Abstract

技术领域
本公开涉及用于与手术进入装置联用的附接件的多种实施例。更具体地,本公开包括可拆卸地固定至手术进入装置的近侧部并且允许器械和/或临床医生的手穿过其插入的附接件。
背景技术
微创手术(例如,腹腔镜手术、内窥镜手术和胸腔镜手术)相较于传统的开放式手术具有很多优势。具体地,微创手术消除了对于大切口的需求,从而减少了不适感、恢复时间和与传统的开放式手术相关的很多有害的副作用。
微创手术可以通过患者的皮肤中的小开口来执行。这些开口可以是皮肤中的切口或者可以是自然生成的身体孔口(例如,嘴、肛门或阴道)。另外,还可以执行手进入式手术。通常而言,注入气体可以被用来扩大包围目标手术部位的区域以产生更大、更容易进入的工作区域。
期望维持大致的液密密封,以便抑制注入气体的泄漏以及扩大的手术部位的缩小或塌陷。
发明内容
本公开涉及一种用于与手术进入装置联用的手术进入附接件。该手术进入附接件包括环和进入口组件。该环构造成接合手术进入装置的近侧部。该进入口组件包括具有接合结构部的至少一个柔性凸起。该接合结构部构造成选择性地接合该环。该进入口组件构造成固持密封件。该进入口组件构造成:响应于预定量的力施加在至少一个柔性凸起中的一个柔性凸起上而与该环分离。
在所公开的实施例中,该进入口组件构造成:响应于预定量的近侧指向力(proximally-directedforce)施加在至少一个柔性凸起中的一个柔性凸起上而与所述环分离。

在此将参照附图描述本公开的具体实施例。如图中所示且如贯穿以下说明书中所描述的,并且正如当参照对于对象的相对定位时传统的那样,术语“近侧”涉及装置的靠近用户的部分且术语“远侧”涉及装置的远离用户的部分。在以下说明书中,众所周知的功能或构造未详细描述以避免不必要的细节使得本公开模糊。
正如在此限定的,手术部位包括患者中的切口或自然的孔口,可穿过所述切口或自然的孔口来执行手术操作。
最初参照图1和图2,手术进入附接件100根据本公开的实施例示出。手术进入附接件100被构造为用于与手术进入装置300(参见图7和图8)联用来助于穿过组织“T”层进入至手术部位。更具体地,手术进入附接件100或其部分被构造成例如使用单手来选择性地可拆卸地附接至手术进入装置300。即,手术进入附接件100或其部分被构造成以简单的单手的方式来接合手术进入装置300,并且手术进入附接件100或其部分被构造成以简单的单手的方式来与手术进入装置300分离。
手术进入附接件100包括进入口组件110和环200。进入口组件110包括近侧密封件固持部120、远侧密封件固持部160和密封件190。通常而言,近侧密封件固持部120和远侧密封件固持部160构造成彼此机械地接合(例如,经由搭扣配合接合)并且将密封件190容纳在其间。环200构造成选择性地、机械地接合手术进入装置300的近侧部310。包括近侧密封件固持部120、远侧密封件固持部160和密封件190的进入口组件110构造成通过可释放地接合与手术进入装置300接合的环200来接合手术进入装置300。

参照图2、图4和图5,近侧密封件固持部120包括凸缘(rim)122、多个指形件128和柔性凸起130。凸缘122包括大致L形截面、径向外表面124和径向内表面126。多个指形件128中的每个指形件均从凸缘122的远侧表面123朝远侧下垂。在图4和图5中所图示的实施例中,例如,多个指形件128中的每个指形件均与凸缘122一体地形成。另外,多个指形件128中的每个指形件的一部分均构造成机械地接合下面更为详细地论述的远侧密封件固持部160的一部分。
参照图2和图6,柔性凸起130从凸缘122径向地向外延伸,并且包括近侧部132、支腿134、接合部136和活动铰链部138。活动铰链部138将近侧部132和支腿134互连,并且使得支腿134相对于近侧部132能够弯曲。接合部136从支腿134径向地向外延伸并且构造为用于通过用户接合以助于支腿134相对于近侧部132弯曲。另外,支腿134包括布置在其远侧端上的接合结构部139,接合结构部139构造成机械地接合下面更为详细地论述的环200的一部分。
参照图2至图6,远侧密封件固持部160包括主体162、近侧边缘164、近侧搁板状部166、远侧搁板状部168、多个接合孔170、外环180和唇缘184(参见图3和图6)。近侧边缘164构造成至少部分地径向包围近侧密封件固持部120的凸缘122的远侧部。近侧搁板状部166构造成抵接凸缘122的远侧表面123。远侧搁板状部168构造成接合密封件190的远侧表面192。
多个指形件128中的每个指形件均构造成接合多个接合孔170中的一个接合孔。更具体地,并且参照图5,每个指形件128的主体129构造成接合接合孔170的第一部分172,并且每个指形件128的唇缘131构造成接合接合孔170的第二部分174。而且,每个指形件128是柔韧的,使得唇缘131能够移入和移出与限定接合孔170的第二部分174的壁174a的接合,以助于指形件128与接合孔170之间的接合。另外,正如所能想到的,指形件128的倾斜表面128a、以及邻近接合孔170的第一部分172的倾斜表面172a也助于指形件128与接合孔170之间的接合。

