Abstract

本发明公开了一种纳米银三防抗菌整理剂及其制备方法,由用变性淀粉包覆的纳米银抗菌溶胶、三防整理剂HS1100、抗菌整理剂ATB9800、抗菌整理剂TPM9007组成,各组分重量比:为纳米银溶胶:HS1100:ATB9800:TPM9007=0.1~0.4:5~9:2~5:2~4。本发明用天然可降解高分子——淀粉做保护剂及分散剂,并采用简单的液相化学还原法制备淀粉包覆的纳米银溶胶,工艺简单,绿色环保,分散性好,不易团聚。所制得的纳米银三防抗菌整理剂可用于同浴整理,相对于分浴整理,工艺简单,操作方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纳米银三防抗菌整理剂的制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活质量的提高,单一功能的纺织品越来越不能满足人们的需求,在一些特殊场合中,有更多的要求(比如,防水防油防污,抗紫外,抗静电,抗菌性能等),这就使得多功能纺织品的发展越来越得到人们的关注。目前三防抗菌整理一般采用三防抗菌分浴整理,即先三防后抗菌整理或先抗菌后三防整理。该整理工艺流程长、复杂而且三防和抗菌效果不理想。而三防抗菌同浴整理工艺流程短,三防抗菌效果好,但三防抗菌同浴整理复合助剂稳定性差,纳米材料易团聚,因此,同浴整理关键之一是三防抗菌同浴整理剂的制备。
纳米银因为小尺寸效应、量子效应以及具有极大的比表面积,作为一种新型抗菌材料,越来越受到人们的关注。它具有效率高、安全性好、抑菌范围广、不易产生抗药性和耐热性好等优点,在工业、医学等方面具有广阔的应用空间。纳米银的制备方法多种多样,有超声波辅助还原法、电化学法、液相还原法、光诱导法等。其中,液相还原法的工艺较为简单,对设备要求低,环境要求也不算高,更容易操作,易于批量生产,是目前最具有使用价值的方法之一。但纳米银目前也存在一定的问题:分散性、稳定相对较差,容易团聚。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种工艺简单,稳定性好的纳米银三防抗菌整理剂及其制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种纳米银三防抗菌整理剂,其特征是:由用变性淀粉包覆的纳米银抗菌溶胶、三防整理剂HS1100、抗菌整理剂ATB9800、抗菌整理剂TPM9007组成,各组分质量浓度百分比为:纳米银溶胶:HS1100:ATB9800:TPM9007=0.1~0.4%:5~9%:2~5%:2~4%。
所述用变性淀粉包覆的纳米银抗菌溶胶的制备方法:
(1)配制0.05mol/L的硝酸银溶液及浓度为1%的柠檬酸钠溶液备用;
(2)将50~100ml水加入三口烧瓶中,然后加入0.25~0.5g变性淀粉,开启集热式恒温加热磁力搅拌器,将以上三口烧瓶放入,搅拌升温至95℃,约30min,使淀粉糊化;
(3)将温度降至60~70℃,滴加10~20ml配制好的硝酸银溶液至三口烧瓶中,连续搅拌反应10min;
(4)以1滴/S的速度滴加2~5ml配制好的柠檬酸钠溶液,搅拌使其充分反应;
(5)待反应体系颜色不再变化,即反应充分后,将制得的溶胶从反应烧瓶中取出,自然冷却。
一种纳米银三防抗菌整理剂的制备方法,其特征是:先将HS1100三防整理剂放置带搅拌的三口烧瓶中,而后逐渐加入用变性淀粉包覆的纳米银抗菌溶胶、ATB9800抗菌整理剂、TPM9007抗菌整理剂;然后在常温常压下加水搅拌直至均匀即可。(以上HS1100、ATB9800、TPM9007均由上海赫特化工提供)。
与现在技术相比,本发明的优点如下:
用天然可降解高分子——淀粉做保护剂及分散剂,并采用简单的液相化学还原法制备淀粉包覆的纳米银溶胶,工艺简单,绿色环保,分散性好,不易团聚。不通过化学复合,而是将三防助剂和几种抗菌助剂进行复配,优化各组分比例,以达到较好三防和抗菌的多功能效果。所制得的纳米银三防抗菌整理剂可用于同浴整理,相对于分浴整理,工艺简单,操作方便。
表:
1、纳米银浓度0.05%,HS1100浓度为2%,ATB9800浓度为1%,TPM9007浓度为2%时,抗菌率达75%,拒水接触角达110度,拒油等级6级。
