Abstract
本发明公开了一种复合多孔活性炭烟气吸附剂,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:果壳活性炭98-105、硅藻土36-40、泡花碱2-3、松香2-3、VAE乳液2-3、聚乙烯醇2-3、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1-2、柠檬酸钠1-2、石膏渣1-2、粉煤灰2.5-3.5、食用玉米淀粉4-5、硝酸镧2-3、玻璃纤维粉9-12、吸附助剂4-6、水适量;本发明配方合理,添加聚乙烯醇、食用玉米淀粉等粘性物质,增加活性炭的韧性以及强度,延长使用寿命;添加吸附助剂,具有特殊多孔性,延长气体与之接触时间,起到抑菌、净化空气的效果;本发明吸附性效率高,生产工艺简单,适合工业干法脱硫,汽车尾气脱硫,日常空气净化等。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种脱硫活性炭及其制备方法,特别是一种复合多孔活性炭烟气吸附剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的迅猛发展,环境污染也日趋严重,工业废气﹑汽车尾气等严重困扰着人类的生活。污水处理、造纸、石油加工、化肥制造、化学纤维制造以及一些化工原料制造行业中排放出大量的烟气,而烟气中含有硫化氢、二氧化硫及其他灰尘,不仅造成环境污染,也容易导致催化剂中毒失活,因此降低工业生产中硫的排放量成为当今世界工业生产中需要解决的几大难题之一。目前都脱除毒素经常用到吸附剂,主要有硅胶、活性纳米碳、活性炭、分子筛等,另外还有针对某种组分选择性吸附而研制的吸附材料。但是这些吸附剂大多吸附能力有限,需要针对不同的要求研究不同的吸附剂,发挥最好的作用。同时,寻找新的原料,以增强吸附效果,节约成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种复合多孔活性炭烟气吸附剂及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种复合多孔活性炭烟气吸附剂,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:果壳活性炭98-105、硅藻土36-40、泡花碱2-3、松香2-3、VAE乳液2-3、聚乙烯醇2-3、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1-2、柠檬酸钠1-2、石膏渣1-2、粉煤灰2.5-3.5、食用玉米淀粉4-5、硝酸镧2-3、玻璃纤维粉9-12、吸附助剂4-6、水适量;
所述吸附助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:鹿沼土 1.5-2.5、硫酸铝1.5-2.5、碳酸钠2-3、高岭土12-14、纳米碳2-3、二氧化钛2-3、茶籽壳8-10、莲房13-15;制备方法是将茶籽壳、莲房在100℃-120℃条件下干燥1-1.5小时,粉碎成40-60目粉末,然后加入适量水与除鹿沼土之外的其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,形成泥状物,然后放入400℃-500℃的炭化炉中炭化2-3小时,取出冷却后粉碎成80-100目粉末,用50%-60%的醋酸溶液浸泡1.5-2小时,过滤,取滤渣加鹿沼土、1.5-2倍量的纯水研磨40-50分钟得浆料即可。
本发明所述一种复合多孔活性炭烟气吸附剂,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将果壳活性炭、硅藻土、玻璃纤维粉放入球磨机中球磨1.5-2.5小时,球磨后过150-200目筛,得到混合粉末待用;
(2)将泡花碱、聚乙烯醇、石膏渣、粉煤灰、食用玉米淀粉、硝酸镧中加入适量的水,不断搅拌制成浆料,然后加入除吸附助剂之外的其余剩余成分,加热至70℃-80℃,保温研磨2-2.5小时,得混合浆料待用;
(3)将混合粉末、混合浆料、吸附助剂相互搅拌均匀,然后浓缩干燥,送入造粒机中造粒即得。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明配方合理,添加聚乙烯醇、食用玉米淀粉等粘性物质,增加活性炭的韧性以及强度,延长使用寿命;添加吸附助剂,具有特殊多孔性,延长气体与之接触时间,起到抑菌、净化空气的效果;本发明吸附性效率高,生产工艺简单,适合工业干法脱硫,汽车尾气脱硫,日常空气净化等。
具体实施方案
下面通过具体实例对本发明进行详细说明。
一种复合多孔活性炭烟气吸附剂,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制备制成:果壳活性炭98、硅藻土36、泡花碱2、松香2、VAE乳液2、聚乙烯醇2、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1、柠檬酸钠1、石膏渣1、粉煤灰2.5、食用玉米淀粉4、硝酸镧2、玻璃纤维粉9、吸附助剂4、水适量;
所述吸附助剂由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:鹿沼土 1.5、硫酸铝1.5、碳酸钠2、高岭土12、纳米碳2、二氧化钛2、茶籽壳8、莲房13;制备方法是将茶籽壳、莲房在100℃-120℃条件下干燥1-1.5小时,粉碎成40-60目粉末,然后加入适量水与除鹿沼土之外的其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,形成泥状物,然后放入400℃-500℃的炭化炉中炭化2-3小时,取出冷却后粉碎成80-100目粉末,用50%-60%的醋酸溶液浸泡1.5-2小时,过滤,取滤渣加鹿沼土、1.5-2倍量的纯水研磨40-50分钟得浆料即可。

本发明样品主要技术参数为:硫容(wt%):≥22.5%,脱硫精度(ppm):≤1;利用本发明样品进行废气处理,捕集微尘效率≥99%。

1.一种复合多孔活性炭烟气吸附剂,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:果壳活性炭98-105、硅藻土36-40、泡花碱2-3、松香2-3、VAE乳液2-3、聚乙烯醇2-3、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1-2、柠檬酸钠1-2、石膏渣1-2、粉煤灰2.5-3.5、食用玉米淀粉4-5、硝酸镧2-3、玻璃纤维粉9-12、吸附助剂4-6、水适量;
所述吸附助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:鹿沼土 1.5-2.5、硫酸铝1.5-2.5、碳酸钠2-3、高岭土12-14、纳米碳2-3、二氧化钛2-3、茶籽壳8-10、莲房13-15;制备方法是将茶籽壳、莲房在100℃-120℃条件下干燥1-1.5小时,粉碎成40-60目粉末,然后加入适量水与除鹿沼土之外的其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,形成泥状物,然后放入400℃-500℃的炭化炉中炭化2-3小时,取出冷却后粉碎成80-100目粉末,用50%-60%的醋酸溶液浸泡1.5-2小时,过滤,取滤渣加鹿沼土、1.5-2倍量的纯水研磨40-50分钟得浆料即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种复合多孔活性炭烟气吸附剂,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:
