本发明涉及一种气瓶外底部抛光装置。转轴通过轴承座固定在第二支架上，转轴上固定拖轮，拖轮上放置气瓶，转轴通过带轮组与第一电机连接，第一电机固定在第一支架上，第一支架上固定气缸，气缸的活塞上通过轴承固定顶盘，顶盘与所述的气瓶同轴线；所述的第二支架通过关节轴承固定，磨头架上固定第二电机、磨头轴承座和操纵杆，磨头轴承座上固定磨头，磨头由第二电机驱动。它结构简单，使用方便，效率高。

技术领域
本发明属于气瓶抛光装置，特别是一种CNG气瓶外底部抛光装置。
背景技术
CNG气瓶底部在旋压过程中，底部外表面会产生一种细小裂纹，这些细小裂纹需要打磨掉，现有技术用手持角向磨光机打磨，工作强度大，效率也很低。
根据手持砂轮打磨缺陷和不足，发明了一种自动钢瓶底部打磨设备。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点，本发明提供一种气瓶外底部抛光装置，它结构简单，使用方便，效率高。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：转轴通过轴承座固定在第二支架上，转轴上固定拖轮，拖轮上放置气瓶，转轴通过带轮组与第一电机连接，第一电机固定在第一支架上，第一支架上固定气缸，气缸的活塞上通过轴承固定顶盘，顶盘与所述的气瓶同轴线；所述的第二支架通过关节轴承固定，磨头架上固定第二电机、磨头轴承座和操纵杆，磨头轴承座上固定磨头，磨头由第二电机驱动。
本发明结构简单，使用方便，效率高。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，转轴10通过轴承座7固定在第二支架3上，转轴10上固定拖轮8，拖轮8上放置气瓶9，转轴10通过带轮组6与第一电机2连接，第一电机2固定在第一支架1上，第一支架1上固定气缸4，气缸4的活塞上通过轴承固定顶盘5，顶盘5与所述的气瓶9同轴线；所述的第二支架3通过关节轴承13固定，磨头架15上固定第二电机14、磨头轴承座12和操纵杆16，磨头轴承座12上固定磨头11，磨头11由第二电机14驱动。
所述的操纵杆16为手动杆，实现手动控制抛光。
所述的操纵杆16由控制器(图中未画出)控制，实现自动控制抛光。

1.一种气瓶外底部抛光装置，其特征在于：转轴(10)通过轴承座(7)固定在第二支架(3)上，转轴(10)上固定拖轮(8)，拖轮(8)上放置气瓶(9)，转轴(10)通过带轮组(6)与第一电机(2)连接，第一电机(2)固定在第一支架(1)上，第一支架(1)上固定气缸(4)，气缸(4)的活塞上通过轴承固定顶盘(5)，顶盘(5)与所述的气瓶(9)同轴线；所述的第二支架(3)通过关节轴承(13)固定，磨头架(15)上固定第二电机(14)、磨头轴承座(12)和操纵杆(16)，磨头轴承座(12)上固定磨头(11)，磨头(11)由第二电机(14)驱动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气瓶外底部抛光装置，其特征在于：所述的操纵杆(16)为手动杆，实现手动控制抛光。