2、纳米银浓度0.2%,HS1100浓度为6%,ATB9800浓度为3%,TPM9007浓度为4%时,抗菌率达98%,拒水接触角达132度,拒油等级7级。
3、纳米银浓度0.6%,HS1100浓度为10%,ATB9800浓度为5%,TPM9007浓度为6%时,抗菌率达98%,拒水接触角达133度,拒油等级8级。
4、单独使用纳米银0.2%,抗菌率65%,无三防效果。
5、单独使用HS11006%,拒水接触角达128度,拒油等级7级,无抗菌性。
6、单独使用ATP98003%,抗菌率85%,无三防效果。
7、单独使用TPM97004%,抗菌率88%,无三防效果。
具体实施方式:
通过下述实施例将有助于理解本发明,但并不限制本发明的内容。
实施例1:
第一步变性淀粉包覆的纳米银制备,方法如下:
(1)配制0.05mol/L的硝酸银溶液及浓度为1%的柠檬酸钠溶液备用;
(2)将50ml水加入三口烧瓶中,然后加入0.25g变性淀粉,开启集热式恒温加热磁力搅拌器,将以上三口烧瓶放入,搅拌升温至95℃,约30min,使淀粉糊化;
(3)将温度降至70℃,滴加10ml配制好的硝酸银溶液至三口烧瓶中,连续搅拌反应10min;
(4)以1滴/S的速度滴加2ml配制好的柠檬酸钠溶液,搅拌使其充分反应;
(5)待反应体系颜色不再变化,即反应充分后,将制得的溶胶从反应烧瓶中取出,自然冷却。
第二步根据各组分优化结果,配制纳米银三防抗菌整理剂,具体如下:(1)按照纳米银溶胶:HS1100:ATB9800:TPM9007=0.2:6:3:2,称取纳米银溶胶2g,HS1100三防整理剂60g,ATB9800抗菌整理剂30g,TPM9007抗菌整理剂20g(总液重1000g)
(2)先将60gHS1100三防整理剂放置带搅拌的三口烧瓶中,而后逐渐加入2g的纳米银溶胶,30g的ATB9800抗菌整理剂,20g的TPM9007抗菌整理剂,加水至总液重1000g。
(3)将复配好的三防抗菌剂在常温常压下搅拌10min直至均匀即可。
实施例2:
第一步变性淀粉包覆的纳米银制备,其制备步骤、工艺与实施例1相同。
第二步根据各组分优化结果,配制纳米银三防抗菌整理剂,具体如下:(1)按照纳米银溶胶:HS1100:ATB9800:TPM9007=0.3:7:2:3,称取纳米银溶胶3g,HS1100三防整理剂70g,ATB9800抗菌整理剂20g,TPM9007抗菌整理剂30g(总液重1000g)
(2)先将70gHS1100三防整理剂放置带搅拌的三口烧瓶中,而后逐渐加入3g的纳米银溶胶,20g的ATB9800抗菌整理剂,30g的TPM9007抗菌整理剂,加水至总液重1000g。
(3)将复配好的三防抗菌剂在常温常压下搅拌10min直至均匀即可。
实施例3:
第一步变性淀粉包覆的纳米银制备,其制备步骤、工艺与实施例1相同。
第二步根据各组分优化结果,配制纳米银三防抗菌整理剂,具体如下:(1)按照纳米银溶胶:HS1100:ATB9800:TPM9007=0.4:8:3:3,称取纳米银溶胶4g,HS1100三防整理剂80g,ATB9800抗菌整理剂30g,TPM9007抗菌整理剂30g(总液重1000g)
(2)先将80gHS1100三防整理剂放置带搅拌的三口烧瓶中,而后逐渐加入4g的纳米银溶胶,30g的ATB9800抗菌整理剂,30g的TPM9007抗菌整理剂,加水至总液重1000g。
(3)将复配好的三防抗菌剂在常温常压下搅拌10min直至均匀即可。

Claims (2)

1.一种纳米银三防抗菌整理剂的制备方法,其特征是:先将HS1100三防整理剂放置带搅拌的三口烧瓶中,而后逐渐加入用变性淀粉包覆的纳米银抗菌溶胶、ATB9800抗菌整理剂、TPM9007抗菌整理剂;然后在常温常压下加水搅拌直至均匀即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纳米银三防抗菌整理剂的制备方法,其特征是:各组分质量浓度百分比为:纳米银溶胶:HS1100:ATB9800:TPM9007=0.1~0.4%:5~9%:2~5%:2~4%。
