Abstract

本发明公开的吸味剂,由以下重量百分比的原料制备而成:20%~60%吸附剂、20%~60%附助剂、5%~25%土壤改良剂、5%~15%加工助剂。本发明的吸味剂特点在于通过对吸附剂的选取及复配,并引入了具有特定功能的土壤改良剂,其可以高效的吸附空气中的有毒有害气体,并可将吸附的有毒有害气体分解或锁住。而吸味剂吸附有毒有害气体后可直接二次再应用于花、菜、草等植物的栽培,不造成资源的浪费。

一种吸味剂及制备方法和应用
技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化技术领域,特别涉及一种吸味剂及制备方法,该吸味剂可对空气中的甲醛、氨、TVOC等有毒有害气体进行吸附起到净化空气的作用,其吸附有毒有害气体的物质可二次再应用于花、菜、草等植物的栽培。
背景技术
目前市面上的吸味产品主要是活性炭,活性炭多为煤质或者木质炭,经过特殊工艺活化,增加孔径和比表面积,从而达到吸附性能。该类产品只有吸附甲醛功能,没有锁住甲醛的能力,且容易反复释放甲醛。该类产品使用后多数被直接丢弃,造成环境污染,资源浪费。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题之一在于针对现有技术所存在的问题而提供一种吸味剂。该吸味剂可以高效的吸附空气中的有毒有害气体,并可将吸附的有毒有害气体分解或锁住。而
本发明所要解决的技术问题之二在于提供该吸味剂的制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题之三在于提供该吸味剂的应用。该吸味剂吸附有毒有害气体后可直接二次再应用于花、菜、草等植物的栽培,不造成资源的浪费。
作为本发明第一方面的吸味剂,由以下重量百分比的原料制备而成:
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述吸附剂选自于木质活性炭、果壳活性炭、煤质活性炭、石油类活性炭及再生炭中的一种或多种的混合物;
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述吸附助剂选自硅藻土、活化硅藻土、海泡石、纳米二氧化钛中的一种或多种的混合物。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述土壤改良剂选泥炭、褐煤、风化煤、石灰、石膏、蛭石中的一种或多种混合物。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述加工助剂为活火山矿石、分子筛、凹凸棒及蒙脱石的一种或多种的混合物。
作为本发明第二方面的吸味剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将配方量的吸附剂、吸附助剂、土壤改良剂、加工助剂分别在气流磨粉碎机中粉碎至200~800目;
(2)粉碎后先将加工助剂在颗粒造粒机中造粒成第一球形颗粒;
(3)将土壤改良剂通过颗粒造粒机均匀裹覆在步骤(2)制备的第一球形颗粒外表层得到第二球形颗粒;
(4)将吸附助剂通过颗粒造粒机均匀裹覆在步骤(3)制备的第二球形颗粒外表层得到第三球形颗粒;
(5)将吸附剂通过颗粒造粒机均匀裹覆在步骤(4)制备的第三球形颗粒外表层得到第四球形颗粒;
(6)将步骤(5)制备的第四球形颗粒置于高温活化炉内,在380℃~450℃下活化2~3小时,冷却后即得吸味剂。
作为发明第三方面的吸味剂的应用,其用于空气中有毒有害气体的吸附而得到吸附物。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述空气中有毒有害气体为醛、氨、TVOC中的一种或任意两种以上的混合。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述吸附物直接用于植物或蔬菜的栽培。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述植物为花或草。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
将果壳活性炭、海泡石、蛭石、活火山矿石分别在气流磨粉碎机中粉碎至200~800目备用;粉碎后先将5kg活火山矿石在颗粒造粒机中造粒成球形颗粒,再将15kg蛭石通过颗粒造粒机均匀裹覆在上述步骤的球形颗粒外表层,再将40kg海泡石通过颗粒造粒机均匀裹覆在上述步骤的球形颗粒外表层,继续将40kg果壳活性炭通过颗粒造粒机均匀裹覆在上述步骤的球形颗粒外表层。最后将上述步骤的球形颗粒置于高温活化炉,380℃活化3小时,冷却后即得吸味剂1。
实施例2
将木质活性炭、活化硅藻土、蛭石、蒙脱石分别在气流磨粉碎机中粉碎至200~800目备用;粉碎后先将10kg蒙脱石在颗粒造粒机中造粒成球形颗粒,再将25kg蛭石通过颗粒造粒机均匀裹覆在上述步骤的球形颗粒外表层,再将30kg活化硅藻土通过颗粒造粒机均匀裹覆在上述步骤的球形颗粒外表层,继续将35kg木质活性炭通过颗粒造粒机均匀裹覆在上述步骤的球形颗粒外表层。最后将上述步骤的球形颗粒置于高温活化炉,400℃活化3小时,冷却后即得吸味剂2。
实施例3
将木质活性炭、硅藻土、石灰、蒙脱石分别在气流磨粉碎机中粉碎至200~800目备用;粉碎后先将5kg蒙脱石在颗粒造粒机中造粒成球形颗粒,再将15kg石灰通过颗粒造粒机均匀裹覆在上述步骤的球形颗粒外表层,再将40kg硅藻土通过颗粒造粒机均匀裹覆在上述步骤的球形颗粒外表层,继续将30kg木质活性炭通过颗粒造粒机均匀裹覆在上述步骤的球形颗粒外表层。最后将上述步骤的球形颗粒置于高温活化炉,450℃活化2小时,冷却后即得吸味剂3。
试验例
将实施例1、2、3所得吸味剂与市售同类产品一起按QB/T2761-2006标准测定方法对其空气净化效果进行比较,并吸附后直接用于绿色植物栽培效果进行比较。试验结果见表1。

