Abstract
本发明提供的是一种膨润土与氯化钙复合干燥剂的生产方法。经过膨润土粉加工、加氯化钙复合、制片复合干燥剂片干燥工序,形成成品膨润土复合干燥剂。由于发明以膨润土为原料,添加氯化钙进行复合,所制成的复合干燥剂具有吸湿效果好,水分不易回返,价格低廉,安全无毒的优点。适宜作为干燥剂使用。

技术领域
本发明提供的是化工领域的一种膨润土与氯化钙复合干燥剂的生产方法。
背景技术
目前广泛使用的食品级的干燥剂有氯化钙和蒙脱石,其中氯化钙吸水率高,而且吸水后形成凝胶,水分不易重返,而蒙脱石干燥剂呈颗粒状,吸水率高,价格低廉。但是蒙脱石干燥剂使用温度大于50℃后,吸附的水容易回返,失去干燥效果。
发明内容
为了克服蒙脱石干燥剂的缺点,本发明提出了一种膨润土与氯化钙复合干燥剂的生产方法。该方法通过膨润土粉碎风选,加水润湿,添加氯化钙,然后制片干燥,解决膨润土与氯化钙复合制干燥剂的技术问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是:
积极效果,由于发明以膨润土为原料,添加氯化钙进行复合,所制成的复合干燥剂具有吸湿效果好,水分不易回返,价格低廉,安全无毒的优点。适宜作为食品干燥剂使用。
具体实施方式
膨润土粉加工:将开采的膨润土进行粉碎,过1000目筛,然后加入到风选机中进行风选,风选出的细粉作为膨润土原料;
加氯化钙复合:
将风选后的膨润土细粉加水15-25,搅拌成泥状,然后加入泥状膨润土30%的氯化钙粉(质量比),再进行搅拌混合,成为复合膨润土泥;
制片:
将复合膨润土泥加到对辊压片机的对辊之间,通过对辊碾压形成薄片状,薄片厚度控制在1-3毫米之间,再将薄片切碎,成规格形状或不规格形状的复合干燥剂片;
复合干燥剂片干燥:
将复合干燥剂片加入到辊筒干燥机内,进行滚动干燥,干燥温度控制在在100-150℃,烘干2小时,通过取样分析,含水率在2-3之间后,立即分装在包装袋内,作为成品膨润土复合干燥剂产品。
技术原理:
膨润土主要由蒙脱石组成,蒙脱石具有多孔性和吸附性以及吸水性,所以能够作为干燥剂使用,但是蒙脱石吸水膨胀后,温度高于50℃时,容易出现吸水返出,失去干燥作用,当在膨润土中加入氯化钙后,形成复合干燥剂片,吸水后水分与氯化钙形成胶粘状态,从而防止吸水倒出,因此能够起到吸水防潮的作用,由于膨润土与氯化钙均为无毒无害的物质,所以组合而成的干燥剂使用安全,能够作为食品干燥剂使用。
特点:
1、膨润土经过粉碎和风选加工,能够部分清除杂质,使膨润土更干净。
2、膨润土与氯化钙复合,能够提高防潮效果,而且无毒害作用。
3、复合干燥剂成品呈片状,能够减小占用空间,而且吸附面积大,比颗粒状干燥剂更具有吸水优势。
4、复合干燥剂便于包装与运输。
5、复合干燥剂比单纯氯化钙干燥剂成本低。
Claims (1)
1.一种膨润土与氯化钙复合干燥剂的生产方法,其特征是:
膨润土粉加工:将开采的膨润土进行粉碎,过1000目筛,然后加入到风选机中进行风选,风选出的细粉作为膨润土原料;
加氯化钙复合:
将风选后的膨润土细粉加水15-25,搅拌成泥状,然后加入泥状膨润土30%的氯化钙粉(质量比),再进行搅拌混合,成为复合膨润土泥;
制片:
将复合膨润土泥加到对辊压片机的对辊之间,通过对辊碾压形成薄片状,薄片厚度控制在1-3毫米之间,再将薄片切碎,成规格形状或不规格形状的复合干燥剂片;
复合干燥剂片干燥:
