Abstract
本发明公开了一种分散均匀的活性炭硅藻土空气净化颗粒,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:木质活性炭106-110、硅藻土30-40、氯化钠3-4、氯化钾2-3、聚四氟乙烯超细粉6-8、坚果壳19-24、剑麻纤维9-12、豆饼粉3-4、碳酸氢钠2-4、硫酸铜3-4、二氧化钛3-5、聚丙烯酸3-5、吸附助剂4-6、水适量;本发明添加坚果壳、剑麻纤维等物质,增加比表面积;添加聚四氟乙烯超细粉具有分散性好,耐磨韧性好的特性,使得制成的产品机械强度好,经久耐用;添加吸附助剂,具有特殊多孔性,延长气体与之接触时间,起到抑菌、净化空气的效果;本发明颗粒剂,适合空气净化、工业脱硫、汽车尾气处理等。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种脱硫活性炭及其制备方法,特别是一种分散均匀的活性炭硅藻土空气净化颗粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前空气中的污染物主要是工业燃料燃烧产生的气体、汽车尾气、生产中产生的有毒有害气体。水污染主要是工业生产排放的污水里含有大量有毒物质,还有人们生活中的污水产生很多有害物质。人们生活中也有很多时候需要脱除毒素,比如空调过滤网上有很多细菌、毒素,新装修的间有甲醛等有害物质,都需要脱除毒素。目前都脱除毒素经常用到吸附剂,主要有硅胶、活性纳米碳、活性炭、分子筛等,另外还有针对某种组分选择性吸附而研制的吸附材料。但是这些吸附剂大多吸附能力有限,需要针对不同的要求研究不同的吸附剂,发挥最好的作用。同时,寻找新的原料,以增强吸附效果,节约成本。
高比表面积活性炭具有多孔结构,能吸附各种有机物和无机物,具有吸附容量大、吸附速度快的特点,是一种优质的高效吸附剂,广泛用于食品工业、化学工业和环境保护等各个领域。
硅藻土具有孔隙度大、吸收性强、化学性质稳定、耐磨、耐热等特点,能够有效吸附空气中的有毒有害气体。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种分散均匀的活性炭硅藻土空气净化颗粒及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种分散均匀的活性炭硅藻土空气净化颗粒,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:木质活性炭106-110、硅藻土30-40、氯化钠3-4、氯化钾2-3、聚四氟乙烯超细粉6-8、坚果壳19-24、剑麻纤维9-12、豆饼粉3-4、碳酸氢钠2-4、硫酸铜3-4、二氧化钛3-5、聚丙烯酸3-5、吸附助剂4-6、水适量;
所述吸附助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:鹿沼土 1.5-2.5、硫酸铝1.5-2.5、碳酸钠2-3、高岭土12-14、纳米碳2-3、二氧化钛2-3、茶籽壳8-10、莲房13-15;制备方法是将茶籽壳、莲房在100℃-120℃条件下干燥1-1.5小时,粉碎成40-60目粉末,然后加入适量水与除鹿沼土之外的其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,形成泥状物,然后放入400℃-500℃的炭化炉中炭化2-3小时,取出冷却后粉碎成80-100目粉末,用50%-60%的醋酸溶液浸泡1.5-2小时,过滤,取滤渣加鹿沼土、1.5-2倍量的纯水研磨40-50分钟得浆料即可。

(1)将坚果壳、剑麻纤维在95℃-105℃的条件下烘烤1.5-2.5小时,粉碎成80-100目的干燥粉末与木质活性炭、硅藻土一同放入球磨机中球磨1.5-2.5小时,球磨后过150-200目筛,得到混合粉末待用;
(2)将氯化钠、氯化钾、豆饼粉、碳酸氢钠、硫酸铜、二氧化钛中加入适量的水,不断搅拌制成浆料,然后加入除吸附助剂之外的其余剩余成分,搅拌均匀,加热至75℃-90℃,保温研磨1.5-2小时,得混合浆料待用;
(3)将混合粉末、混合浆料、吸附助剂相互搅拌均匀,然后浓缩干燥,送入造粒机中造粒即得。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明添加坚果壳、剑麻纤维等物质,增加比表面积;添加聚四氟乙烯超细粉具有分散性好,耐磨韧性好的特性,使得制成的产品机械强度好,经久耐用;添加吸附助剂,具有特殊多孔性,延长气体与之接触时间,起到抑菌、净化空气的效果;本发明颗粒剂,适合空气净化、工业脱硫、汽车尾气处理等。
具体实施方案
下面通过具体实例对本发明进行详细说明。
一种分散均匀的活性炭硅藻土空气净化颗粒,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制备制成:木质活性炭106、硅藻土30、氯化钠3、氯化钾2、聚四氟乙烯超细粉6、坚果壳19、剑麻纤维9、豆饼粉3、碳酸氢钠2、硫酸铜3、二氧化钛3、聚丙烯酸3、吸附助剂4、水适量;
所述吸附助剂由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:鹿沼土 1.5、硫酸铝1.5、碳酸钠2、高岭土12、纳米碳2、二氧化钛2、茶籽壳8、莲房13;制备方法是将茶籽壳、莲房在100℃-120℃条件下干燥1-1.5小时,粉碎成40-60目粉末,然后加入适量水与除鹿沼土之外的其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,形成泥状物,然后放入400℃-500℃的炭化炉中炭化2-3小时,取出冷却后粉碎成80-100目粉末,用50%-60%的醋酸溶液浸泡1.5-2小时,过滤,取滤渣加鹿沼土、1.5-2倍量的纯水研磨40-50分钟得浆料即可。

(3)将混合粉末、混合浆料、吸附助剂相互搅拌均匀,然后浓缩干燥,送入造粒机中造粒即得。
本发明样品主要技术参数为:硫容(wt%):≥17.5%,脱硫精度(ppm):≤1;利用本发明样品进行废气处理,捕集微尘效率≥99%。

1.一种分散均匀的活性炭硅藻土空气净化颗粒,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:木质活性炭106-110、硅藻土30-40、氯化钠3-4、氯化钾2-3、聚四氟乙烯超细粉6-8、坚果壳19-24、剑麻纤维9-12、豆饼粉3-4、碳酸氢钠2-4、硫酸铜3-4、二氧化钛3-5、聚丙烯酸3-5、吸附助剂4-6、水适量;
所述吸附助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:鹿沼土 1.5-2.5、硫酸铝1.5-2.5、碳酸钠2-3、高岭土12-14、纳米碳2-3、二氧化钛2-3、茶籽壳8-10、莲房13-15;制备方法是将茶籽壳、莲房在100℃-120℃条件下干燥1-1.5小时,粉碎成40-60目粉末,然后加入适量水与除鹿沼土之外的其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,形成泥状物,然后放入400℃-500℃的炭化炉中炭化2-3小时,取出冷却后粉碎成80-100目粉末,用50%-60%的醋酸溶液浸泡1.5-2小时,过滤,取滤渣加鹿沼土、1.5-2倍量的纯水研磨40-50分钟得浆料即可。