从上述试验结果中可知,实施例1的吸味剂净化效果及植物种类发芽率效果最佳。

Claims (6)

1.吸味剂,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的原料制备而成:
所述吸附剂选自于木质活性炭、果壳活性炭、煤质活性炭、石油类活性炭及再生炭中的一种或多种的混合物;
所述吸附助剂选自硅藻土、海泡石、纳米二氧化钛中的一种或多种的混合物;
所述土壤改良剂选自泥炭、褐煤、风化煤、石灰、石膏、蛭石中的一种或多种混合物;
所述加工助剂为活火山矿石、分子筛、凹凸棒及蒙脱石的一种或多种的混合物;
其中,所述土壤改良剂均匀裹覆由所述加工助剂制备的第一球形颗粒外表层形成第二球形颗粒,所述吸附助剂均匀裹覆在所述第二球形颗粒外表层形成第三球形颗粒,所述吸附剂均匀裹覆在第三球形颗粒外表层得到第四球形颗粒,第四球形颗粒置于高温活化炉内,在380℃~450℃下活化2~3小时,冷却后即得吸味剂。
2.权利要求1所述的吸味剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将配方量的吸附剂、吸附助剂、土壤改良剂、加工助剂分别在气流磨粉碎机中粉碎至200~800目;
(2)粉碎后先将加工助剂在颗粒造粒机中造粒成第一球形颗粒;
(3)将土壤改良剂通过颗粒造粒机均匀裹覆在步骤(2)制备的第一球形颗粒外表层得到第二球形颗粒;
(4)将吸附助剂通过颗粒造粒机均匀裹覆在步骤(3)制备的第二球形颗粒外表层得到第三球形颗粒;
(5)将吸附剂通过颗粒造粒机均匀裹覆在步骤(4)制备的第三球形颗粒外表层得到第四球形颗粒;
(6)将步骤(5)制备的第四球形颗粒置于高温活化炉内,在380℃~450℃下活化2~3小时,冷却后即得吸味剂。
3.权利要求1所述的吸味剂的应用,其用于空气中有毒有害气体的吸附而得到吸附物。
4.权利要求3所述的应用,其特征在于,所述空气中有毒有害气体为醛、氨、TVOC中的一种或任意两种以上的混合。
5.权利要求3所述的应用,其特征在于,所述吸附物直接用于植物的栽培。
6.权利要求5所述的应用,其特征在于,所述植物为花或草。
