本发明公开了一种孔隙发达成本低的活性炭硅藻土颗粒,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:果壳活性炭95‑105、硅藻土30‑35、中药渣18‑22、桐籽壳22‑26、高岭土6‑9、硅烷偶联剂kh560 1‑2、硫酸钠3‑4、石灰石粉4‑6、玻化微珠2.5‑3.5、硅微粉3.5‑5、粘土3‑5、活性氧化铝3‑5、吸附助剂4‑6、水适量;本发明将中药渣、桐籽壳等资源重新利用,干燥粉碎后添加到活性炭与硅藻土中,原料充足,孔隙发达,吸附作用强,性能优良;添加吸附助剂,具有特殊多孔性,延长气体与之接触时间;本发明颗粒,具有很好地脱硫除尘效果,孔隙率高,成本低,生产工艺简单,可大幅降低干法脱硫运行成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种脱硫活性炭及其制备方法,特别是一种孔隙发达成本低的活性炭硅藻土颗粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的迅猛发展,环境污染也日趋严重,工业废气﹑汽车尾气等严重困扰着人类的生活。对空气的清新程度有了新的认知,对空气净化能力有了更高的要求。在脱硫的众多方法中,有一种方法是活性炭吸附法,虽然活性炭能够吸附多种酸性气体,但是活性炭价格较高,脱硫效率低,增加了成本。本发明将活性炭与具有特殊多孔的硅藻土结合,通过添加多种功能型物质,制成颗粒状物质,使得脱硫剂容易固定,安全无毒,吸附性能强,增强产品的刚性和强度,延长了活性炭的使用时间,降低了干法脱硫的成本。
高比表面积活性炭具有多孔结构,能吸附各种有机物和无机物,具有吸附容量大、吸附速度快的特点,是一种优质的高效吸附剂,广泛用于食品工业、化学工业和环境保护等各个领域。但是活性炭成本高,因此,不断探索新的工艺条件及对活性炭进行改性,有着十分重要的意义。油桐是中国特有的油料树种,具有栽培历史悠久、分布区域广、栽培面积大、用途多等特点。桐籽壳是油桐加工桐油的副产品,其资源十分丰富。中药渣常含有一定量的活性成分和大量的粗纤维、淀粉、粗多糖氨基酸等营养成分且资源丰富,将中药渣生态化利用在保护环境的同时也能为企业带来良好的经济效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种孔隙发达成本低的活性炭硅藻土颗粒及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种孔隙发达成本低的活性炭硅藻土颗粒,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:果壳活性炭95-105、硅藻土30-35、中药渣18-22、桐籽壳22-26、高岭土6-9、硅烷偶联剂kh560 1-2、硫酸钠3-4、石灰石粉4-6、玻化微珠2.5-3.5、硅微粉3.5-5、粘土3-5、活性氧化铝3-5、吸附助剂4-6、水适量;
所述吸附助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:锆英粉8-11、鹿沼土2-3、氯化镁2-3、碳酸氢钠1.5-2.5、天然焦炭粉2-4、聚丙烯酰胺2-3.5、二氧化铈2-3、软木12-14、竹纤维10-13;制备方法是将软木、竹纤维在100℃-120℃条件下干燥1-1.5小时,粉碎成40-60目粉末,然后加入适量水与除鹿沼土之外的其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,形成泥状物,然后放入400℃-500℃的炭化炉中炭化2-3小时,取出冷却后粉碎成80-100目粉末,加入鹿沼土,用50%-60%的醋酸溶液浸泡1.5-2小时,过滤,取滤渣加1.5-2倍量的纯水研磨40-50分钟得浆料即可。

(1)将中药渣、桐籽壳在95℃-105℃的条件下烘烤1.5-2.5小时,粉碎成80-100目的干燥粉末与果壳活性炭、硅藻土、玻化微珠一同放入球磨机中球磨1.5-2.5小时,球磨后过150-200目筛,得到混合粉末待用;
(2)将高岭土、石灰石粉、粘土、活性氧化铝中加入适量的水,不断搅拌制成浆料,然后加入除吸附助剂之外的其余剩余成分,加热至55℃-70℃,保温研磨2-2.5小时,得混合浆料待用;
(3)将混合粉末、混合浆料、吸附助剂相互搅拌均匀,然后浓缩干燥,送入造粒机中造粒即得。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明将中药渣、桐籽壳等资源重新利用,干燥粉碎后添加到活性炭与硅藻土中,原料充足,孔隙发达,吸附作用强,性能优良;添加吸附助剂,具有特殊多孔性,延长气体与之接触时间;本发明颗粒,具有很好地脱硫除尘效果,孔隙率高,成本低,生产工艺简单,可大幅降低干法脱硫运行成本。
具体实施方案
下面通过具体实例对本发明进行详细说明。
一种孔隙发达成本低的活性炭硅藻土颗粒,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制备制成:果壳活性炭95、硅藻土30、中药渣18、桐籽壳22、高岭土6、硅烷偶联剂kh560 1、硫酸钠3、石灰石粉4、玻化微珠2.5、硅微粉3.5、粘土3、活性氧化铝3、吸附助剂4、水适量;
所述吸附助剂由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:锆英粉8、鹿沼土2、氯化镁2、碳酸氢钠1.5、天然焦炭粉2、聚丙烯酰胺2、二氧化铈2、软木12、竹纤维10;制备方法是将软木、竹纤维在100℃-120℃条件下干燥1-1.5小时,粉碎成40-60目粉末,然后加入适量水与除鹿沼土之外的其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,形成泥状物,然后放入400℃-500℃的炭化炉中炭化2-3小时,取出冷却后粉碎成80-100目粉末,加入鹿沼土,用50%-60%的醋酸溶液浸泡1.5-2小时,过滤,取滤渣加1.5-2倍量的纯水研磨40-50分钟得浆料即可。

本发明样品主要技术参数为:硫容(wt%):≥17.5%,脱硫精度(ppm):≤0.5;利用本发明样品进行废气处理,捕集微尘效率≥99%。

1.一种孔隙发达成本低的活性炭硅藻土颗粒,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:果壳活性炭95-105、硅藻土30-35、中药渣18-22、桐籽壳22-26、高岭土6-9、硅烷偶联剂kh560 1-2、硫酸钠3-4、石灰石粉4-6、玻化微珠2.5-3.5、硅微粉3.5-5、粘土3-5、活性氧化铝3-5、吸附助剂4-6、水适量;
