技术领域
本发明涉及一种固体高效干燥剂。
背景技术
干燥剂是指能除去潮湿物质中部分水份的物质。干燥剂适用于防止仪器,仪表,电器设备,药品,食品,纺织品及其他各种包装物品受潮,在海运途中干燥剂也有广泛的应用,因为货物在运输过程中常因温度大而受潮变质,用干燥剂可有效的去湿防潮,使货物的质量得到保障。实验材料在进行使用时也往往伴随着干燥,但是现有技术中使用的干燥剂干燥范围较小,无法适用于大范围产品的应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种采用多种不同成分进行混合,可对各类液体进行干燥,干燥效率高,使用效果好的固体高效干燥剂。
本发明的技术方案是,一种固体高效干燥剂,由氯化钙、硫酸钠、五氧化二磷、硫酸钙、氧化钡以及氢氧化钠组成,所述固体高效干燥剂各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述氯化钙占10-15份,所述硫酸钠占14-20份,所述硫酸镁占7-13份,所述氧化钙占5-11份,所述五氧化二磷占12-18份,所述硫酸钙占17-22份,所述氧化钡占3-9份,所述氢氧化钠占19-26份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述固体高效干燥剂各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述氯化钙占11份,所述硫酸钠占15份,所述五氧化二磷占13份,所述硫酸钙占18份,所述氧化钡占4份,所述氢氧化钠占20份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述固体高效干燥剂各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述氯化钙占13份,所述硫酸钠占17份,所述五氧化二磷占15份,所述硫酸钙占20份,所述氧化钡占6份,所述氢氧化钠占21份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述固体高效干燥剂各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述氯化钙占14份,所述硫酸钠占19份,所述五氧化二磷占17份,所述硫酸钙占21份,所述氧化钡占8份,所述氢氧化钠占25份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述固体高效干燥剂设置于无纺布的包装袋内。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述无纺布的包装袋呈长方体结构设置。
本发明所述为一种固体高效干燥剂,本发明采用多种不同成分进行混合,可对各类液体进行干燥,干燥效率高,使用效果好。

通过各成分不同重量份数进行配比,使得得到的产品性能可针对不同干燥对象造成不同的吸收效果。