现在参照图3和图6,示出了远侧密封件固持部160的唇缘184。在所图示的实施例中,唇缘184在与C形突起181相反(即,180°)的位置处从外环180朝内径向地延伸。如图6中所示,唇缘184构造成接合环200的近侧壁210的远侧表面212。

在使用中,并且参照图4至图6,当近侧密封件固持部120和远侧密封件固持部160接近时,近侧边缘164的内表面165接合凸缘122的外表面125,近侧搁板状部166接合凸缘122的远侧表面123,并且多个指形件128中的至少一个指形件机械地接合多个接合孔170中的接合孔,以将近侧密封件固持部120与远侧密封件固持部160机械地联接。
另外,并且参照图10至图15,为将进入口组件110与环200机械地接合(例如,在环200与手术进入装置300接合后),远侧密封件固持部160的唇缘184移动到与环200的近侧壁210接合(例如,唇缘184朝近侧壁210的远侧表面212的远侧移动)(参见图10和图11中的箭头“A”和“B”)。进入口组件110的相反部(例如,进入口组件110的包括柔性凸起130的部分)然后大体朝远侧移动(参见图12和图13中的箭头“C”和“D”),并且使得柔性凸起130的接合结构部139朝环200的近侧壁210的远侧移动(参见图13和图14)。具体参照图14,在柔性凸起130的接合结构部139上的倾斜表面137助于柔性凸起130径向朝外的运动,以使接合结构部139能够适当地定位。可以想到的是,柔性凸起130被径向地向内偏置,使得在进入口组件110相对于环200已经充分地朝远侧移动后,所述柔性凸起的接合结构部139朝向其偏置位置移动从而进入与环200的近侧壁210的远侧表面212的接合。可以进一步想到的是,用户能够沿着图12和图13中的箭头“C”和“D”的大体方向对接合部136施加远侧力,以帮助接合结构部139径向朝内移动从而进入与环200的近侧壁210的远侧表面212的接合。

Claims (18)
1.一种用于与手术进入装置联用的手术进入附接件,所述手术进入附接件包括:
环,其构造成接合手术进入装置的近侧部;
进入口组件,其包括具有接合结构部的至少一个柔性凸起,所述接合结构部构造成选择性地接合所述环,所述进入口组件构造成固持密封件;
其中,所述进入口组件构造成:响应于预定量的力施加在所述至少一个柔性凸起中的一个柔性凸起上而与所述环分离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手术进入附接件,其中,所述进入口组件构造成:响应于预定量的近侧指向力施加在所述至少一个柔性凸起中的所述一个柔性凸起上而与所述环分离。
3.根据权利要求1所述的手术进入附接件,进一步包括布置在所述进入口组件上的唇缘,所述唇缘构造成选择性地接合所述环。
4.根据权利要求3所述的手术进入附接件,其中,所述至少一个柔性凸起由一个柔性凸起构成,并且其中所述唇缘相对于所述柔性凸起在180°处布置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的手术进入附接件,其中,所述进入口组件由构造成可拆卸地接合所述环的两个构型部构成,所述两个构型部包括所述柔性凸起和所述唇缘。
6.根据权利要求4所述的手术进入附接件,其中,所述柔性凸起的最远侧部与所述唇缘的最远侧部共面。
7.根据权利要求4所述的手术进入附接件,其中,所述环包括近侧壁、远侧壁以及将所述近侧壁与所述远侧壁互连的中间壁,并且其中所述唇缘和所述柔性凸起中的每一个构造成接合所述环的所述近侧壁的远侧表面。
8.根据权利要求1所述的手术进入附接件,其中,所述环包括近侧壁、远侧壁以及将所述近侧壁与所述远侧壁互连的中间壁,并且其中所述环的所述近侧壁构造成定位在手术进入装置的最近侧部的近侧。
9.根据权利要求1所述的手术进入附接件,其中,所述进入口组件包括近侧密封件固持部和远侧密封件固持部。
10.根据权利要求9所述的手术进入附接件,其中,所述至少一个柔性凸起从所述近侧密封件固持部延伸出。
11.根据权利要求9所述的手术进入附接件,进一步包括布置在所述进入口组件上的唇缘,所述唇缘构造成选择性地接合所述环,其中所述至少一个柔性凸起从所述近侧密封件固持部延伸出,并且其中所述唇缘从所述远侧密封件固持部延伸出。
12.根据权利要求9所述的手术进入附接件,其中,所述至少一个柔性凸起从所述近侧密封件固持部延伸出并且至少部分地穿过所述远侧密封件固持部的开口。
13.根据权利要求12所述的手术进入附接件,其中,所述远侧密封件固持部的所述开口由从所述远侧密封件固持部的外环径向朝外延伸的C形突起限定。
14.根据权利要求9所述的手术进入附接件,其中,所述近侧密封件固持部包括多个指形件,并且其中所述远侧密封件固持部包括多个接合孔,所述多个指形件中的每个指形件构造成机械地接合所述多个孔中的一个接合孔。
15.根据权利要求1所述的手术进入附接件,其中,所述进入口组件构造成以单手的方式接合所述环。
16.根据权利要求15所述的手术进入附接件,其中,所述进入口组件构造成以单手的方式与所述环分离。
17.根据权利要求1所述的手术进入附接件,其中,所述进入口组件构造成以单手的方式非旋转地接合所述环。
18.根据权利要求17所述的手术进入附接件,其中,所述进入口组件构造成以单手的方式非旋转地与所述环分离。
