数码印花在操作过程中无需制版,仅通过数字化手段将印花图案输入计算机后,控制数码喷墨印花机,直接将印花墨水喷印到织物上,即可印制出所需要的图案。数码印花的生产过程比传统的印花过程流程大大缩短,操作简单,生产时间缩短,打样成本大大降低。此外数码印花打破了传统印花生产中套色以及花回长度的限制,可以实现更加复杂的图案印花。同时数码印花过程是高精度的喷印过程,不会造成墨水的浪费,也不会对环境带来污染。
在数码印花工艺中,相关研究主要是集中在工艺、印花机以及墨水等方面。数码印花的墨水是最为重要的环节,其中印花粘合剂是影响墨水质量的关键成分。目前用于数码印花的印花粘合剂质量良莠不齐,一般都存在手感僵硬,冷脆热粘以及耐水性差等问题。同时一般此类粘合剂均需要经过高温烘焙,这样会使织物受到伤害,同时会对染料的色彩饱和度、鲜艳度产生不良影响。另外,一些印花粘合剂含有甲醛等物质,会释放出对身体有害的物质,影响人们的身体健康。
中国专利CN201210411389.X公开了一种数码印花粘合剂、制备方法及其应用,该类数码印花粘合剂包括按重量百分比的下列组成:低温自交联数值40%-50%;表面活性剂5%-10%,分散剂5%-15%;多元醇10%-20%,去离子水余量。此数码印花粘合剂不含APEO、甲醛及难降解化合物,环保无污染,具有良好的稳定性和分散性。但是该数码印花剂在使用过程中仍需要100-120℃的烘干,仍然会对一些不耐高温的织物造成伤害。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种用于数码印花的印花粘合剂,该类粘合剂不含甲醛等对身体有害的污染性物质,绿色环保。并且其在使用过程中无需高温加热,对织物的损害小,不会影响染料的鲜艳度即饱和度。同时在常温下该粘合剂可以保持良好的稳定性,不会造成喷头的堵塞,不会给机器带来不良影响。
本发明的另一目的是提供该印花粘合剂的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种用于数码印花的印花粘合剂,以重量份数计,包含以下组分:
内酯二醇低聚物20-30份,聚酯型多元醇20-30份,聚醚型多元醇15-20份,二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯30-50份,六次甲基二异氰酸酯20-40份,二羟甲基丙酸20-30份,甘油10-15份,乙二胺12-18份,二月桂基二丁基锡5-9份,流平剂2-5份,分散剂5-9份,尿素10-15份,水30-50份。
所述聚酯型多元醇为丁二酸,丙二酸或马来酸中的任意一种与丙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷或丁二醇中的任意一种发生酯化反应形成的聚酯型多元醇。
所述聚醚型多元醇为环氧乙烷,环氧丙烷或环氧丁烷中的任意一种与甘油或丁三醇中的任意一种反应值得的聚醚型多元醇。

将25份内酯二醇低聚物,25份聚酯型多元醇,20份聚醚型多元醇,45份二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯,35份六次甲基二异氰酸酯和30份二羟甲基丙酸混合,加入反应釜中,加热,控制温度在60-75℃之间,以70-90转/min的速度搅拌,持续反应7-9h后,加入13份甘油和16份乙二胺,搅拌1h后,加入35份水,以1000-1500转/min的速度高速搅拌30min后停止,降低温度至50-60℃,再加入6份二月桂基二丁基锡,4份流平剂,8份分散剂,12份尿素,搅拌均匀后,既得该印花粘合剂。
使用该印花粘合剂,干摩擦牢度4级,湿摩擦牢度4级。
实施例5
一种用于数码印花的印花粘合剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将20份内酯二醇低聚物,30份聚酯型多元醇,20份聚醚型多元醇,50份二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯,25份六次甲基二异氰酸酯和25份二羟甲基丙酸混合,加入反应釜中,加热,控制温度在60-75℃之间,以70-90转/min的速度搅拌,持续反应7-9h后,加入14份甘油和17份乙二胺,搅拌1h后,加入45份水,以1000-1500转/min的速度高速搅拌30min后停止,降低温度至50-60℃,再加入5份二月桂基二丁基锡,3份流平剂,9份分散剂,11份尿素,搅拌均匀后,既得该印花粘合剂。
使用该印花粘合剂,干摩擦牢度4级,湿摩擦牢度4级。
实施例6
一种用于数码印花的印花粘合剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将30份内酯二醇低聚物,25份聚酯型多元醇,20份聚醚型多元醇,50份二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯,30份六次甲基二异氰酸酯和20份二羟甲基丙酸混合,加入反应釜中,加热,控制温度在60-75℃之间,以70-90转/min的速度搅拌,持续反应7-9h后,加入15份甘油和18份乙二胺,搅拌1h后,加入30份水,以1000-1500转/min的速度高速搅拌30min后停止,降低温度至50-60℃,再加入6份二月桂基二丁基锡,5份流平剂,8份分散剂,10份尿素,搅拌均匀后,既得该印花粘合剂。
使用该印花粘合剂,干摩擦牢度4级,湿摩擦牢度4级。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于数码印花的印花粘合剂,其特征在于,以重量份数计,包含以下组分:
内酯二醇低聚物20-30份,聚酯型多元醇20-30份,聚醚型多元醇15-20份,二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯30-50份,六次甲基二异氰酸酯20-40份,二羟甲基丙酸20-30份,甘油10-15份,乙二胺12-18份,二月桂基二丁基锡5-9份,流平剂2-5份,分散剂5-9份,尿素10-15份,水30-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于数码印花的印花粘合剂,其特征在于:所述聚酯型多元醇为丁二酸,丙二酸或马来酸中的任意一种与丙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷或丁二醇中的任意一种发生酯化反应形成的聚酯型多元醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于数码印花的印花粘合剂,其特征在于:所述聚醚型多元醇为环氧乙烷,环氧丙烷或环氧丁烷中的任意一种与甘油或丁三醇中的任意一种反应值得的聚醚型多元醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于数码印花的印花粘合剂,其特征在于:所述流平剂为羟甲基纤维素,十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱或十四烷基二甲基甜菜碱中的一种或多种混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于数码印花的印花粘合剂,其特征在于:所述分散剂为液体石蜡,硬脂酸锌中的一种或两种混合物。
6.一种用于数码印花的印花粘合剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将内酯二醇低聚物,聚酯型多元醇,聚醚型多元醇,二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯,六次甲基二异氰酸酯和二羟甲基丙酸混合,加入反应釜中,加热,控制温度在60-75℃之间,以70-90转/min的速度搅拌,持续反应7-9h后,加入甘油和乙二胺,搅拌1h后,加入水,以1000-1500转/min的速度高速搅拌30min后停止,降低温度至50-60℃,再加入二月桂基二丁基锡,流平剂,分散剂,尿素,搅拌均匀后,既得该印花粘合剂。
