料的制备方法,其特征在于该方法步骤如下:
(1)将由顺丁橡胶、天然橡胶、丁基橡胶、硅橡胶两两混合或顺丁橡胶、天然橡胶、丁基橡胶、硅橡胶按四等份混合的橡胶基材投入到捏合机中,再向捏合机投入软化剂,所述捏合机升温至150~180℃,搅拌15~20min;
(2)向第一分散釜中依次添加石墨、二硫化钼及聚四氟乙烯粉末三等份混合物,再向分散釜中加入酚醛树脂、矿物油树脂、古马隆树脂、松香脂中的一种,以800转/分钟高速搅拌,搅拌10~15min;
(3)再向第二分散釜依次添加步骤(1)捏合后的混合橡胶基材和步骤(2)搅拌混合后的物料,以1000~1500转/分钟搅拌,搅拌5~10min后,再以400~800转/分钟搅拌,搅拌5~10min;
(4)将步骤(3)中搅拌均匀的物料通过挤出机挤成物料条,再将物料条以1公分一段进行截断,再将截断后物料放入方形压片模具中,通过加压去除多余部分,制成所要的片状软填料;
所述软化剂为石蜡油;
若步骤(3)搅拌后仍然仍有肉眼可见的物料团则重复步骤(3)中的搅拌操作5~10次,直至混合均匀无明显肉眼可见的物料团;
