Abstract

本发明提供了一种高效防酸防护服面料的制备方法,一是采用含氟防酸整理剂使面料表面具有良好的防水拒油效果。二是采用透气抗酸纳米整理剂,此整理剂与聚氨酯类涂层剂在结合后可以在面料表面形成纳米网状结构,此结构条件下,空气中的氧气、氮气等气体分子可以自由通过,但是其他大分子无法通过,起到了良好的防酸透气效果。三是本发明所述的高效防酸防护服面料的制备方法,方法简单,成本较低、制备过程环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及功能型面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种高效防酸防护服面料的制备方法。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断进步及我国经济建设步伐的加快,酸的应用范围及用量也在不断扩大。据统计,目前我国三酸(盐酸、硫酸、硝酸)年需求量可达30万吨左右。由于酸有很强的腐蚀性和浸透性,因此,在酸的销售、保管、使用和运输中,在各种酸性物质场所工作的人员,常因酸的跑、冒、溅、浸、喷等事故受到伤害,造成生命财产的巨大损失。织物经过防酸整理后,沾污酸性液体很少,可以阻止酸性液体透过织物,不但减小了织物的损伤,更重要的是人体得到保护。为保障酸性物质场所工作人员的安全、舒适与健康,研究防酸工作服面料具有重要意义。
防酸服装面料,除要求其本身无毒、无味、安全可靠外,还特别要求面料具有足够的防酸液浸透时间,一定的拒酸、耐酸性能和良好的耐酸腐蚀性及物理机械性能。透气性防酸服装面料,目前仍以天然蛋白纤维为主要材料。由于天然蛋白纤维面料价格昂贵,原料紧缺,所以受到一定的限制。因此,研究开发新的防酸工作服面料,具有很大的经济价值。
发明内容
为了开发出一种透气性良好的防酸工作服面料,本发明提供一种 高效防酸防护服面料的制备方法。
一种高效防酸防护服面料的制备方法,按照下述步骤进行:
步骤一:制备防水拒油整理剂;
步骤二:制备透气抗酸纳米整理剂;
步骤三:制备透气抗酸防水拒油混合整理剂;
步骤四:将气透气抗酸防水拒油混合整理剂均匀涂抹在抗撕裂布表面,70℃烘焙2-3h,即得本发明所述的天然环保型医用敷料成品。
优选的,所述的步骤一所述的防水拒油整理剂为含氟整理剂,结构式如下式所示:
Rf=CnF2n+1,n=1-3
Rn=CnH2n+1,n=8-18
R=H,CH3
优选的,所述的含氟整理剂,其以对含氟烷基苯乙烯、(甲基)丙烯酸脂肪醇酯、丙烯类季铵盐衍生物和羟甲基丙烯酰胺类衍生物四种单体为原料,采取乳液聚合方式制备而得。
优选的,步骤二所述的透气抗酸纳米整理剂的制备方法为:100-120g4A沸石粉,15-25g粘土、8-15g氯化钡混合均匀后,经挤 压成条,烘干,700-750℃焙烧2-3h,再在300ml,1.5mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液中90℃晶化6-8h,经水洗至微酸性(pH数值在7-8之间),再于300ml,1mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液中90℃晶化2-3h,交换两次,交换完的样品,90℃水洗一夜,再烘干,400-500℃活化2h,即得透气抗酸纳米整理剂。
优选的,步骤三所述的透气抗酸防水拒油混合整理剂,由防水拒油整理剂,透气抗酸纳米整理剂与聚氨酯类涂层剂在高速搅拌下进行共混,同时用亲水性高分子树脂进行增混,制得涂层剂共混体,即为透气抗酸防水拒油混合整理剂。
优选的,所述防水拒油整理剂,透气抗酸纳米整理剂与聚氨酯类涂层剂的比例为:20-30g:15-20g:45-60g。
本发明所提供的高效防酸防护服面料的制备方法,一是采用含氟防酸整理剂使面料表面具有良好的防水拒油效果。二是采用透气抗酸纳米整理剂,此整理剂与聚氨酯类涂层剂在用亲水性高分子树脂进行增混的条件下,结合后可以在面料表面形成纳米网状结构。此结构条件下,空气中的氧气、氮气等气体分子可以自由通过,但是其他大分子无法通过,起到了良好的防酸透气效果。三是本发明所述的高效防酸防护服面料的制备方法,方法简单,成本较低、制备过程环保。

实施例1
一种高效防酸防护服面料的制备方法,按照下述步骤进行:
步骤一:制备防水拒油整理剂;
步骤二:制备透气抗酸纳米整理剂;
步骤三:制备透气抗酸防水拒油混合整理剂;
步骤四:将气透气抗酸防水拒油混合整理剂均匀涂抹在抗撕裂布表面,70℃烘焙2-3h,即得本发明所述的天然环保型医用敷料成品。

步骤四:将透气抗酸防水拒油混合整理剂均匀涂抹在抗撕裂布表面,70℃烘焙2-3h,即得高效防酸防护服面料;
