背景技术：
塑料封边条是护栏上用于对护栏件进行封边用的，塑料封边条是经过塑料成型机成型的，成型后需要经过剪切成一段段定尺寸的塑料封边条，现有的设备中缺乏一种有效剪切塑料封边条的剪切装置。
发明内容：
本发明提供了一种塑料封边条剪切装置，解决了现有技术中缺乏一种有效剪切塑料封边条的剪切装置。
本发明的技术解决措施如下：一种塑料封边条剪切装置，包括有工作台，工作台上安装有两根滑杆，滑杆上安装有滑板，还包括有第一气缸，第一气缸输出轴端固定在滑板上，滑板上固定有一块底板，底板上沿滑杆的滑动方向依次设有压紧机构、剪切机构，压紧机构和剪切机构之间固定有一截面呈倒置的“凵”形的压板，压紧机构包括有竖直设置的第二气缸，第二气缸输出轴端固定有压块。
优选地，剪切机构包括有两根竖直设置的导柱，导柱上插套有一滑块，还包括有第三气缸，滑块由第三气缸驱动，滑块上固定有上剪切块，底板上固定有下剪切块。
优选地，第一气缸输出轴平行于滑杆。
优选地，上剪切块和下剪切块上成型有剪切刃，所述下剪切块上的剪切刃与底板顶面齐平。
优选地，两根滑杆相互平行设置。
本发明的有益效果在于：在本发明中，塑料封边条从塑料成型机中成形以后，插套在压板内，当塑料封边条前进到一定长度后，在压紧机构的作用下，第二气缸驱动压块下压，将塑料封边条压紧，与此同时，第一气缸驱动滑板前行，使得滑板与塑料封边条的前行速度相等，这样就不会使得塑料封边条卷绕，然后在剪切机构的作用下，第三气缸驱动滑块下滑，滑块上的上剪切块和底板上的下剪切块共同作用下对塑料封边条进行剪切，当剪切完成以后，第一气缸驱动滑板复位，这样就完成了一次剪切，本发明结构简单，不要人工进行剪切，提高了工作效率，减轻了劳动强度，非常实用。

一种塑料封边条剪切装置，包括有工作台1，工作台1上安装有两根滑杆3，滑杆3上安装有滑板10，还包括有第一气缸11，第一气缸11输出轴端固定在滑板10上，滑板10上固定有一块底板8，底板8上沿滑杆3的滑动方向依次设有压紧机构、剪切机构，压紧机构和剪切机构之间固定有一截面呈倒置的“凵”形的压板12，压紧机构包括有竖直设置的第二气缸7，第二气缸7输出轴端固定有压块9。
具体地，剪切机构包括有两根竖直设置的导柱，导柱上插套有一滑块5，还包括有第三气缸6，滑块5由第三气缸6驱动，滑块5上固定有上剪切块4，底板8上固定有下剪切块2。
具体地，第一气缸11输出轴平行于滑杆3，这样第一气缸11可以驱动滑板10在滑杆3上滑动。
具体地，上剪切块4和下剪切块2上成型有剪切刃，下剪切块2上的剪切刃与底板8顶面齐平，这样下剪切块2不会对塑料封边条进行阻碍。

本发明的工作原理是：在本发明中，塑料封边条从塑料成型机中成形以后，插套在压板12内，当塑料封边条前进到一定长度后，在压紧机构的作用下，第二气缸7驱动压块9下压，将塑料封边条压紧，与此同时，第一气缸11驱动滑板10前行，使得滑板10与塑料封边条的前行速度相等，这样就不会使得塑料封边条卷绕，然后在剪切机构的作用下，第三气缸6驱动滑块5下滑，滑块5上的上剪切块4和底板8上的下剪切块2共同作用下对塑料封边条进行剪切，当剪切完成以后，第一气缸11驱动滑板复位，这样就完成了一次剪切。

1.一种塑料封边条剪切装置，包括有工作台（1），其特征在于：所述工作台（1）上安装有两根滑杆（3），所述滑杆（3）上安装有滑板（10），还包括有第一气缸（11），所述第一气缸（11）输出轴端固定在滑板（10）上，所述滑板（10）上固定有一块底板（8），所述底板（8）上沿滑杆（3）的滑动方向依次设有压紧机构、剪切机构，所述压紧机构和剪切机构之间固定有一截面呈倒置的“凵”形的压板（12），所述压紧机构包括有竖直设置的第二气缸（7），所述第二气缸（7）输出轴端固定有压块（9）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料封边条剪切装置，其特征在于：所述剪切机构包括有两根竖直设置的导柱，所述导柱上插套有一滑块（5），还包括有第三气缸（6），所述滑块（5）由第三气缸（6）驱动，所述滑块（5）上固定有上剪切块（4），所述底板（8）上固定有下剪切块（2）。
