Abstract

本发明提供本发明提供一种带活动阀芯的压力阀,可以满足特殊油路的控制要求,某些控制油路需要压力阀的启动压力值是可变的,普通的压力阀的压力值一旦设定就不能改变,压力阀的弹簧连接在设于压力阀的移动阀芯上,可使活动阀芯因两控制油口之间的压力差不同进行移动,从而改变压力阀的弹簧的初始位置,进一步改变压力阀的切换压力值,以满足油路控制的需求。

技术领域
本发明属于液控压力阀技术领域,特别是一种带活动阀芯的压力阀。
背景技术
一般压力阀的弹簧一端都是固定的,使用的时候可以通过调节弹簧的初始位置改变弹簧的弹力大小,当控制油路的油压大于弹簧的弹力就可推开弹簧而使得油路进行切换,但涉及到比较复制的油路,这种压力值不变的压力阀有其局限性,不能满足油路控制的需求。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术问题,本发明提供一种带活动阀芯的压力阀,可使活动阀芯因两控制油口之间的压力差不同进行移动,从而改变压力阀的弹簧的初始位置,进一步改变压力阀的切换压力值,以满足油路控制的需求。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案为:一种带活动阀芯的压力阀,包括阀体、设置于该阀体内的第一油腔和第二油腔,所述第一油腔设有第一油路控制口,所述第二油腔设有第二油路控制口,所述第一油腔内安装有第一连杆,所述第一连杆通过一弹簧连接座与一弹簧连接,其特征在于:所述第二油腔内安装有一与所述第二油腔配合的活动阀芯,所述活动阀芯一端连接所述弹簧,所述第二油腔内还设有一限位块,并用于限制所述活动阀芯的行程。
优选地:所述活动阀芯另一端连接有第二连杆。
优选地:所述第一油腔内径小于所述第二油腔内径。
优选地:所述限位块与所述阀体为螺纹连接。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供一种带活动阀芯的压力阀,压力阀的弹簧连接在设于压力阀的移动阀芯上,可使活动阀芯因两控制油口之间的压力差不同进行移动,从而改变压力阀的弹簧的初始位置,进一步改变压力阀的切换压力值,以满足油路控制的需求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例,对本发明作进一步的描述:
参照图1,一种带活动阀芯的压力阀,包括阀体1、设置于该阀体1内的第一油腔4和第二油腔8,上述第一油腔4设有第一油路控制口5,上述第二油腔5设有第二油路控制口9,上述第一油腔4内安装有第一连杆2,上述第一连杆2通过一弹簧连接座3与一弹簧6连接,上述第二油腔8内安装有一与上述第二油腔8配合的活动阀芯7,上述活动阀芯7一端连接上述弹簧6,上述第二油腔8内还设有一限位块10用于限制上述活动阀芯7的行程,上述第一连杆连接切换阀芯用于切换油路,上述活动阀芯7另一端连接有第二连杆11,上述第二连杆11末端还可连接至另一部分的切换油路,上述第一油腔4内径小于上述第二油腔8内径,这样活动阀芯7就会限制在第二油腔内,上述限位块10与上述阀体1为螺纹连接,可以通过调节限位块10的位置改变上述活动阀芯7的行程。
需要说明的是:上述的实施例只是作为单一的压力阀作为描述,其内容可以扩充到其他用到弹簧的压力控制阀,上述的实施例描述部分只是压力阀内部的一部分特征,使用到以上特征部分的产品因包含在本发明保护的范围内。
以上所述之实施例子只为本发明之较佳实施例,并非以此限制本发明的实施范围,故凡依本发明之形状、原理所作的变化,均应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (4)

1.一种带活动阀芯的压力阀,包括阀体(1),设置于该阀体(1)内的第一油腔(4)和第二油腔(8),所述第一油腔(4)设有第一油路控制口(5),所述第二油腔(5)设有第二油路控制口(9),所述第一油腔(4)内安装有第一连杆(2),所述第一连杆(2)通过一弹簧连接座(3)与一弹簧(6)连接,其特征在于:所述第二油腔(8)内安装有一与所述第二油腔(8)配合的活动阀芯(7),所述活动阀芯(7)一端连接所述弹簧(6),所述第二油腔(8)内还设有一限位块(10)用于限制所述活动阀芯(7)的行程。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带活动阀芯的压力阀,其特征在于:所述活动阀芯(7)另一端连接有第二连杆(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带活动阀芯的压力阀,其特征在于:所述第一油腔(4)内径小于所述第二油腔(8)内径。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带活动阀芯的压力阀,其特征在于:所述限位块(10)与所述阀体(1)为螺纹连接。
