Abstract

本发明公开了一种膨润土干燥剂,由以下组分混合而成:膨润土,氯化钙,硫酸钙。本发明的膨润土干燥剂,通过优化膨润土原生矿石,并添加氯化钙,硫酸钠复合作用,使得干燥剂具有吸湿量大、吸水速度快、成本低、无腐蚀等优点。在同一吸湿条件下,吸湿有效时间长;价格低廉,售价是硅胶的1/3;加工工艺简单;安全、环保。该干燥剂吸湿饱和后,经过处理,可再生重复利用。

技术领域
本发明涉及干燥剂领域,具体涉及一种膨润土干燥剂。
背景技术
膨润土系以蒙脱石为主要成份的粘土岩,颜色有白、浅灰、浅粉红、肉红、绿黄、砖红、褐红色等。油脂光泽、蜡状光泽或土状光泽。具贝壳状或锯齿状断口。有松散如土者,但致密坚硬者居多。吸湿性强,最大吸水量为其体积的8~15倍。吸湿膨胀倍数从几倍到三十余倍,可塑性强,有较好的粘结性,在阳光下晒干后成干裂碎块。
蒙脱石晶层间吸附水份或有机分子后,随着吸附量的增加,晶层间距加大。晶层间距的变化范围自9.6A到21A,吸附有机大分子时晶层间距可增大到48A。蒙脱石晶层间距加大,表现为膨润土体积膨胀。
发明内容
本发明目的在于,提供一种具有吸湿有效时间长,价格低廉,加工工艺简单,安全、可再生利用的膨润土干燥剂,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种膨润土干燥剂,其特征在于,由以下组分按重量百分比混合制备而成:
膨润土80-90份
氯化钙5-18份
硫酸钠5-10份。
进一步地,所述的膨润土的原矿中蒙脱石的含量大于65%。
进一步地,所述的膨润土需经过研磨,水洗,提纯工艺处理。
进一步地,所述的膨润土干燥剂可再生利用,再生利用的处理方法是在110-120℃下恒温干燥4-5h。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果是:本发明的膨润土干燥剂,通过优化膨润土原生矿石,并添加氯化钙,硫酸钠复合作用,使得干燥剂具有吸湿量大、吸水速度快、成本低、无腐蚀等优点。在同一吸湿条件下,吸湿有效时间长;价格低廉,售价是硅胶的1/3;加工工艺简单;安全、环保。该干燥剂吸湿饱和后,经过处理,可再生重复利用。

其中上述的膨润土的原矿中蒙脱石的含量大于65%。上述的膨润土需经过研磨,水洗,提纯工艺处理。上述的膨润土干燥剂可再生利用,再生利用的处理方法是在110-120℃下恒温干燥4-5h。

膨润土80-90份
氯化钙5-18份
硫酸钠5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的膨润土干燥剂,其特征在于,所述的膨润土的原矿中蒙脱石的含量大于65%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的膨润土干燥剂,其特征在于,所述的膨润土需经过研磨,水洗,提纯工艺处理。
4.根据权利要求1所述的膨润土干燥剂,其特征在于,所述的膨润土干燥剂可再生利用,再生利用的处理方法是在110-120℃下恒温干燥4-5h。
